啟航,加快建設(shè)具有全球影響力的健康科技創(chuàng)新中心。2022 年
是上海市兒童醫(yī)院建院 85 周年,一代代兒醫(yī)人薪火相傳,銳意
進(jìn)取,“ 為兒童服務(wù)就是幸福 ” 的宗旨?xì)v久彌新!
豈曰無衣,與子同袍。2022年,我們嚴(yán)守公共衛(wèi)生安全底線,
攜手同心,直面挑戰(zhàn)。面對“大上海保衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)”,全院職工白衣執(zhí)甲,
不畏艱險,奮戰(zhàn)在疫情防控和醫(yī)療救治一線。北京西路院區(qū)改
造運行 “ 院中區(qū) ” 收治新冠陽性患兒,保障全市患兒救治工作,
順利完成 “ 零死亡、零感染、零事故 ” 的目標(biāo);完成兩院區(qū)發(fā)
熱門診改造,實現(xiàn)核酸檢測能力倍增,充分保障群眾就醫(yī)需求;
協(xié)調(diào)力量先后馳援本市公衛(wèi)中心、仁濟(jì)南院等兄弟醫(yī)院以及海
南、成都、重慶等兄弟省市的疫情防控任務(wù)。時至歲末,疫情
防控工作重心轉(zhuǎn)向 “ 保健康,防重癥 ” 的新階段,面對發(fā)熱門
診就診高峰、重癥患者救治壓力和醫(yī)護(hù)人員感染減員的多重挑
戰(zhàn),全院職工凝心聚力,迎難而上,多措并舉擴(kuò)容醫(yī)療資源,
調(diào)整科室結(jié)構(gòu),優(yōu)化人力配備,迅速提升救治能力。
積水成淵,積土成山。2022 年,我們?nèi)σ愿巴苿訕I(yè)務(wù)恢
復(fù),持續(xù)促進(jìn)醫(yī)療服務(wù)提質(zhì)增效。成立業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展專班,廣泛開
展行政查房,“ 一科一策 ” 制定科室業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方案。按需調(diào)整
醫(yī)療服務(wù)供給,增設(shè)口腔科、皮膚科夜門診;推進(jìn)以日間手術(shù)、
日間化療、腦電圖檢查、激發(fā)試驗為特色的兒童日間診療,推
進(jìn)以眼耳鼻喉口、兒童心理、中醫(yī)敷貼、兒童體檢、疫苗評估
等為內(nèi)容的兒童健康服務(wù)。聚焦特色醫(yī)療,推動多學(xué)科聯(lián)合門診,
曾溢滔院士領(lǐng)銜的醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳門診全面升級為多學(xué)科參與的綜合
性遺傳專病門診;高危兒隨訪門診入選上海市門診質(zhì)控中心多
學(xué)科門診建設(shè) “ 示范案例 ”。在全院上下的共同努力下,醫(yī)院
各項業(yè)務(wù)穩(wěn)步恢復(fù)。
弦歌不輟,履踐致遠(yuǎn)。2022 年,我們不斷優(yōu)化完善人才隊
伍建設(shè),提升學(xué)科發(fā)展水平。完成科教綜合樓開辦,醫(yī)院科研
教學(xué)基本建設(shè)初步完成。開展全院學(xué)科建設(shè)大討論,明確學(xué)科
發(fā)展方向。持續(xù)提升臨床研究能力,啟動研究型病房建設(shè),牽
頭新生兒基因篩查全國多中心臨床研究,覆蓋全國 12 省 18 家

單位。啟動 “ 研究生導(dǎo)師提升計劃 ”,分層次、全覆蓋、進(jìn)階
式的人才支持培養(yǎng)體系逐步建立。
行遠(yuǎn)自邇,篤行不怠。2022 年,我們持續(xù)加強(qiáng)內(nèi)涵建設(shè),
拓展對外合作與交流。完善三級績效管理架構(gòu),初步建立綜合
管理工作機(jī)制,以業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展和績效運營為核心,提升內(nèi)涵發(fā)展
質(zhì)量。全面落實數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型 2.0 工程,完成上海市、申康醫(yī)院
發(fā)展中心 “7+5” 應(yīng)用場景試點,逐步拓展具有兒童醫(yī)院特點的
智慧應(yīng)用場景。圍繞國考重點,加強(qiáng)輸液與抗生素管理,推進(jìn)
DRGs 與臨床路徑管理。持續(xù)推進(jìn) “ 長三角一體化發(fā)展示范區(qū)
醫(yī)學(xué)中心 ” 建設(shè)規(guī)劃,探索建立上海市兒童??坪髠涠c醫(yī)院。
與安徽省亳州市人民政府簽訂戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議,共建亳州市兒童
醫(yī)院,醫(yī)院對外合作交流再上新臺階。
日新月異,再譜華章。2022 年,我們?nèi)嫔罨珖拿鲉?/p>
位創(chuàng)建工作,以院慶八十五周年為契機(jī),開展 “ 薪火相傳 85 載
團(tuán)結(jié)奮進(jìn)新征程 ” 系列慶?;顒?。母乳庫青年志愿服務(wù)隊榮獲
全國青年志愿服務(wù)大賽銀獎和上海市衛(wèi)生健康行業(yè)青年志愿服
務(wù)大賽金獎;第九批援滇醫(yī)療隊 “ 高鐵上的急救中心 ” 獲評上
海市社會主義精神文明好人好事;內(nèi)分泌科榮獲上海市 “ 三八
紅旗集體 ”;重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科張育才榮獲 “2022 年度上海醫(yī)務(wù)工匠 ”
稱號;張國琴、董菲菲分別獲上海交通大學(xué)、上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)
學(xué)院 ” 三八紅旗手 “,檢驗科榮獲上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院 “ 三八
紅旗集體 ”;任佳鶯獲評新時代上海閃光青年;陸群峰獲評上
海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院護(hù)理學(xué)科帶頭人;耳鼻咽喉頭頸外科榮獲普
陀區(qū)模范集體;10 人獲第四屆兒童醫(yī)院 “ 院長獎 ”,11 人獲 “ 院
長獎提名獎 ”。醫(yī)院人文品牌建設(shè)日益深入人心。
春風(fēng)浩蕩滿目新 , 揚帆奮進(jìn)正當(dāng)時。打開 2023 年的新篇章,
我們將以黨的二十大精神為指引,繼續(xù)秉持 “ 為兒童服務(wù)就是
幸福 ” 的醫(yī)院宗旨,對標(biāo)國家公立醫(yī)院高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的新要求和
上海城市發(fā)展的新目標(biāo),繼續(xù)貫徹實施醫(yī)院 “ 十四五 ” 規(guī)劃,
穩(wěn)中求進(jìn)、砥礪前行,推動醫(yī)教研管綜合能力邁上新臺階,向

In looking back on 2022, the long river of time met each milestone in a flowing
symphony: from the successful opening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist
Party of China and the comprehensive execution of the “14th Five-Year Plan,” to
the all-round construction of a modern socialist country entering a new chapter in its
journey; and moreover, with the release of the “New Ten Measures” for optimizing
and implementing epidemic prevention and control, epidemic prevention and control
shifted into a new stage. Shanghai’s public hospitals have since officially entered a
period of high-quality development and are now accelerating the construction of a health
technology innovation center with global influence. The year 2022 marked the 85th
anniversary for the founding of the Children’s Hospital of Shanghai. Generations of
hospital staff have continued to carry out the everlasting mission of “serving children is
happiness” with both their innovation and determination.
“Fear not the want of armor, for mine is also yours to wear.” In 2022, we defended
the bottom line for maintaining public health and safety, having worked together to
manage all the ongoing challenges. In the face of the “Battle Against COVID-19 to
Protect Shanghai,” all hospital staff donned white coats as their coat of armor, braved
the difficulties, and fought on the front lines of both epidemic prevention and medical
care. The West Beijing Road district was transformed into a “hospital district” to admit
children with COVID-19 infections, which guaranteed medical aid for infected children
throughout the city, in this way achieving the goals of “zero deaths, zero infections, and
zero incidents.” The fever clinics inside the two hospital districts were transformed,
with their nucleic acid testing capacity doubled to fully meet the medical needs of the
local people. We coordinated our forces to support epidemic prevention and control
tasks alongside other hospitals, including the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center
and Southern Division of Renji hospital, as well as in other provinces and cities such as
Hainan, Chengdu, and Chongqing. As the year drew to a close, the focus of epidemic
prevention and control work shifted into a new stage of “maintaining health and
preventing severe illness.” Faced with multiple challenges such as peak volumes in the
number of fever clinic visits, the pressures involved with treating critically ill patients,
and reductions in medical staff availability due to infections, among other challenges, all
the hospital staff rallied together and rose to meet the moment, having adopted multiple
measures to expand medical resources, readjust departmental structures, optimize staffing,
and rapidly strengthen treatment capabilities.
“Many drops form an ocean, and many rocks make a mountain.” In 2022, we made every
effort to promote business recovery and continuously improved the quality and efficiency
of our medical services. We established a business development task force, conducted
extensive administrative oversight, and created departmental business development
plans that adopted a “one department, one strategy” approach. We adjusted the medical
service supply in accordance with demand, adding evening clinics for dentistry and
dermatology. We continued to expand children’s daytime diagnosis and treatment
services, which features services such as daytime surgery, daytime chemotherapy,
electroencephalogram testing, and provocation testing. We also enhanced the provision
of children’s health services for eye, ear, nose, throat, and oral care, as well as specialized
services for children such as mental health, Traditional Chinese Medicine applications,
physical examinations, and vaccine evaluations. By focusing on specialized medical
care, we have been able to advance the development of multidisciplinary clinics, with the
medical genetics clinic led by lead academician Zeng Yitao having been fully upgraded
into a comprehensive clinic specialized in genetics and combining multiple disciplines.
Moreover, the high-risk child follow-up clinic was selected as a “demonstration case” for
the construction of multidisciplinary clinics at the Shanghai Outpatient Quality Control
Center. With the joint efforts of all the hospital staff, therefore, our hospital operations
have steadily recovered.
With continuous efforts, we have embarked on a far-reaching journey. In 2022, we
constantly optimized and improved talent cultivation to enhance the development
standards for respective disciplines. With the opening of the Science and Education
Complex Building, the basic construction of the hospital’s scientific research and teaching
facilities has essentially been completed. We held a hospital-wide dialogue on the
development of respective disciplines to clarify the direction for their future improvement.
We continuously enhanced our clinical research capabilities, launched the construction of
a research ward, and took the lead in establishing a multicenter clinical study of newborn
genetic screening, covering 12 provinces and 18 institutions nationwide. We launched the
“Graduate Advisor Enhancement Program” and gradually established a talent support and
training system using a hierarchical, full-coverage, and progressive approach.
“A long journey starts with small steps, and perseverance leads to success.” In 2022,
we continued to strengthen our internal construction while expanding our external
cooperation and exchanges. We perfected our three-level performance management
framework and completed initial steps to establish a comprehensive management
mechanism combining business development and performance operations, which will
serve as the core approach for strengthening internal development. We fully implemented
the digital transformation 2.0 project, completed the “7+5” application scenario pilot
for Shanghai and SHDC, and gradually expanded intelligent application scenarios with
features geared towards a children’s hospital. We strengthened intravenous infusion and
antibiotic management in accordance with national priorities, in addition to promoting
DRGs and clinical pathway management. We continued to promote the construction
planning of the “Integrated Development Demonstration Zone Medical Center of the
Yangtze River Delta,” and explored the establishment of back-up designated children’s
hospitals in Shanghai. We signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the People’s
Government of Bozhou City, Anhui Province, to jointly build the Bozhou Children’s
Hospital, with joint hospital cooperation and exchanges reaching new heights.
“Bring forth new achievements with each passing day.” In 2022, we comprehensively
deepened the work of building national model units and seized the opportunity presented
by the 85th anniversary celebrating the founding of the hospital by launching a series
of activities to mark the occasion under the theme “Passing on the Torch for 85 Years,
Beginning a New Journey with Cohesion and Endeavor.” The Youth Voluntary Service
Team of the Breast Milk Bank won the silver medal in the National Youth Volunteer
Service Competition and the gold medal in the Shanghai Health Industry Youth Volunteer
Service Competition. The 9th batch of medical teams sent to assist Yunnan Province,
known as the “Emergency Center for High-Speed Rail,” won the title of “Model of
Socialist Spiritual Civilization” in Shanghai. The Endocrinology Department was honored
as a “Woman Pace-setter Collective” in Shanghai. Zhang Yucai from the Intensive Care
Unit was awarded the title of “Shanghai Medical Craftsman of 2022.” Zhang Guoqin and
Dong Feifei were respectively awarded the tile of “Woman Pace-setter” by Shanghai Jiao
Tong University (SJTU) and SJTU’s School of Medicine, and the Inspection Department
was also honored as “Woman Pace-setter Collective” by SJTU’s School of Medicine.
Ren Jiaying was awarded the title of “Shining Youth of Shanghai in the New Era.” Lu
Qunfeng was named the leading pace-setter for the nursing discipline at SJTU’s School of
Medicine. The Department of Otolaryngology for Head and Neck Surgery was honored as
a model collective in Putuo District. Ten individuals received the 4th “President’s Award”
from the Children's Hospital of Shanghai, with an additional 11 individuals having been
nominated for this award. The establishment of the hospital’s humanistic brand has also
been steadily reinforced over time.
“With the mighty spring breeze rushing forward and everything new appearing before
one’s eyes, it is an opportune time to set sail and forge ahead.” To open up a new chapter
in 2023, we will continue to guide ourselves with the spirit of the 20th National Congress
of the Communist Party of China, adhere to the hospital’s mission of “serving children
is happiness,” follow the new requirements for the high-quality development of national
public hospitals and the new goals for Shanghai’s urban development, continuing to
implement the hospital's “14th Five-Year Plan” and steadily advancing and pressing on
ahead. In looking forward, we will go all out to promote our comprehensive capabilities
in medical education, research, and management, striving to reach towards a new level
and taking even bigger strides in accelerating the high-quality development of the
hospital!

醫(yī)院簡介 Introduction to the Hospital
上海市兒童醫(yī)院是一所集醫(yī)療、保健、教學(xué)、科研、康復(fù)
于一體的三級甲等兒童醫(yī)院,前身是由我國著名兒科專家富文
壽及現(xiàn)代兒童營養(yǎng)學(xué)創(chuàng)始人蘇祖斐等前輩于 1937 年創(chuàng)辦的上海
難童醫(yī)院,1953 年更名為上海市兒童醫(yī)院,是我國第一家兒童
??漆t(yī)院。2003 年成為上海交通大學(xué)附屬兒童醫(yī)院,2022 年更
名為上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬兒童醫(yī)院。
醫(yī)院擁有瀘定路和北京西路兩個院區(qū),為長三角地區(qū)兒童
醫(yī)療聯(lián)盟和上海市西部兒聯(lián)體牽頭單位。醫(yī)院開放床位 793 張,
現(xiàn)有員工近 1700 人。醫(yī)院擁有中國工程院院士 1 名、博士生導(dǎo)
師 19 名、碩士生導(dǎo)師 39 名,擁有高級職稱專家 200 余名。
醫(yī)院學(xué)科綜合實力雄厚,目前共設(shè) 38 個院級學(xué)科,并擁有
一批高質(zhì)量的國家級和省部級學(xué)科,包括國家重點學(xué)科 1 個(遺
傳學(xué)),國家臨床重點???2 個(重癥醫(yī)學(xué)和醫(yī)學(xué)胚胎分子生
物學(xué)重點實驗),衛(wèi)生部及上海市重點實驗室 1 個(醫(yī)學(xué)胚胎
分子生物學(xué)重點實驗),上海市工程技術(shù)研究中心 1 個(上海
市兒童精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)工程技術(shù)研究中心),上海市衛(wèi)健委重
中之重臨床重點學(xué)科 1 個(醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué))、上海市臨床重點專
科 3 個(出生缺陷防治、即時檢測、臨床藥學(xué)),上海市公共
衛(wèi)生重點學(xué)科 1 個(兒??疲虾=煌ù髮W(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院地方高水
平大學(xué)的建設(shè)項目 1 項(兒童感染免疫與重癥醫(yī)學(xué)研究院)。
醫(yī)院是上海市兒童早期發(fā)展基地,是上海醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳研究所、
上海市兒童急救中心、上海市新生兒篩查中心、上海市兒童康
復(fù)中心、上海市聽力障礙診治中心、上海市新生兒先心篩查診
治中心依托單位以及上海市人工耳蝸植入手術(shù)定點醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)。
上海醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳研究所作為國家衛(wèi)健委命名的中國醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳中心
基因診斷部,研究發(fā)展了一整套遺傳病分子診斷技術(shù),在我國
最早開展了苯丙酮尿癥、血友病、DMD 等罕見遺傳病的基因
診斷和產(chǎn)前診斷工作。作為國家首批運用高通量測序技術(shù)開展
遺傳病診斷的試點單位之一,上海市兒童醫(yī)院在兒童遺傳病的

基因檢測領(lǐng)域居國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先地位。
近年來,醫(yī)院以建設(shè) “ 精品醫(yī)院、人文醫(yī)院、智慧醫(yī)院 ”
為發(fā)展目標(biāo)。在精品醫(yī)院方面,醫(yī)院??圃\療技術(shù)特點鮮明。
重癥醫(yī)學(xué)團(tuán)隊在 ECMO、CRRT 搶救技術(shù)方面居于國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先地
位;腎臟風(fēng)濕免疫科開展生物制劑靶向治療,在疑難及遺傳腎
臟病方面具有診療優(yōu)勢;普外科攜手華山醫(yī)院組建了 “ 華山 -
兒童肝移植團(tuán)隊;內(nèi)分泌科牽頭制定了國內(nèi)兒童性發(fā)育異常內(nèi)
分泌診斷與治療共識;泌尿外科開展國內(nèi)首例小兒泌尿外科機(jī)
器人輔助腹腔鏡手術(shù),填補(bǔ)了國內(nèi)小兒泌尿外科該項技術(shù)的空
白 ; 神經(jīng)外科、骨科、康復(fù)科組建的醫(yī)療團(tuán)隊率先在國內(nèi)兒童
功能神經(jīng)康復(fù)領(lǐng)域開展了 SDR 手術(shù),顯著改善腦癱兒童的下肢
行走功能;消化感染科開展 FMT 腸道菌群移植并成功研制腸
溶糞菌膠囊;耳鼻咽喉頭頸外科開展喉氣道狹窄診治、全耳再
造術(shù)、電子耳蝸植入術(shù)等新技術(shù);心內(nèi)科開展疑難射頻治療;
心胸外科開展腋下小切口微創(chuàng)手術(shù)先心治療;胸腔鏡、腹腔鏡、
內(nèi)窺鏡診療數(shù)量持續(xù)增長。在人文醫(yī)院方面,率先提出并建設(shè)
兒童友好型醫(yī)院,獲得國家衛(wèi)健委認(rèn)可并推廣?!?格?;ㄖ異?”
骨科 DDH 項目獲得 2019 年上海交通大學(xué)校長獎;“ 千里送醫(yī)
到遵義 ” 先心病篩查與愛心手術(shù)成為上海援黔重點項目;“ 彩
虹灣病房學(xué)校 ”、“ 為白血病患兒捐發(fā) ” 獲得全國青年志愿服務(wù)
項目大賽金獎;“ 逐夢螢火蟲 ” 西部兒科醫(yī)護(hù)人員進(jìn)修計劃成
為兒科系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)品牌;“ 四葉草 ” 人文醫(yī)院服務(wù)模式獲得 2019
年中國醫(yī)院人文建設(shè)創(chuàng)新案例。在智慧醫(yī)院方面,作為上海交
通大學(xué)中國醫(yī)院發(fā)展研究院醫(yī)療信息研究所依托單位,醫(yī)院率
先提出并建設(shè)基于 “5R” 模型的智慧醫(yī)院,獲得 2020 年首屆上
海醫(yī)院管理創(chuàng)新獎一等獎。作為 2020 年上海第一批上線的互聯(lián)
網(wǎng)醫(yī)院,引領(lǐng)了上?;ヂ?lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的發(fā)展,并獲得中國 “ 十大互
聯(lián)網(wǎng) + 醫(yī)療服務(wù)創(chuàng)新醫(yī)院 ” 品牌稱號。
醫(yī)院作為上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院的附屬醫(yī)院,設(shè)有博士、碩

Children's Hospital of Shanghai is an upper first-class hospital integrating medical, health
care, teaching, scientific research, and rehabilitation, and is formerly known as Shanghai
Refugee Children’s Hospital founded by Chinese famous pediatrician Fu Wenshou
and founder of modern children's nutrition science Su Zufei and other predecessors in
1937. The Shanghai Refugee Children’s Hospital was renamed as Children's Hospital
of Shanghai in 1953, becoming the first children-specific hospital in China, and became
Shanghai Jiao Tong University Affiliated Children’s Hospital in 2003.In 2022, the
hospital was renamed the Children's Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of
Medicine.
The hospital has two campuses on Luding Road and West Beijing Road, and is the lead
unit of the Yangtze River Delta Children's Medical Alliance and the Western Shanghai
Children's Consortium. The hospital has 793 beds and more than 1,700 employees. The
hospital possesses 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 19 doctoral
supervisors, 39 master's supervisors and over 200 experts with senior professional titles.
The hospital has strong comprehensive strength in disciplines, with a total of 38 hospitallevel disciplines and a number of high-quality national and provincial-level disciplines,
including 1 national key discipline (Genetics), 2 national key clinical specialties
(Department of Critical Care Medicine and Key Laboratory of Molecular Biology of
Medical Embryos), 1 key laboratory of the Ministry of Health and Shanghai (Medical
Embryo Molecular Biology Key Experiments), 1 engineering technology research center
in Shanghai (Shanghai Children's Precision Medicine Big Data Engineering Technology

Genetics), 3 key clinical specialties of Shanghai (Birth Defects Control, Immediate
Detection, Clinical Pharmacy), 1 key discipline of public health in Shanghai (Department

The hospital is the location of Shanghai Early Childhood Development Base,Shanghai
Institute of Medical Genetics, Shanghai Children's Emergency Center, Shanghai Neonatal
Screening Center, Shanghai Children Rehabilitation Center, Shanghai Diagnosis and
Treatment of Hearing Impairment Center, Shanghai Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment

carried out the genetic diagnosis and prenatal diagnosis of phenylketonuria, hemophilia,
DMD and other rare genetic diseases in China. As one of the first experimental units to
use high throughput sequencing technology in the diagnosis of genetic diseases in China,
Children's Hospital of Shanghai takes the lead in the field of genetic testing for children's
genetic diseases.
In recent years, the hospital has taken the construction of \"high-quality, humanistic and
Smart \" as its development goal. In the aspect of high-quality hospital, the hospital has
distinctive characteristics of specialized treatment technology. The critical care medicine
team is a leader in ECMO and CRRT in China; the nephrology department carries out
targeted treatment with biological agents and has advantages in the treatment of difficult
and genetic kidney diseases. The Department of General Surgery cooperated with
Huashan Hospital to form the \"Huashan-Children's Liver Transplantation Team\"; the
Department of Endocrinology took the lead in formulating a consensus on the diagnosis
and treatment of endocrine abnormalities in childhood sexual development in China.
The Department of Urology performed the first pediatric urological robot-assisted
laparoscopic surgery in China, filling the gap of this technology in domestic pediatric
urology. The medical team formed by the Department of Neurosurgery, Orthopedics
and Pediatric Rehabilitation pioneered SDR surgery in the field of pediatric functional
neurological rehabilitation in China, which significantly improved the lower limb walking
function of children with cerebral palsy. The Department of Gastroenterology carried
out FMT intestinal flora transplantation and successfully developed enterolytic fecal
bacteria capsules. The Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery carries
out new technologies such as laryngeal airway stenosis diagnosis and treatment, total
ear reconstruction, and electronic cochlear implantation. The Department of Cardiology
carries out difficult radiofrequency treatment; the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery
carries out small axillary incision minimally invasive surgery for precordial treatment;
the number of thoracoscopic, laparoscopic and endoscopic treatment continues to
grow. In terms of humanistic hospitals, it has taken the lead in proposing and building
child-friendly hospitals, which has been recognized and promoted by the National
Health Care Commission.The orthopedic DDH project \"Love of Gesang Flower\" won
the 2019 Shanghai Jiao Tong University President's Award; \"Send Medical Care to
Zunyi \" screening and heart surgery for precocious heart disease became a key project
of Shanghai's aid to Guizhou; \"Rainbow Bay Ward School\" and \"Hair Donation for
Children with Leukemia\" won the Gold Award of the National Youth Volunteer Service
Competition; \"Dreaming of Fireflies\" became a training brand of the western pediatric
medical staff. The \"Rainbow Bay Wards School\" and \"Hair Donation for Children
with Leukemia\" won the gold medal in the National Youth Volunteer Service Project
Competition; the \"Dreaming of Fireflies\" western pediatric medical and nursing staff
training program became a pediatric system training brand; the \"four-leaf clover\"
humanistic hospital service model won the 2019 China Hospital Humanistic Construction
Innovation Case. In terms of smart hospital, as the supporting unit of the Institute of
Medical Information of the China Institute of Hospital Development of Shanghai Jiao
Tong University, the hospital took the lead in proposing and building a smart hospital
based on the \"5R\" model, which won the first prize of the first Shanghai Hospital
Management Innovation Award in 2020. As one of the first Internet hospitals in Shanghai
to go online in 2020, the hospital has led the development of Internet healthcare in
Shanghai and won the title of \"Top 10 Innovative Hospitals of Internet + Medical
Services\" in China.
As the clinical teaching base of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine,
the hospital has set up majors for doctor and master degree and post- doctoral mobile
station. It has also established close cooperation with medical institutions in the United
States, Canada, Russia, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, the United Kingdom
and other countries. In the past five years, the hospital has undertaken 425 research
projects, including major projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China,

一是完成兩院區(qū)發(fā)熱門診改造。完善瀘定路院區(qū)發(fā)熱門診
場地布局,建立隔離發(fā)熱門診、普通發(fā)熱門診、急診一體化快
速轉(zhuǎn)換機(jī)制。根據(jù)接診患者數(shù)量,因地制宜拓展兩院區(qū)發(fā)熱門
診候診區(qū)域。
二是提升核酸檢測能力。PCR 實驗室增配核酸擴(kuò)增儀 8 臺、
核酸提取儀 4 臺,并配置移動 PCR 實驗室方艙,獲批二級生物
安全實驗室許可;新增持有核酸檢測技術(shù)上崗證人員 19 人,
對 56 名檢測人員每月開展檢測能力培訓(xùn),醫(yī)院每日檢測峰值由
4000 管增加至 12000 管,實現(xiàn)核酸檢測能力倍增。
三是動態(tài)調(diào)整完善患者就診流程。根據(jù)疫情形勢及時調(diào)整
接診流程,不斷修訂《患者接診指引》達(dá) 16 個版次。急診區(qū)域
實行分區(qū)管理,增設(shè)緩沖急診診室、緩沖搶救室,確保綠色就
醫(yī)通道通暢。優(yōu)化核酸檢測和抗原檢測流程,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)院和自
助機(jī)開放自助申請功能。
動態(tài)落實常態(tài)化疫情防控,協(xié)力打贏“大上海保衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)”
We implemented dynamic, regular epidemic prevention and control to win the \"Battle against Covid-19 to Protect Shanghai\"
First, we renovated fever clinics in the two campuses. The layout of fever clinic
in Luding Road Hospital was perfected by establishing integrated rapid conversion
mechanism between isolated fever clinic, general fever clinic and emergency department.
Considering the number of patient admissions, we expanded the waiting area of fever
clinic in the two campuses.
Second, we strengthened nucleic acid detection capacity. The PCR laboratory was
equipped with 8 nucleic acid amplification instruments and 4 nucleic acid extraction
instruments. Mobile PCR laboratory shelter was built, which was approved as the secondclass biosafety laboratory. There were 19 newly certified personnel with nucleic acid
testing qualification, and 56 testing personnel were trained monthly in testing ability. The
peak value of daily testing in the hospital increased from 4,000 to 12,000 tubes, indicating
doubled nucleic acid testing capacity.
1. 加強(qiáng)公共衛(wèi)生應(yīng)急能力建設(shè),保障群眾就醫(yī)需求
We strengthened public health emergency response capacity building to meet people's medical needs
Third, we perfected patient treatment process via dynamic adjustment. According
to the epidemic situation, the medical treatment procedures were adjusted in a timely
manner, with the “Guidelines for Patient Admission” constantly revised for 16 editions.
Emergency areas were managed by division into different areas, with buffer emergency
consultation rooms and emergency rescue rooms added to guarantee smooth, green
medical channels. The process of nucleic acid testing and antigen testing was optimized,
with self-service application opened to Internet hospitals and self-service machines.

First, the “in-hospital area” was run after rapid transformation. According to the
overall deployment of the city on treatment of COVID-19 infections among children, the
West Beijing Road Hospital completed the transformation of \"in-hospital area\" within
48 hours and quickly put it into operation. Within 51 days, 191 children and 186 parents
were admitted (152 were positive for COVID-19). The cure rate was up to 96.3% (7 were
transferred to other hospitals), thus successfully achieving the goals of \"zero deaths, zero
infections and zero accidents\".
一是快速改造運行“院中區(qū)”。根據(jù)全市新冠陽性患兒救
治工作總體部署,北京西路院區(qū)在 48 小時內(nèi)完成 “ 院中區(qū) ” 改
造并快速投入運行,51 天內(nèi)共收治新冠陽性患兒 191 人,陪護(hù)
家長 186 人(新冠陽性 152 人),治愈率 96.3%(轉(zhuǎn)院 7 人),
順利完成 “ 零死亡、零感染、零事故 ” 的目標(biāo)。
2. 切實做好疫情應(yīng)急處置,完成院中區(qū)醫(yī)療救治任務(wù)

Second, we earnestly guaranteed daily medical services. Bubble management was
implemented for all staff in key positions. The patient's medical access was unblocked
during the lockdown period, and the fluid replenishment area was set up in the emergency
department to meet the fluid replenishment needs of patients not meeting the outpatient
entrance management requirements. In accordance with relevant management norms, the
outpatient department was encouraged to offer long-term prescriptions for commonly used
drugs in the treatment of chronic diseases. Also, convenient outpatient dispensing services
and offline drug collection programs were launched for the convenience of the public.

通過升級健康打卡和管理系統(tǒng),提升管理效率,重點抓好第三
方人員、四生等人群管理,做到人員底數(shù)清、動態(tài)變化明。分
院區(qū)、分病區(qū)、分時段落實全口徑人員核酸及抗原檢測。
五是抓好突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急處置。制定完善疫情防控應(yīng)急處置
流程,面向全口徑人員組織開展疫情防控知識和應(yīng)急處置能力
培訓(xùn),全年累計處置 19 次院內(nèi)職工混檢陽性、7 次發(fā)熱門診職
工核酸檢測結(jié)果異常、12 次病區(qū)涉陽事件、4 次門診涉陽事件、
60 余起密接次密接場所協(xié)查,做好應(yīng)判盡判、應(yīng)隔盡隔,確保
院內(nèi)無疫情擴(kuò)散事件發(fā)生。

先后選派 3 支醫(yī)療隊前往海南、成都、重慶,圓滿完成支
援兄弟省市抗疫任務(wù)。先后派出 8 批醫(yī)療隊定點支援本市公衛(wèi)
中心、仁濟(jì)南院和崇明花博方艙,完成 1100 余名新冠陽性患者
救治工作。支援普陀區(qū)、靜安區(qū)社區(qū)核酸檢測 27 批次,采集樣
本量約 60 萬人次;承擔(dān)全市 4 區(qū)大篩任務(wù) 22 次,累計檢測量
達(dá) 45 萬余人次;支援普陀區(qū)新冠疫苗注射累計 210 個工作日,
注射 18590 余人次。
4. 組織力量支援全國及全市防控任務(wù)
Forces were organized to support national and city-wide prevention and control missions
First, we continued to strengthen the management of pre-examination and triage.
Classified management was implemented for patients from different regions and
departments exposed to different risk levels. Pre-screening investigations were provided
in Internet hospitals and self-service machines to strengthen technical prevention and
control.
Second, we strengthened the building management in the hospital. The inflow
population was asked to measure temperature, scan the code to strictly guard the entrance.
Visits were given on necessary basis and one escort was allowed for one patient.
Third, we reinforced the management of personal protection and environmental
disinfection. In light of changes in the epidemic situation, the individual protection
standards were dynamically adjusted by setting different levels and regions. Special
environmental extermination teams and emergency environmental monitoring teams were
built to secure the effective completion of routine environmental nucleic acid monitoring
and nucleic acid sampling for emergency disposal.
Fourth, we implemented grid management among full caliber personnel. The whole
hospital was divided into 121 grids. By upgrading the health check and management
system, the management efficiency was improved, with the focus on the management of
the third party personnel to guarantee clear understanding of personnel base and dynamic
changes. Nucleic acid and antigen detection of full caliber personnel was carried out in
different campuses, disease districts and time segments.
Fifth, we did a good job in handling emergencies. We formulated and modified the
emergency response process for epidemic prevention and control, organized training
on epidemic prevention and control knowledge and emergency response among all
personnel. Throughout the year, the hospital handled 19 positive cases in mixed tests for
hospital staff, 7 abnormal cases in nucleic acid test, 12 positive cases in inpatient areas,
4 positive cases in outpatient clinics, and more than 60 investigations of close contact
and secondary contact sites to prevent spread of the epidemic in the hospital by proper
determination and isolation.
Three medical teams were sent to Hainan, Chengdu and Chongqing in turn, successfully
supporting the battle against the epidemic. Eight medical teams were successively sent
to the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center, Southern Division of Renji hospital and
Shanghai Chongming Huabo Shelter, with more than 1,100 COVID-19 patients treated.
We aided 27 batches of nucleic acid testing in Putuo District and Jing’an District, with
about 600,000 samples collected. We undertook 22 large-scale screening in 4 districts
of the city, testing more than 450,000 person-times on cumulative basis. We assisted
COVID-19 vaccine in Putuo District for 210 working days, with more than 18,590 people
vaccinated.
On August 14, according to the unified arrangement of the National Health Commission
and the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, 20 medical staff from our hospital
joined the medical team of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine to support
the epidemic prevention and control work in Hainan Province.

After the release of \"Ten New Measures\" on epidemic prevention and control in
December, the hospital quickly responded to the decisions and arrangements of the higher
authorities and started epidemic prevention and control and medical treatment in a timely
and efficient manner.
First, the medical treatment process was optimized and adjusted. The outpatient area
was subdivided into diagnosis and treatment areas for nucleic acid-positive cases and
nucleic acid-negative cases to receive corresponding patients. Nucleic acid or antigen test
requirements were dynamically adjusted in fever clinic and emergency department. The
green channel was cleared for emergency and inpatient treatment, so that daily emergency
and clinical observation needs were met.
Second, medical resources were adjusted and expanded. According to treatment needs,
the functions of fever isolation clinic, general fever clinic and emergency department were
timely adjusted in Luding Road Hospital, fever clinic site was enlarged in West Beijing
Road Hospital, with number of fever clinic rooms in the two campuses increased to 29.
Independent admission areas were set for positive patients by means of consolidation,
shifting and expansion, and graded and zoned admission was implemented for common
positive patients, newborn patients and severe patients, with specialist treatment gradually
provided for positive patients with definite diagnosis and stable condition. The function
settings of specialized ICU were adjusted by adding intensive care beds, supplementing
the intensive care expert team, establishing a daily joint consultation system for positive
severe cares to strengthen the research, diagnosis and treatment of severe patients,
especially positive severe patients.
Third, adequate supplies and human resources were guaranteed for epidemic
prevention. Through unified dispatch of medical staff in the hospital, emergency
support team was established, with adequate medical staff equipped in fever clinic,
intensive care unit, neonatology department and other key departments. Daily dynamic
monitoring was given to consumption of drugs and materials in COVID-19 treatment to
guarantee physical inventory for more than one month's needs. According to the reserve,
prescription specification was formulated through discussion to ensure reasonable use.
Inspection was strengthened for facilities and equipment related to critical treatment, with
mechanisms of centralized management and coordination established.
Fourth, we continued to prevent and control hospital-acquired infections. We
optimized the requirements of personal protection, upgraded ventilation facilities in
outpatient and emergency departments, fever clinics, etc., did a good job in environmental
disinfection, with a focus on strengthening the prevention and control management of
hospital-acquired infection in emergency department, ICU, neonatology department,
hemodialysis department and other special departments.
Fifth, we implemented employee care measures. The care system and procedures
were enriched for employees, with focus on strengthening care for frontline staff in
fever clinics, medical teams to aid in other provinces, PCR testing and nucleic acid
sampling staff. Milk and \"health care packages\" were distributed to employees, and
government epidemic prevention subsidies were timely distributed. Four working groups
were established to extend case to employees rehabilitating from serious diseases,
pregnant and lactating employees, retired workers and hospitalized employees infected
with COVID-19. Psychological counseling was arranged to pay attention to employee
mental health. 7-day sick leave was given to employees infected with COVID-19,
health transition was reported to the Party branch, and flexible scheduling system was
established for employees returning to work after the infection. Staff protection clinic
was set up to meet the needs of medical treatment and medication inquiry. Relying on
Dingding Health check-in platform, the hospital established a \"health through train\" to
timely monitor employee physical conditions.
5. 全面落實“新十條”要求,提升重癥救治能力
The requirements of the \"New Ten Measures\" were comprehensively implemented to enhance capability in critical disease treatment
12 月國家疫情防控 “ 新十條 ” 政策出臺后,醫(yī)院迅疾響應(yīng)
上級部門決策部署,及時高效開展疫情防控與醫(yī)療救治工作。
一是優(yōu)化調(diào)整就診流程。門診區(qū)域劃分出核酸陽性診療區(qū)
和核酸陰性診療區(qū),分別接診相應(yīng)患者。動態(tài)調(diào)整發(fā)熱門診、
急診的核酸或抗原查驗要求。暢通急診和病房收治的綠色通道,
確保急診留觀 “ 日日清 ”。
二是調(diào)整擴(kuò)容醫(yī)療資源。根據(jù)救治需要,及時轉(zhuǎn)換瀘定路
院區(qū)隔離發(fā)熱門診、普通發(fā)熱門診、急診三區(qū)功能,擴(kuò)容北京
西路院區(qū)發(fā)熱門診場地,兩院區(qū)發(fā)熱門診診室增加至 29 間。通
過合并、騰挪及拓展等方式設(shè)置獨立的陽性患者收治區(qū)域,對
陽性的普通患者、新生兒患者及重癥患者落實分級分區(qū)收治,
對診斷明確、病情穩(wěn)定的陽性患者逐步推進(jìn)??剖罩?。調(diào)整專
科 ICU 功能設(shè)置,擴(kuò)容重癥救治床位,充實院內(nèi)重癥救治專家
小組,建立陽性重癥每日聯(lián)合會診制度,加強(qiáng)對重癥患者尤其
是陽性重癥患者的研判與救治。
三是做好防疫物資和人力資源的保障。統(tǒng)一調(diào)度全院醫(yī)護(hù)
人員,建立應(yīng)急支援梯隊,配足配齊發(fā)熱門診、重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室、
新生兒科等重點科室的醫(yī)護(hù)力量。每日動態(tài)監(jiān)測新冠救治相關(guān)
藥品及物資的消耗情況,確保一個月以上用量的在院實物庫存。
根據(jù)儲備情況,制定處方規(guī)范及協(xié)定處方,確保合理使用。加
強(qiáng)重癥救治相關(guān)設(shè)施設(shè)備的巡檢,建立集中管理、統(tǒng)籌調(diào)配機(jī)制。
四是持續(xù)做好院感防控。優(yōu)化個人防護(hù)要求,增強(qiáng)門急診、
發(fā)熱門診等區(qū)域的通風(fēng)設(shè)施和能力,做好環(huán)境消殺,重點加強(qiáng)
對急診、ICU、新生兒科、血透等特殊科室的院感防控管理。
五是落實員工關(guān)心關(guān)愛舉措。健全員工關(guān)愛工作制度和流
程,重點加強(qiáng)對發(fā)熱門診、援外醫(yī)療隊、PCR 檢測和核酸采樣
等一線人員的關(guān)心關(guān)愛。向員工發(fā)放牛奶和 “ 健康愛心包 ”,
及時發(fā)放政府防疫津貼,建立 4 個工作組重點關(guān)心大病預(yù)后、
孕產(chǎn)哺乳期、離退休及新冠陽性住院員工,關(guān)注員工心理健康,
組織開展心理咨詢;對于新冠病毒感染員工安排 7 天病休假,
通過黨支部關(guān)心健康轉(zhuǎn)歸,并建立 “ 陽康 ” 后返崗員工彈性排
班制度;設(shè)立員工防保門診,滿足就醫(yī)問藥需求;依托釘釘健
康打卡平臺,建立 “ 健康直通車 ”,及時監(jiān)測員工身體狀況。

1. 進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化兩院區(qū)醫(yī)療空間布局。調(diào)整兩院區(qū)門診部分
醫(yī)療用房,改善皮膚科、兒童保健科、耳鼻咽喉頭頸外科、眼科、
口腔科等科室的診療環(huán)境。啟動瀘定路院區(qū)住院部 6 層病房改
造裝修項目和北京西路院區(qū) 7 號樓裝修項目,同步完成北京西
路院區(qū)整體規(guī)劃及改建方案。
We further optimized medical space pattern in the two campuses. We reallocated
medical rooms in the outpatient department to improve the diagnosis and treatment
environment in the departments of dermatology, children healthcare, otolaryngology, head
and neck surgery, ophthalmology and stomatology. The renovation and decoration project
of the 6th floor inpatient wards of Luding Road Hospital and the renovation project of the
7th building of the West Beijing Road Hospital were started, with the overall planning
and reconstruction scheme completed for the West Beijing Road Hospital.

2. 針對性制定發(fā)展舉措,按需調(diào)整醫(yī)療服務(wù)供給。一是落
實“一科一策”發(fā)展策略。通過成立業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展專班、廣泛開展
行政查房、強(qiáng)化關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量指標(biāo)監(jiān)控、發(fā)布業(yè)務(wù)恢復(fù)日報等,把
脈問診各臨床科室發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,謀劃后續(xù)發(fā)展良方。二是按需調(diào)
整醫(yī)療服務(wù)供給。6 月門診診療全面恢復(fù)后,增加兩院區(qū)各類
門診出診班次,每周增加普通門診 31 個班次、專家門診 21 個
班次、特需門診 9 個班次,滿足患者就醫(yī)需求。
We formulated targeted development measures and adjusted the medical service
supply as needed. First, we implemented the development strategy of \"one policy for one
department\". By arranging specialized career development classes, extensively carrying
out administrative ward rounds, strengthening the monitoring of key quality indicators,
and issuing business recovery daily reports, we grasped the development status of each
clinical department to prepare for follow-up development. Second, the medical service
supply was adjusted as needed. After the full restoration of outpatient service in June,
outpatient visits in the two campuses were added, providing 31 general outpatient visits,
21 specialist outpatient visits and 9 special outpatient visits each week to meet patients'
medical needs.
We furthered the construction of special disease diagnosis and treatment center to
enhance specialist capacity. First, we built the first batch of specialized disease diagnosis
and treatment centers with sustained efforts. By optimizing the resource allocation and
stepping up publicity for science popularization, we accelerated the construction of 22
specialized disease diagnosis and treatment centers in the first batch, and made timely
adjustments to two centers encountering development problems. Second, we continuously
advanced the construction of multidisciplinary joint clinics. The hospital was built with a
new joint clinic for nephrology and difficult diseases and a multidisciplinary joint clinic
for genetic diseases. The number of MDT clinics in operation reached 8. Meanwhile,
the hospital made active preparations for MDT clinics for respiratory rehabilitation and

例 ”。2022 年門診專病專科占比為 94%,較 2021 年提升 2.76

動高新技術(shù)、優(yōu)勢技術(shù)、特色技術(shù)的臨床應(yīng)用,完善藥品耗材
設(shè)備的硬件支持,做好對外宣傳和健康科普工作。年內(nèi)共批準(zhǔn)
新技術(shù)臨床應(yīng)用申請 30 項,包括限制類技術(shù) 5 項、市內(nèi)新技術(shù)
1 項,涉及 10 個臨床及醫(yī)技部門,醫(yī)療收入 1027.06 萬元。
We actively developed landmark technologies to enable breakthroughs in medical
technology innovation. Four new technology application and review procedures were
adjusted and optimized in the hospital to guide the development, application and use of
new technologies in clinical departments, with a focus to become the first to apply for
patent for featured technologies in the city. The hospital continuously popularized the
clinical application of high and new technologies, superior technologies and characteristic
technologies, perfected the hardware support of drug consumables and equipment, and
did a good job in external publicity and health science popularization. During the year,
a total of 30 applications were approved for clinical use of new technologies, including
5 restricted technologies and 1 new technology in the city, involving 10 clinical and
medical technology departments, realizing a medical income RMB 10, 270, 600.

疫情烽煙里綻放鏗鏘玫瑰。新冠疫情防控工作方面,護(hù)理
部先后派出 174 人次支援本市公衛(wèi)中心、仁濟(jì)南院、崇明花博
方艙,轉(zhuǎn)戰(zhàn)海南三亞、四川成都、重慶,支援總?cè)諗?shù)達(dá) 255 天;
協(xié)助完成普陀、靜安兩區(qū)社區(qū)采樣逾 60 萬人次。

COVID-19 Prevention and Control Strategies
In terms of COVID-19 prevention and control work in 2022, the
Nursing Department in Shanghai Children’s Hospital dispatched 174
trained nurses to support Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center,
Renji Hospital (Southern Division), and mobile cabin hospitals in
Sanya, Chengdu, Chongqing and Chongming District of Shanghai,
which lasted 255 days. Besides, our nurses conducted nucleic acid
sampling at communities in Putuo and Jing'an Districts of Shanghai
and collected more than 600,000 specimens.
Innovative Nursing Management
The year 2022 was the consolidation year for our hospital to build
a national civilized unit. With the support of leaders of the hospital,
the Nursing Department took innovative management measures
to improve the quality of nursing and provide safer and more
professional care for sick children. On August 19th, an immersive
experience was conducted for the first time in the orientation and
training program for newly graduated nurses, allowing each nurse
to play the role of a critically ill child receiving different kinds of
treatments. This helped novice nurses feel the rapidly changing
atmosphere of the intensive care unit, thus reminding them to stand
in the perspective of patients in their future work. Besides, the first

\"Nursing Case Report Competition Based on Systematic Thinking\"
was held on November 9. This proved that an excellent registered
nurse not only needed to follow a doctor’s order, but also master
multidisciplinary theoretical and practical knowledge to deliver more
professional and personalized care to sick children and their family.
On the 16th of November, the first \"Nurses Humanistic Manners
Talent Competition\" took place. Finalists from various departments
used live footage to show the ethics and humanistic aesthetics
in their daily work. A series of innovative measures highlighted
the most important characteristics of nursing - \"humanistic\". It
also revealed the professional characteristic of nursing- \"critical
thinking\", and the core competency of nurses - \"softness\". Most
importantly, it showed the determination and confidence of our
nurses to help our hospital to be a national civilized unit.
Breakthrough of Patent Transformation
With the guidance and help of the Scientific Research Department
and Clinical Department, the utility model patent \"Infusion safety
buckle\" designed by Zhang Ping and her nursing team, successfully
achieved the first patent transformation of our hospital in 2022. The
transformation of this patent can benefit more nurses and patients,
and form a paradigm for the innovation and transformation of
nursing disciplines.
Construction of a High-level Nursing Base
In December 2022, the nursing teaching team of our hospital was
approved through the selection and final defence to be the highlevel nursing base of Shanghai Jiao Tong University of Nursing,
which was the sixth approved teaching base construction project of
nursing discipline in our hospital in the past five years. The highlevel specialized nursing base will explore the training programs
for pediatric nurses and master of pediatric nursing based on
the cooperation of hospitals and universities, which lays a solid
foundation for cultivating advanced practice registered nurses.

推進(jìn)臨床研究能力提升,完善學(xué)科人才建設(shè)
We boosted improvement of clinical research capacity and perfected the construction of talents
Discussion on discipline construction was made to strengthen connotation
construction. Leading group and working group were set up for discussion on discipline
construction, and program was formulated for discussion on discipline construction.
The hospital-wide discussion on discipline construction was carried out surrounding
the five major themes of overall discipline layout, discipline development level, talent
team construction, scientific research level and clinical diagnosis and treatment ability
in 23 specific problems. We comprehensively reviewed the current status of discipline
development in the hospital, examined the bottleneck problems existing in the hospital,
including uneven discipline development, lack of high-level discipline leaders and
clinical research talents, and insufficient output of landmark achievements. Discipline
development pattern was proposed with focus and hierarchy, an incentive and assessment
mechanism was set up surrounding the four major disciplines of key disciplines,
advantageous disciplines, characteristic disciplines, and cultivation disciplines to mobilize
the enthusiasm for discipline development. At the same time, by advancing the integration
of basic and clinical, clinical and public health, we carried out cross-medical cooperation,
extended external resources to facilitate discipline development.
1. 開展學(xué)科建設(shè)大討論,加強(qiáng)學(xué)科內(nèi)涵建設(shè)。成立學(xué)科建
設(shè)大討論領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組和工作小組,制定學(xué)科建設(shè)大討論方案,圍
繞學(xué)科總體布局、學(xué)科發(fā)展水平、人才梯隊建設(shè)、科學(xué)研究水
平以及臨床診治能力 5 大主題、23 個具體問題,分條線開展全
院學(xué)科建設(shè)大討論。全面梳理醫(yī)院學(xué)科發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,檢視醫(yī)院存
在的學(xué)科發(fā)展不均衡、高水平學(xué)科帶頭人與臨床研究人才不足、
標(biāo)志性成果產(chǎn)出不夠等瓶頸問題,提出有重點、分層次的學(xué)科
發(fā)展格局,圍繞重點學(xué)科、優(yōu)勢學(xué)科、特色學(xué)科、培育學(xué)科等
四大類學(xué)科,建立激勵考核機(jī)制,調(diào)動學(xué)科發(fā)展積極性;同時
促進(jìn)基礎(chǔ)和臨床相結(jié)合、臨床和公衛(wèi)相結(jié)合,開展醫(yī)工交叉合作,
拓展外部資源,推進(jìn)學(xué)科發(fā)展。
We perfected the scientific research management system and continuously enhanced
the scientific research proficiency. The scientific research award, National Natural
Science Foundation of China, was elevated, with management approaches of scientific
research achievements revised to improve the medical staff enthusiasm for scientific
research through institutional incentives. 98 scientific research projects of the hospital
were approved, with a total funding of 23.164 million yuan. Where, there were 88
vertical research projects with a funding of 20.698 million yuan, and 10 horizontal
research projects with a funding of 2.466 million yuan. The hospital won 1 provincial
and ministerial science and technology award and 2 bureau level awards. 370 academic
papers were published, including 149 SCI papers (an increase of 20.2% over the previous
year), with 45 papers in JCR 1 area (an increase of 21.6% over the previous year) and
46 papers in JCR 2 area (an increase of 58.6% over the previous year). The quality of
papers was significantly improved. The hospital took the lead to formulate 4 domestic
clinical guidelines/expert consensus, and participated in the compilation of 2 international
guidelines. The hospital published 4 academic works as the chief editor. There were 15
authorized patents, including 3 invention patents, 11 utility model patents, and 2 patents
for achievement transformation.
2. 完善科研管理制度,持續(xù)提升科研水平。提升醫(yī)院國家
自然科學(xué)基金科研獎勵,修訂科研成果獎勵管理辦法,通過制
度激勵提升醫(yī)務(wù)人員開展科研工作的積極性。醫(yī)院共有 98 項科
研項目獲得立項,立項科研總經(jīng)費 2316.4 萬元。其中,縱向科
研項目 88 項,立項科研經(jīng)費 2069.8 萬元,橫向科研項目 10 項,
立項科研經(jīng)費 246.6 萬元。獲得省部級科技獎項 1 項、局級獎
項 2 項。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文 370 篇,其中 SCI 論文 149 篇(較上年
增長 20.2%),JCR 1 區(qū)論文 45 篇(較上年增長 21.6%),2
區(qū)論文 46 篇(較上年增長 58.6%),論文質(zhì)量顯著提升。牽頭
制定國內(nèi)臨床診療指南 / 專家共識 4 篇,參編國際指南 2 篇。
作為主編單位出版學(xué)術(shù)著作 4 部。獲得授權(quán)專利 15 項,其中發(fā)
明專利 3 項、實用新型專利 11 項,2 項專利實現(xiàn)成果轉(zhuǎn)化。
3. 加強(qiáng)臨床研究基礎(chǔ)建設(shè),加快推進(jìn)臨床研究。圍繞兒童
疑難疾病的臨床診療關(guān)鍵問題和科技創(chuàng)新需求,啟動建設(shè)兒童
遺傳與感染性疾病示范性研究型病房。臨床研究中心工作逐步
推進(jìn),為臨床科室提供臨床研究服務(wù)(包括方案設(shè)計指導(dǎo)和統(tǒng)
計分析服務(wù)),舉辦臨床研究培訓(xùn)與學(xué)術(shù)沙龍 8 場。部署 EDC
系統(tǒng),構(gòu)建醫(yī)源數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺。年內(nèi),醫(yī)院牽頭啟動全國多中心
臨床研究項目 3 項,牽頭出版國內(nèi)首部《早產(chǎn)兒發(fā)育隨訪標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
數(shù)據(jù)集》,出版專病標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)集 4 部,建立專病數(shù)據(jù)庫 12 個,
獲得交大醫(yī)學(xué)院兒科學(xué)院臨床研究中心建設(shè)項目 2 項。
We strengthened the construction of clinical research infrastructure and accelerated
clinical research. Centering on the key issues of clinical diagnosis and treatment of
children's difficult diseases and the demand for scientific and technological innovation,
we initiated the construction of a demonstration research ward for children's genetic and
infectious diseases. The work of the Clinical Research Center was gradually advanced,
providing clinical research services (including program design guidance and statistical
analysis services) for clinical departments, with 8 clinical research training and academic
salons held. We developed EDC system to build medical source database platform.
During the year, the hospital took the lead in initiating 3 national multi-center clinical
research projects, led the publication of China's first \"Standard Data Set for Follow-up
of Premature Infant Development\", published 4 standard data sets of specific diseases,
established 12 special disease databases, and won the bidding for 2 clinical research
center construction projects of the School of Pediatrics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University
School of Medicine.

The project developed a hierarchical management system for children's nutritional risk,
which integrates the SGA growth monitoring and guidance assessment system, the
multi-dimensional risk screening and comprehensive prevention and control system
for childhood obesity, and the intelligent prevention and control system for children's
nutritional risk, etc. The hierarchical management interventions are carried out within
the network according to different risk factors of children. Based on mobile technology
breaking through time and space constraints, close monitoring and assessment through
indicators such as children's nutritional health status, combined with targeted initiatives
such as strengthening family education, reinforcing preventive intervention tools and
cultivating a healthy lifestyle to maximise benefits, is of positive significance to the

Kawasaki disease (KD) is a type of small and medium vessel vasculitis in children.
Coronary artery disease is the main complication of KD which is the main cause of
acquired heart disease in children in China. Early diagnosis and treatment of Kawasaki
disease, prediction of risk factors of coronary artery damage, and management the
complication are great challenges to pediatricians. This team constructed an early
diagnosis model and a high-risk prediction model of Kawasaki disease, and developed
a clinical assistant decision-making system and a remote follow-up system of Kawasaki
disease, so that more children with Kawasaki disease can receive timely treatment. For
the pathogenesis, the single-cell transcription map of peripheral blood mononuclear cells
in the acute phase of Kawasaki disease was first drawn, which provided the possibility for
exploring related genes as diagnostic biomarkers for Kawasaki disease.

management model that can be replicated and promoted in the hospital scene, and

We perfected the personnel training system by building a multi-level talent team.
First, the hospital strived to build a multi-level, full-coverage and stepped system of
talent support and training. The \"Reserve Tutor Training Plan\" was launched, and the
\"Young Seedling Plan\", \"Elite Plan\" and \"Leading Talents Construction Plan\" were
revised. Within the year, 3 talents were selected into the Sailing Plan of the Shanghai
Municipal Science and Technology Commission, 1 was selected into the Morning Light
Plan of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, and 2 were selected into the
innovation and transformation ability training project of SHDC Municipal Hospital for
research physicians. Second, we accelerated the introduction of high-level talents and
professionals in short supply. Within the year, 2 department directors (cardiothoracic
surgery, orthopedics) and 1 discipline backbone (cardiothoracic surgery) were introduced.
Hong Haifa, member of the Communist Party of China, Doctor of Medicine, chief physician, doctoral supervisor, now serves as Director of Cardiac Center in our hospital. Having
worked in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of children's cardiovascular diseases for years, he excels at prenatal consultation of complex and difficult heart birth defects and
postpartum comprehensive medical and surgical treatment, performing more than 1,500 complicated cardiovascular operations.
Currently, he is the Deputy Director member of the Youth Committee of the Cardiovascular Surgery Branch of Shanghai Medical Association and the Youth Committee Member of
Pediatric Surgery Branch of Shanghai Medical Association. He has taken charge of more than ten projects at different levels, including two projects funded by the National Natural
Science Foundation of China. He has published 27 SCI-included articles as the first author or corresponding author, among which 9 are SCI-included articles with impact factor
exceeding 5 points. As the main author of the “Nationalconsensus in China on perinatal diagnosls, evaluation and clinical disposal of cardiac birth defects”.
洪海筏 Hong Haifa
中共黨員,醫(yī)學(xué)博士,主任醫(yī)師,博士研究生導(dǎo)師,現(xiàn)任我院心臟中心主任。從事兒童心血管疾病的診
斷和外科治療多年,擅長于復(fù)雜疑難心臟出生缺陷的產(chǎn)前咨詢和產(chǎn)后內(nèi)外科綜合治療,各類復(fù)雜心血管手術(shù)
超過 1500 例。
現(xiàn)任上海市醫(yī)學(xué)會心臟大血管外科分會青年委員會副主任委員、上海市醫(yī)學(xué)會兒外科分會青年委員。
主持各級課題十余項,其中國家自然科學(xué)基金兩項。以第一作者或者通訊作者發(fā)表 SCI 論文 27 篇,其中影
響因子超過 5 分的 SCI 論文 9 篇,作為主要參與者撰寫《中國心臟出生缺陷圍產(chǎn)期診斷和臨床評估處置專
家共識》。
Zhang Ziming, member of Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party, Doctor of Medicine, chief physician, postgraduate supervisor, now serves as Director of Orthopedics
Department in our hospital. His specialties include correction of congenital and developmental deformities of children's limbs, diagnosis and treatment of children's skeletal system
trauma, infection, bone and soft tissue tumors of the four limbs, neuromuscular diseases, etc.

性畸形的矯治、兒童骨骼系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)傷、感染、四肢骨與軟組織腫瘤、神經(jīng)肌肉性疾病等的診治。

加強(qiáng)教學(xué)培訓(xùn)工作,推進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)模擬教學(xué)中心建設(shè)。一是成
立 “ 關(guān)心下一代工作委員會 ”,加強(qiáng)教學(xué)思政工作組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
二是開展線上線下聯(lián)合教學(xué),完成 525 學(xué)時課程帶教。三是加
強(qiáng)導(dǎo)師師資隊伍建設(shè),新增博士生導(dǎo)師 1 人、碩士生導(dǎo)師 4 人。
四是提升臨床教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理,首次承擔(dān)并順利完成 19 名本科生
的屬地化實習(xí)管理,37 名畢業(yè)研究生中 4 人先后獲評上海市和
上海交通大學(xué)優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生,兒科和兒外科基地住院醫(yī)師結(jié)業(yè)首
次考核通過率 100%,執(zhí)業(yè)醫(yī)師首次考核通過率 85.7%。五是醫(yī)
學(xué)模擬教學(xué)中心建設(shè)初見成效,慕課教學(xué)移動 APP 上線試運行,
全年完成 AHA 培訓(xùn) 37 場,共計 474 人。
We strengthened teaching and training, and advanced the construction of simulation
training centers. First, we established the \"Working Committee for Caring for the Next
Generation\" to strengthen the organization and leadership of ideological and political
work. Second, by online and offline combined teaching, we finished 525 hours of course
teaching. Third, we strengthened the team construction of supervisors, adding 1 doctoral
supervisor and 4 master supervisors. Fourth, we improved the quality management of
clinical teaching, undertaking and successfully completing the localization practice
management of 19 undergraduates for the first time. Among the 37 graduate students, 4
were awarded as outstanding graduates of Shanghai and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
100% resident physicians of pediatric and pediatric surgery base passed the evaluation
in the first time, 85.7% licensed physicians passed the evaluation in the first time. Fifth,
the construction of medical simulation teaching center had achieved initial results. The
mobile APP of MOOCs had been put into trial operation, and 37 AHA trainings were
completed throughout the year, training a total of 474 trainers.
