南周口“天地一體”大氣污染精準分析與治理管控服務。2019 年下半年,深藍空間團

隊進駐常熟市對空氣質(zhì)量精準分析與精準管控后,使之由原來不能按照上級要求完成

PM2.5 和優(yōu)良天數(shù)雙達標的局面轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)崿F(xiàn)了年底雙達標,應用成果得到當?shù)卣叨?/p>

認可,2020 和 2021 年持續(xù)為其提供服務。

With the advantages of wide range, periodicity and full coverage of satellite remote sensing technology, the

spectral, texture and morphological characteristics of different types of water bodies in multi-temporal satellite

remote sensing images are comprehensively modeled to achieve high-precision extraction of regional river and lake

water area. With the help of GIS spatial statistical analysis function, the vector operation and attribute association

of river water body are carried out, and the spatial display is carried out on the water environment monitoring

traceability platform to assist the monitoring and traceability of water environment pollution.

測與特征分析。以高分辨率(空間、時間、光譜)遙感衛(wèi)星系統(tǒng)為主要數(shù)據(jù)源,通過

融合斷面點監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)和衛(wèi)星遙感面監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),反演包括溶解氧、高錳酸鹽指數(shù)、氨氮、

總磷、pH、濁度、總氮、五日生化需氧量、懸浮物濃度、葉綠素 a、透明度和化學需

氧量等 12 項水質(zhì)參數(shù)指標。進而與區(qū)域河湖水體污染變化規(guī)律進行關聯(lián)性,分析區(qū)域

水質(zhì)環(huán)境污染成因及未來變化趨勢。

The ' integration of heaven and earth ' technology can monitor and analyze the spatial and temporal distribution of

water environmental pollution sources in the whole basin from a comprehensive and macro perspective. With highresolution ( space, time, and spectrum ) remote sensing satellite system as the main data source, 12 water quality

parameters including dissolved oxygen, permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, pH, turbidity,

total nitrogen, five-day biochemical oxygen demand, suspended matter concentration, chlorophyll a, transparency,

and chemical oxygen demand were retrieved by integrating the monitoring data of cross-section points and satellite

remote sensing surface. Then it is related to the variation of regional river and lake water pollution, and analyzes

the causes and future trends of regional water pollution.

水體,實現(xiàn)黑臭水體空間分布的精準識別。進而宏觀、全面、高效地獲取區(qū)域黑臭水

體在一定時序范圍內(nèi)的變化信息,包括污染來源、影響范圍等參數(shù)。做到及時發(fā)現(xiàn)、

監(jiān)測黑臭水體的目的,為當?shù)睾诔羲w科學、有效的全面監(jiān)測提供一種新的技術(shù)手段。

② 排污口溯源定位分析

根據(jù)衛(wèi)星影像反演得到的水質(zhì)參數(shù)指標數(shù)據(jù)進行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)并標記河湖排污

針對水質(zhì)參數(shù)指標結(jié)果出現(xiàn)極大值或極小值的異常突變區(qū)域進行定點標記,從全局視野

分析該突變區(qū)域的可能原因。在保證結(jié)果的精準度的情況下,進一步采取人工實地勘察

的方式進行突變?nèi)ニ|(zhì)污染成因的溯源定位,宏觀指導水質(zhì)污染的排查與治理。

The abnormal mutation region with the maximum or minimum value of the water quality parameter index results

(1)基于衛(wèi)星遙感固定揚塵源影響分析

According to the extracted properties of each bare soil, including the construction stage of the land, the results

of the enclosure cover and the suspected dust and exposed surface properties of the under construction and

unhardening pavement, the mathematical model calculation method is used to analyze the pollution characteristics

of atmospheric particulate matter. As the input of the air quality model, the emission inventory can analyze the

pollution characteristics of temporal and spatial continuous changes, and then evaluate the contribution rate of

each bare soil or site, road construction and other activities to the total amount of local atmospheric particulate

emissions and the contribution rate to the concentration. In addition, the air quality model can be constructed by

integrating multi-source data parameters to pre-evaluate the effect of policy implementation, clarify the direction

of urban dust pollution prevention and control in Haikou City, and help to formulate reasonable and effective

control schemes and standard planning.

針對提取的每塊裸土性質(zhì),包括土地的施工階段,圍擋遮蓋的結(jié)果以及正在施工與未

硬化路面的疑似揚塵、裸露地表屬性特征,采用數(shù)學模型計算方法,用于大氣顆粒物

污染特征分析。排放清單作為空氣質(zhì)量模型的輸入,可進行時空連續(xù)變化的污染特征

Using high-resolution satellite image data, remote sensing monitoring can identify the fixed dust emission sources

such as bare land, garbage dump and bare land of buildings in the region. Through the interpretation process of

remote sensing images, the spatial position information of bare soil ( including the construction site ) with an

area of more than 50 * 50 meters, the area size of fixed dust emission sources and the surrounding environment

information of fixed dust emission sources are identified, and the specific coordinates and the corresponding

plates are given. The bare soil is ranked according to the area. Through remote sensing technology, the

geographical distribution characteristics and its own attributes of fixed dust emission sources are obtained in time,

which provides reference for the supervision of fixed dust emission sources at regional scale, realizes ' one map '

hanging map operation, greatly improves the efficiency of dust management and governance, and saves manpower

inspection cost.

利用高分辨率衛(wèi)星影像數(shù)據(jù),遙感監(jiān)測可以對區(qū)域內(nèi)裸露土地、垃圾堆放和建筑裸地

等固定揚塵排放源進行識別,通過遙感影像解譯過程,識別獲取面積大于 50*50 米的

裸土(含正在施工地)所在的空間位置信息、固定揚塵源面積大小以及固定揚塵源周

邊環(huán)境信息等,并給出具體坐標,所屬板塊,并對裸土按照面積進行統(tǒng)計排名。通過

遙感技術(shù)及時獲取固定揚塵排放源地理分布特征以及自身屬性,為區(qū)域尺度固定揚塵

源監(jiān)管提供參考,實現(xiàn)“一張圖”掛圖作戰(zhàn),極大地提高揚塵管理、治理效率,節(jié)省

人力巡查成本。

(3)基于衛(wèi)星遙感道路揚塵源裸土提取

The artificial intelligence + big data analysis + multi-source data fusion technology algorithm is used to identify and

extract the suspected dust floating soil and exposed areas of the city ' s construction and unhardening pavement.

Through GIS geographic information technology, the spatial position coordinate information, area size, street

division, road traffic network plate and other attributes of all road dust sources and bare soil areas are displayed

in the form of spatial visualization, and the comprehensive statistical analysis is carried out according to different

administrative divisions and bare surface area. In order to realize the identification of suspected dust floating

soil in the whole area and the extraction and attribute association of bare soil, the corresponding spatial and

temporal distribution characteristics are dynamically obtained, and the ' chart battle ' of road traffic environment

management and control at the city scale is formed.
