FRP采光板的英文名稱是Fibreglass Reinfored Polyester，中文是玻璃纖

維強化聚酯，俗稱玻璃鋼，又稱透明瓦、采光板、采光瓦、采光帶等，是和鋼

結構配套使用的采光材料，是以不飽和聚酯樹脂為基體材科，無堿玻璃纖維為

增強材料，加以輔助材料復合而成的一種采光產品，其中上膜要起到很好的抗

紫外線抗靜電的作用，抗紫外線是為了保護FRP采光板的聚酯不發(fā)黃老化，過

早失透光特性，抗靜電是為了保證表面的灰塵輕易被雨水沖走或被風吹走，維

持清潔美觀的表面，且FRP采光板具有超強的耐腐蝕性能，耐酸堿，主要用于

鋼結構建筑，大型廠房屋面采光和化工車間的屋面，如化肥廠、電鍍廠等特殊

要求的建筑物阻燃防腐隔熱等場所。

其氧指數(shù)≥30，能夠達到離火自熄的一個狀態(tài)。

可熔采光板（又稱易熔型采光板）需符合GB/T8624-2005的標準，達

到B1級要求，火災發(fā)生時溫度達到（120℃-150℃）時，可熔性采光帶能夠

快速燃燒掉形成排溫、排煙帶，且不產生融滴物，不會造成二次傷害，有效

保障作業(yè)人員及貨物的安全撤離。

體滑動，其次鋼收邊采光板在復合時，嚴格按照標準的施工工藝進行復合，

兩側通常的鋪設丁基膠帶粘合，閉水拉鉚釘固定時先進行預算孔，孔距小于

200毫米，現(xiàn)場安裝更加方便，杜絕漏水隱患。

烯 酸 樹 脂 ， 為 熱 固 性 樹 脂 。 防腐板 ， 材 料 主 要 由 不 飽 和 樹 脂 （ 俗稱玻璃

鋼）,PVC,氟碳烤漆金屬板,電木等做成裝飾材料。

1、屋面采光板布置時推薦采用從屋脊到屋屋檐通長采光,或屋脊到屋中檁條

的半通長采光。如屋面采光率達不到屋內采光要求時，可增加采光帶的香條

數(shù)(增大采光面積)或通過側墻采光來補充。

1、采光板在固定前需要先導孔,孔徑必須大于固定螺絲直徑的6-9mm,以作為熱脹冷縮之

用。

2、采光板采用鋁型板材扣件固定,波形采光板采用采光板支架和自攻螺釘連接固定,再打
