保養(yǎng)檢查:
MAINTENANCE INSPECTION:
一、每日維護保養(yǎng)
1、檢查潤滑油液面高度,保證機床潤滑。建議使用 68# 精密導(dǎo)軌潤滑油。設(shè)備打油時間出廠已經(jīng)設(shè)定好,禁止隨意調(diào)整,
出廠設(shè)定為車床 30 分鐘打油 10 秒鐘,加工中心 雕銑機 40 分鐘打油 20 秒鐘,調(diào)整不當會造成絲桿線軌損壞。(如果
是人為調(diào)整造成機床損壞,機床不予保修)。檢查液壓油面高度,保證液壓裝置使用正常,建議使用 46# 68# 抗磨液壓油 ,
液壓壓力為出廠已調(diào)整好,出廠設(shè)定為 3.0 公斤,禁止隨意調(diào)整,調(diào)整不當會造成液壓系統(tǒng)損壞,液壓壓力禁止超過 3.5
公斤。(如果是人為調(diào)整造成機床損壞,機床不予保修)。
2、檢查冷卻液箱內(nèi)冷卻液是否足夠,不夠及時添加,添加時適量即可,切勿添加過多,如果切削液異味比較大,請及時更換掉。
3、檢查氣動二聯(lián)件油液面高度,大約為整個油管高度的 2/3 即可。每天將氣動二聯(lián)件濾油罐內(nèi)水氣由排水開關(guān)排出。
4、檢查空氣壓力,放松調(diào)整旋鈕,依右旋增壓,左旋減壓原則調(diào)整壓力,一般設(shè)定為 5 ~ 7kg/cm2。壓力開關(guān)通常設(shè)定
為 5kg/cm2,低于 5kg/cm2 時報警,系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)報警,壓力升高后,報警信息消失。
5、檢查主軸內(nèi)錐孔空換刀氣吹氣是否正常,用干凈棉布擦拭主軸內(nèi)錐孔,并噴上輕質(zhì)油,防止主軸內(nèi)錐孔和刀柄生銹。
6、清潔刀庫刀臂和刀具,尤其是刀爪。
7、清潔暴露在外的極限開關(guān)以及碰塊。
8、清除工作臺、機床內(nèi)、三軸或兩軸伸縮護罩上的切削及油污。
9、檢查全部信號燈,異警警示燈是否正常。
10、檢查液壓站以及液壓系統(tǒng)是否有滲漏現(xiàn)象。
11、機床每日工作完成后進行清潔清掃工作。
12、維持機器四周環(huán)境整潔。
二、每周保養(yǎng)
1、清洗熱交換器的空氣濾網(wǎng),冷卻泵、潤滑油泵濾網(wǎng)。
2、檢查刀具拉栓是否松動,刀把是否清潔,刀柄需要打油處理。
3、檢查三軸或兩軸機械原點是否偏移。
4、加工中心檢查刀庫換刀臂動作或刀庫刀盤回轉(zhuǎn)是否順暢,刀庫和刀臂關(guān)節(jié)處打潤滑油 。
5、如有油冷機檢查油冷機油,如低于刻度線請及時加注油冷油。推薦使用 5# 10# 主軸油。
6、檢查油冷機設(shè)定溫度,建議設(shè)定在 26-28 度之間。
加工精度維持:
1、開機后,必須先預(yù)熱 10 分鐘左右,然后再加工。長期不用的機器應(yīng)延長預(yù)熱的時間。
2、檢查機床潤滑油路是否暢通,打油時油表是否起壓,壓力是否正常。
3、關(guān)機前將工作臺、鞍座置于機器中央位置(加工中心、剝皮機移動三軸,車床移動兩軸,行程至各軸行程中間位置)。
4、機床外觀保持干燥清潔,機床內(nèi)雜屑及時清理。
注意事項:

機器啟動后,禁止維護機床。維護過程中,電路的斷路器應(yīng)斷開。

三、每月保養(yǎng)
1、檢測 x、y、z 三軸或兩軸軌道潤滑情況,軌道面必須保證潤滑良好。
2、檢查、清潔極限開關(guān)以及碰塊。
3、檢查打刀缸油杯油是否足夠,不足及時添加。
4、檢查機器上的指示牌與警告銘牌是否清晰,存在。
四、半年保養(yǎng)
1、拆開三軸或兩軸防屑護罩,清潔三軸或兩軸油管接頭,滾珠導(dǎo)螺桿,三軸或兩軸限位開關(guān),并檢測是否正常。
檢查各軸硬軌刮刷片效果是否良好。
2、檢查各軸伺服馬達及頭部是否正常運轉(zhuǎn),有無異常聲音。
3、更換油壓單元油,刀庫減速機構(gòu)油,液壓油箱油,并清理抽油濾網(wǎng),清理油箱里面的雜質(zhì),清洗切削水水箱。
4、測試各軸間隙,必要時可調(diào)整補償量。
5、清潔電箱內(nèi)灰塵(確保機床處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)下)。
6、全面檢查各接點、接頭、插座、開關(guān)是否正常。
7、檢查調(diào)整機械水平。
五、年度保養(yǎng)
1、檢查所有按鍵是否靈敏正常。
2、清洗切削水箱,更換切削液,更換液壓油并清理抽油濾網(wǎng),清理油箱里面的雜質(zhì)。
3、檢查各軸垂直精度,決定是否需要調(diào)整。
4、檢查氮氣平衡缸壓力是否正常,出廠在 6 公斤左右,不能低于 5 公斤,如果過低需要及時添加。
六、日常維護及修理
注意:設(shè)備的維護和修理應(yīng)由專業(yè)工程師進行。
1、接地保護系統(tǒng)應(yīng)有完好的連續(xù)性,確保人身安全。
2、 對斷路器、接觸器、單相或三相滅弧器等元氣件進行定期檢查。如接線是否松動,噪音是否過大,找出原因并排除隱患。
3、確保電柜內(nèi)散熱風(fēng)機正常運行,否則可能會導(dǎo)致元氣件損壞。
4、保險絲熔斷,空氣開關(guān)頻繁跳閘,應(yīng)及時找出原因并排除。
5、伺服驅(qū)動電池更換
絕對制系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)靠伺服驅(qū)動電池保持,當出現(xiàn)電池電壓過低 ( 警告 9f) 的情況時、驅(qū)動器電池需要更換,請盡快訂購?fù)?/p>
號的電池單元,并保持驅(qū)動器電源接通。請在更換電池的 30 分鐘前開啟驅(qū)動單元的電源,在 1 小時以內(nèi)完成更換電池。
七、電池的更換步驟
1、確認輸入電源已切斷、所更換的驅(qū)動單元的電源已 off。
2、拔出與驅(qū)動單元電池插口相連的電池插頭。
3、用指尖按下電池側(cè)面、橫推電池然后取出。
4、新電池的插頭與驅(qū)動單元電池插口相連。
5、把電池安裝到驅(qū)動單元上。
