采用西門子PLC控制和最新檢測板及進(jìn)口原裝電磁閥,機(jī)器穩(wěn)定可靠。觸摸屏人機(jī)
界面,畫面大且清晰,更易操作。
機(jī)器動作采用進(jìn)口原裝電磁閥組控制,機(jī)器有兩套油霧保養(yǎng)裝置,除去氣體中雜質(zhì)與
水份,滿足食品、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)的環(huán)保和GMP法規(guī)要求,使機(jī)器持久耐用,增加使用
壽命。控制系統(tǒng)可以儲存6組產(chǎn)品的參數(shù),并記錄檢測總量與漏瓶量。
檢測瓶高低調(diào)節(jié)精確,采用雙高頻滑動光桿,快捷,方便,準(zhǔn)確無誤的調(diào)節(jié)方式得到
調(diào)試師傅的好評。
簡單的操作功能,即可獨立完成測漏,又可并入生產(chǎn)線實現(xiàn)自動化測漏,可根據(jù)客戶
需求量身定制。

Using the latest detection system in the United States, each station has a dual-channel independent leak detection system, with high
precision and strong reliability, and the accuracy can reach 0.05mm.
Using Siemens PLC control, the latest detection board and imported original solenoid valve, the machine is stable and reliable. Touch screen
man-machine interface, large and clear screen, easier to operate.
The action of the machine is controlled by imported original solenoid valve group. The machine has two sets of oil mist maintenance devices
to remove impurities and water in the gas. It meets the environmental protection and GMP requirements of food, medicine and other
industries, making the machine durable and increasing its service life. The control system can store the parameters of 6 groups of products,
and record the total amount of detection and the amount of missing bottles.
The height of the detection bottle is adjusted accurately, and the double high-frequency sliding polished rod is adopted. The quick,
convenient, and accurate adjustment method has been praised by the debugging master.
Simple operation function, can independently complete leak detection, and can be integrated into the production line to realize automatic leak
detection, which can be customized according to customer needs.
