是一種新型“綠色”能源。具體來說就是將光伏玻璃替代普通的幕墻玻璃，來達到發(fā)電

的目的。

光伏幕墻主要分為三大系統(tǒng)，光伏電池系統(tǒng)，控制系統(tǒng)，幕墻系統(tǒng)。

我公司的光伏幕墻，主要考慮的五大因素：1、建筑物所在地，朝向、太陽照度等。2、所

有接線隱藏在幕墻系統(tǒng)內(nèi)。3、晶硅電池不應(yīng)豎向放置，將減少40%的發(fā)電量。4、適度控

制電池板撓度。5、幕墻系統(tǒng)背面應(yīng)通風(fēng)良好，防止電池板溫度過高。

1、智能開關(guān)窗戶：

早上或者天氣較好時，光敏傳感器通過單片機控制板自動打開窗戶，通風(fēng)換氣,傍晚或者天氣

不好時窗子自動關(guān)閉；通過紅外氣體檢測系統(tǒng)檢測室內(nèi)二氧化碳濃度來調(diào)節(jié)窗戶開關(guān)；用戶也

可以根據(jù)對光線需要設(shè)置開關(guān)窗戶的時間和條件。

2、智能防風(fēng)：

力學(xué)傳感器檢測到大風(fēng)時，單片機控制板控制窗戶自動關(guān)閉。

3、智能防雨雪：

平時出門在外或者忘記關(guān)窗的時候，遇到下雨時，濕敏傳感器檢測到下雨信息，單片

機控制窗門自動關(guān)閉。

4、室內(nèi)智能安全系統(tǒng)：

當(dāng)室內(nèi)的液化氣、天然氣等可燃氣體發(fā)生泄漏時，傳

感器檢測到氣體信號時，單片機控制報警器發(fā)出報警聲，接著打開窗戶將有毒氣體排

到窗外，防止人中毒，避免火災(zāi)等事故的發(fā)生。

5、智能防盜報警系統(tǒng)：

如遇上小偷觸碰窗戶，振動傳感器檢測到振動信號后，單片機控制窗戶上的喇

叭發(fā)出報警聲，通知臨近的人來保護，避免造成財產(chǎn)及安全損失。

亨威鋁業(yè)目前共開發(fā)有幕墻系列約50余種，主要分為構(gòu)

件和單元式2種形式，構(gòu)件式中明框幕墻約9種，隱框幕墻約

14種,半隱框幕墻約20余種，單元式幕墻約7種。規(guī)格大小由

100系列到240系列不等。型材品種豐富，各種轉(zhuǎn)接材料配套齊

全。并可根據(jù)實際工程需要，配合用戶共同研發(fā)新型幕墻產(chǎn)品。

亨威鋁業(yè)研發(fā)的幕墻系列均嚴(yán)格遵循相關(guān)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，主要遵

循標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有；《鋁合金建筑型材》GB5237-2008,《建筑幕墻氣密、

水密抗風(fēng)壓性能檢測方法》GB/T15227-2007，《建筑幕墻平均內(nèi)

變形性能檢測方法》GB/T18250-2000，《玻璃幕墻光學(xué)性能》

GB/18091-2000,《建筑外窗空氣隔聲性能分級及檢測方法》

GB/T8485-2002。
