聚丙烯酰胺（陰）

產(chǎn)品介紹

高分子陰離子聚丙稀酰胺具有優(yōu)良的絮凝、增稠、脫水等作用。

應用工藝

本品預先配制成0.1-0.5％濃度水溶液，然后再兌稀成0.01-0.1％

濃度的投放液，按不同的待處理計量投放。

包裝及儲存

本品吸潮，不宜露空放置，避免日曬、雨淋；密封儲存期2年，

長期存放，使用效果會下降，但仍可使用。本產(chǎn)品采用外以聚丙

烯編織袋、內(nèi)以聚乙烯薄膜袋雙層包裝，每袋20公斤。

陰離子聚丙烯酰胺溶解注意事項

1、投放的濃度范圍：0.1~0.25mg/ L

2、應在搪瓷、不銹鋼或塑料容器內(nèi)溶解。

3、聚丙烯酰胺干粉均勻緩慢地加入。

4、溶解時的適宜溫度30-60℃。

5、溶解時應低速（40-60轉(zhuǎn)／分）攪拌，否則，將造成未溶解的\"魚眼\"產(chǎn)生和降解。

陰離子聚丙烯酰胺優(yōu)勢

絮凝性： PAM 能使懸浮物質(zhì)通過電中和，架橋吸附作用，起絮凝作用。粘合性：能通過機械的、物理的、化學的

作用，起粘合作用。

降阻性： PAM 能有效地降低流體的摩擦阻力，水中加入微量 PAM 就能降阻50-80%。

增稠性： PAM 在中性和酸性條件下均有增稠作用，當 PH 值在10以上 PAM 容易水解。

陰離子聚丙烯酰胺適用范圍

1．對懸浮顆粒，較粗、濃度高、粒子帶陽電荷，水的 PH 值為中性或堿性的污水，電鍍、線路板、造紙、印染、漂

染、制革等污水處理，效果理想。

2．促進污泥濃縮，改善污泥脫水性能，提高壓濾機等脫水設備工作效率，泥餅含水率低。

3．紡織印染助劑生產(chǎn)中的增稠、分散。印染廢水的脫色、澄清和污泥的壓濾處理。

4．過去水廠采用無機絮凝劑，但投加量大，造成污泥量增大效果不好。采用陰離子聚丙烯酰胺作絮凝劑，投加量

是無機絮凝劑的1/50，但效果是無機絮凝劑的數(shù)倍，甚至幾十倍。對于有機物污染嚴重的江河水和陽離子聚丙烯酰

胺配合使用效果更好。

Cautions

1.Concentration range put in :0.1-0.25mg/ L 2.It should be dissolved in enamel , stainless steel or plastic

containers .

3.The dry polyacrylamide powder is added evenly and slowly .

4.The suitable dissolution temperature is 30 to 60℃.

5.The solution should be stirred at a low speed (40-60 RPM ), otherwise , the undissolved \" fish eyes \" will

be generated and degraded .

Advantages

Flocculation : PAM flocculates the suspended substance through electricity neutralicetion and bridge

adsorption . Adhesiveness : can be adhesice by mechanical , physical and chemical action .

Reduce resistance : PAM can effectively lower the friction of the fluid .

Thickening : PAM is thickening effectively in neutral and acidic conditions , when the PH value is higher 10

PAM will be hydrolysis .

Application

1.Good effect on sewage treatment of suspended particles , coarse , high concentration , positive charge

particels , neutral or alkaline sewage , also used widely in electroplating , circuit board , paper , printing ,

bleaching , leather industry .

2.It can promote sludge concentration , improve sludge dewatering performance , improve efficiency of

dewatering equipment such as filter press , and make the moisture content of mud cake low .

3.It' s used for thickening and dispersing in the production of textile auxiliaries . It ' s also used for

clarification and sludge filtration treatment decolorization of printing and dyeing wastewater .

4.It is better than inorganic flocculants during the treatment of water plants . For river water with heavy

organic pollutants , it will work better with cationic polyacrylamide .

聚合氯化鋁

產(chǎn)品介紹

聚合氯化鋁簡稱 PAC ，是黃色或淡黃色粉末固體，易溶于水，溶液為黃褐

色透明液體，對水中懸浮物有極強的吸附性，從而達到凈化目的。主要用

于工業(yè)廢水的凈化及河涌、工業(yè)用水的凈水處理。

包裝及儲存

本品外以聚丙烯編織袋、內(nèi)以聚乙烯薄膜雙層包裝，每袋凈重25kg。儲

存于干燥通風的地方，不得與有毒，易燃，易腐蝕品混放，保質(zhì)期1年。

使用方法

將本產(chǎn)品與自來水按照1:10-15倍稀釋成溶液后投用?？筛鶕?jù)污水的不同

濁度測定最佳投加量，正常投量50-700PPM。

1、成絮凝體速度快、塊大、活性高、沉降分離迅速。

Features

Polyaluminum chloride , or PAC for short , is a yellow or light yellow powder solid , soluble in water , the solution is a tawny

transparent liquid , with strong adsorption to the suspended substance in water , so as to achieve the purpose of purification .

It is mainly used for purification of industrial waste water and water treatment for river and industrial water.

Package & Storage

The product is packed in polypropylene bag with polyethylene film inside ,25kg per bag . It should be stored in a dry and

ventilated place . It should not be mixed with poisonous , inflammable and corrodible products , and the quality guarantee

period should be 1 year.

Application

This product should be diluted with tap water into solution by 1:10-15.The optimal dosage of this product can be determined

according to the turbidity of waste water , and the normal dosage is 50-700ppm.

次氯酸鈉

產(chǎn)品介紹

次氯酸鈉是強氧化劑，用作漂白劑、氧化劑及水凈化劑用于造紙、紡織、

輕工業(yè)等，具有漂白、殺菌、消毒的作用。

包裝及運輸

本產(chǎn)品采用塑料桶密封包裝，每桶25kg。起運時包裝要完整，裝載應穩(wěn)

妥。運輸過程中要確保容器不泄漏、不倒塌、不墜落、不損壞。嚴禁與

酸類、食用化學品等混裝混運。運輸時運輸車輛應配備泄漏應急處理設

備。運輸途中應防曝曬、雨淋，防高溫。公路運輸時要按規(guī)定路線行駛，

勿在居民區(qū)和人口稠密區(qū)停留。

適用范圍

1、用于紙漿、紡織品（如布匹、毛巾、汗衫等）、化學纖維和淀粉的漂白；

2、化學工業(yè)用于生產(chǎn)水合肼、單氯胺、雙氯胺；

of shipment . Ensure containers are not leaking , collspsing , falling and damaged during transportation . It is strictly prohibited

to mix and transport acid and edible chemicals . Transport vehicles should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment

液堿

產(chǎn)品介紹

液堿即液態(tài)狀的氫氧化鈉，亦稱燒堿、苛性鈉?，F(xiàn)有氯堿廠由于生產(chǎn)工藝

的不同，液堿的濃度通常為30-32%或40-42%。

產(chǎn)品包裝

本產(chǎn)品采用塑料桶密封包裝，每桶25kg。

產(chǎn)品性質(zhì)

純品為無色透明液體。相對密度1.328-1.349，熔點318.4°℃，沸點

1390℃。工業(yè)品多含雜質(zhì)，主要為氯化鈉及碳酸鈉等，有時還有少量氧

化鐵。當溶成濃液堿后，大部分雜質(zhì)會上浮液面，可分離除去。

產(chǎn)品用途

本產(chǎn)品是重要的化工基原料，用途極廣。化學工業(yè)用于制造甲酸、草酸、硼砂、苯酚、氰化鈉及肥皂、合成脂肪酸、

合成洗滌劑等。紡織印染工業(yè)用作棉布退漿劑、煮練劑、絲光劑和還原染料、海昌藍染料的溶劑。冶煉工業(yè)用制造氫

氧化鋁、氧化鋁及金屬表面處理劑。儀器工業(yè)用作酸中和劑、脫色劑、脫臭劑。膠粘劑工業(yè)用作淀粉糊化劑、中和劑。

Product Property

scouring agent , mercerizing agent and reducing dye . It ' s used to matufcutive Aluminium hydroxide , alumina and metal

surface treating agent in the smelting industry . It ' s used as acid neutralizer , decolorizer , deodorant in the instrument

industry . It ' s used as starch paste agent , neutralizer in the adhesive industry .

氫氧化鈉

產(chǎn)品介紹

氫氧化鈉，俗稱燒堿、火堿、苛性鈉，是一種具有很強腐蝕性的強堿，

一般為片狀或顆粒狀，易溶于水，溶于水時放熱并形成堿性溶液，另有

潮解性，易吸取空氣中的水蒸氣（潮解）和二氧化碳（變質(zhì)）。氫氧化

鈉是常見的化工品之一。純品是無色透明的晶體．密度2.130g/cm3。熔

點318.4°℃。沸點1390℃。工業(yè)品含有少量的氯化鈉和碳酸鈉，是白色

不透明的晶體。有塊狀，片狀，粒狀和棒狀等。

產(chǎn)品標準

本廠生產(chǎn)的氫氧化鈉產(chǎn)品嚴格按照 GB /T209國家標準進行生產(chǎn)，通過

國家完善計量檢測體系確認，采用國際標準驗收。

包裝與儲存

本產(chǎn)品采用外以聚丙烯編織袋、內(nèi)以聚乙烯薄膜袋雙層包裝，貯存于通風、干燥的庫房，注意防潮、防雨。每袋

凈重25公斤。

應用范圍

氫氧化鈉被廣泛應用于水處理。在污水處理廠，氫氧化鈉可以通過中和反應減小水的硬度。在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域，是離子交換

樹脂再生的再生劑。氫氧化鈉具有強堿性，且在水中具有相對高的可溶性。由于燒堿為液態(tài)，所以容易衡量用量，廣

泛地使用在水處理的各個領(lǐng)域。

COD 去除劑集合了氧化、反應沉降、吸附等處理技術(shù)，能將污水中的 COD 等

污染物從水體中快速去除，是 COD 超標的廢水處理最佳藥劑。

使用時可將 COD 用水溶解再投加，或先加入溶解罐進行攪拌，用泵投加到

注意事項

2.使用配置該產(chǎn)品藥液時，做好安全防護措施，操作人員必須戴護目鏡、防塵口罩、穿戴耐酸堿手套。

3.操作完畢后，利用壓縮空氣吹走身上的粉末，避免接觸到皮膚；

4.一旦接觸到皮膚，用大量清水沖洗；若不小心進入眼睛，立即用干毛巾擦拭干凈。再用大量的清水沖洗，必要時立

除磷劑

產(chǎn)品介紹

除磷劑是一種以鐵離子為核心的多羥基多絡合體的復合陽離子型無機高分子絮凝劑，對帶負電荷的磷酸根產(chǎn)生強烈絡

合作用，同時，其水解產(chǎn)物可以吸附相當量的磷化合物。

產(chǎn)品包裝

本產(chǎn)品采用塑料桶密封包裝，25公斤／桶。

使用方法

1、將本品按污水進水量大小，用清水稀釋為5-10％的溶液，混合均勻后投加，可以加在二沉池前，最好加在接觸氧

化池。

2、本品投加量是視污水中總磷情況的不同，藥劑耗量也不同。具體使用量需通過玻杯小試及生產(chǎn)試驗確定。

3、稀釋后的藥劑應在八小時內(nèi)用完。

使用時可將本產(chǎn)品直接投加，或先加入溶解罐，濃度為10~20%，攪拌，用泵投加到反應池。本產(chǎn)品適用的 pH 值

范圍廣，在酸性條件下使用效果尤佳，使用量約為100~1000ppm（即0.1~1公斤／噸廢水），根據(jù)廢水中磷酸根的含量

不同其用量有所差異，具體用量一般通過實驗確定。

實驗時取一定量的原水，加入適量的本產(chǎn)品（如500ppm)，將廢水 pH 值調(diào)節(jié)至7~8，加入少量聚丙烯酰胺 PAM 絮

凝沉淀，過濾取上清液測定磷的含量。（如需處理重金屬，用上清液進行二次處理即可。)FeCI3、及AICI3溶液充分混

合均勻后加入 NaOH 溶液，三者摩爾比為3:2:14；混合反應并靜置后濾出生成物，用水反復洗滌至出水為中性；于

100-110℃下烘干并制成尺寸均勻的粒狀吸附劑。

This product is based on iron ion as the core of inorganic polymer flocculant , it has a strong complexation with negatively

charged phosphate ions , and hydrolysate can adsorb phosphorus compounds .

No toxic , harmless , safe and environment - friendly . Total phosphorus removal rate can reach 99%.

Application

1.This product shall be diluted into 5-10% solution with clean water according to the amount of sewage water , and then

added after mixing evenly . It can be added before the second sedimentation tank , and preferably added in the contact

oxidation pool .

2.The dosage of this product depends on the total phosphorus in the sewage , and the dosage of agent is also different .

The specific usage amount shall be determined by glass mini test and production test .

3.The diluted agent should be used within 8 hours .

When used , the product can be added directly , or added into the dissolution tank and stirring advance , concentration of

10~-20%, and pump into the reaction tank . This product is applicable to a wide range of pH value , and is particularly

effective under acidic conditions . Its usage amount is about 100-1000ppm( i . e .,0.1-1kg/ T waste water ). Its dosage

varies according to the content of phosphate in the waste water .

During the experiment , an appropriate amount of this product ( such as 500ppm) was added into the waste water to

adjust the pH value to 7-8. Add a small amount of polyacrylamide PAM , flocculated and precipitation , take few of the

supernatant and filter to determine the content of phosphorus .( if heavy metals need to be treated , use the clear liquid

for secondary treat -ment .)FeCI3 and AICI3 solutions were mixed thoroughly and evenly , and then added with NaOH

solution . The molar ratio of the three solutions was 3:2:14.The product was filtered out after the mixing reaction and

static , and the product was washed repeatedly until the effluent was neutral . InDry at 100-110° C and made it into

uniform size granular adsorbent .
