伊紡達(dá)正在為全球市場提供一種具有劃時代意義的材料——空間布（簡稱“DWF”）,它是3D立體空心結(jié)構(gòu)的。

這種材料的基布采用3D編織技術(shù)，兩層夾網(wǎng)布面通過中間拉絲的上下串并走法連接而成一體結(jié)構(gòu)。中間拉絲

的不同走法，DWF可以形成不同形狀的布面效果，如內(nèi)狀（波浪紋）、點狀（滿天星紋）、直條狀（一字紋）

等圖案（根據(jù)客戶要求，也可以訂制其他非常規(guī)的布面效果，如X狀、同一種形狀，不一樣的間隔效果）。

由于每個拉絲紗線都是以設(shè)計好的固定行程連接兩層夾網(wǎng)布，以定義材料的空間高度，因此，基于專門設(shè)計

的拉絲密度，不管是哪種形狀，DWF都可以保證一個非常穩(wěn)定的立體空間結(jié)構(gòu)，表現(xiàn)為尺寸穩(wěn)定、表面平整、

回彈性能好。

3D立體空心結(jié)構(gòu)同時也賦予了DWF比強(qiáng)度高的特性；長度一致的拉絲可以提供超過1 Mpa（10 atm,145PSI ）

的單位斷裂強(qiáng)力，因此使用空間布材料是非常安全的，完全不必?fù)?dān)心拉絲斷裂的問題。

空間布材料的常規(guī)使用氣壓在20PSI以下，空間布材料通 過涂覆特制的PVC氣密涂層，可以提供大于1

50N/5cm的剝離強(qiáng)度，因此也完全不必?fù)?dān)心可能出現(xiàn)的脫層或爆裂。

YFD Is providing a new material for the global market----DWF (double wall fabric) , which It Is with 3D hollow

structure. By using 3D weaving technology, the two layers of base fabric are connected together with the pile yarns.

Due to the different ways of the pile yarns, the surface shape of DWF can be ? pattern like wavy (W shape), starry,

linear, and other surface shapes can be customized such as X shapes. Since each pile yarn thread has got the same

length which define the maximum distance between the two base fabrics, Sljla DWF keeping of the desired shape of

the hollow body - adlmenslonally-stable surface, smooth and excellent flexibility.

The 3D hollow structure gives DWF lighter weight and better specific strength. The breaking strength of equally long

pile yarns can reach more than 1 Mpa (10 atm, 1 45PSI), so It Is very safe to use, and not worry about the fracture

problem of pile yarns completely.

The routine use pressure of DWF Is under 20 PSI. With a special PVC airtight coated, the adhesion strength of DWF

can reach more than 150 N/5CM, so not worry about the ply separation or burst problem.

Introduction of Plain Fabric/ 平織介紹

伊紡達(dá)平織部門開始于2014年，采用的平織機(jī)器均為比利

時進(jìn)口的必佳樂箭桿織機(jī)。平織繼承傳統(tǒng)積淀，尋求新的

技術(shù)升級，我們配備了專用的加捻車間，采購先進(jìn)倍捻機(jī)，

同時車間溫度濕度進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格管控，減低加捻對紗線的損傷，

提升織造順暢度。整經(jīng)方面我們采購了全套電磁張力器作

為整經(jīng)基礎(chǔ)，更加穩(wěn)定的控制紗線張力，同時我們細(xì)化整

經(jīng)紗架調(diào)整方式，對不同品種采取不同的方式，使得織造

品質(zhì)進(jìn)一步提升。

平織布正式名稱為平紋組織，是平行織品的編織方式中最

簡單的一種，例如以四根橫向的經(jīng)紗與四根直向的緯紗互

相交織時，每根經(jīng)紗與緯紗都會各有四個交錯點。 以原本

平紋組織為基礎(chǔ)，增加或減少交錯支點的數(shù)目，或移動原

本組織點的位置，或兩種同時施行時，即可做平紋組織的

變化。
