It can be a natural person or legal entity of any nationality.

Company Secretary

必須委任 1 名香港居民或法人團體擔任公司秘書。

It has to be a Hong Kong-based resident or company.

公司名稱

Company’s Name

英文，可加中文公司名稱。

In English, and may opt to insert an additional Chinese name.

注冊資本

Registered Capital

標準注冊資本為 HKD 10,000。

The standard registered capital is HKD 10,000.

稅收優(yōu)惠

Tax Benefit

只有源自或產(chǎn)生于香港的利潤須繳納利得稅，離岸收入免稅。

Offshore income is exempted from tax whilst profits derived or

generated in Hong Kong are subject to tax.

年審年報

Annual Report

需要每年提交周年申報表和經(jīng)香港執(zhí)業(yè)會計師審計的賬目。

Company is required to submit the annual return and accounts

audited by a certified public accountant in Hong Kong.

銀行開戶

Bank Account Opening

較易在香港開立銀行賬戶，公司成立後我司可以協(xié)助客戶辦理。

It may easier to open a bank account in Hong Kong. Upon the

establishment of the company, our company can assist customers to

open a bank account.

客戶先提供擬注冊之公司名稱進行查冊，和注冊公司所需文件及資料。

The customer shall provide the proposed name of the company to be registered,

documents and information required for the registration of the company.

我司會提供賬單，問卷和合同給客戶填寫及簽署。

Our company will provide the invoice, questionnaires and contracts for customers

to fill and execute.

我司收到款項和整套資料后，將進行注冊，需時 7 至 10 個工作日完成。

After receiving the payment and documents, our company will proceed with the

registration of the company and it will take around 7 to 10 working days to

complete.

完成注冊后，我司會先提供電子版注冊文件，再安排郵寄紙質(zhì)版正本。

Upon completion, we will first provide the digital version of the registration

documents, and will then arrange to send the original documents to the customer.
