目真正的核心空間?！敖枇τ趦?yōu)越的區(qū)位和西安厚重的城市文化基因 項(xiàng)目定位為高端購物中心萬象城，含超五星級酒店柏悅和高品質(zhì)寫字樓，聯(lián)合項(xiàng)

目周邊的精品住宅（悅府、悅璽）地上地下共56.5萬平米建筑面積。承載了成為西安甚至全國“商業(yè) IP”和創(chuàng)造有市場影響力的“ 現(xiàn)象級 ”新一代

商業(yè)綜合體的使命。

The project is located on Chang'an South Road, the central axis of Xi'an, and the two axes of east-west and north-south jointly defined by the Shaanxi TV Tower and

the Temple of Heaven of Sui and Tang Dynasties at the urban planning level are the starting point of the planning scheme. The intersection of the two axes forms

display goods, not just a shopping destination; the project introduces natural exploration and discovery, as a microcosm of the ancient city of Xi'an, becoming a city within

Thomas Heatherwick, the world's top designer and the main creator of the British Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo, took on the design and was determined to bring

善。項(xiàng)目總用地面積75558.35㎡,總建筑面積301563㎡。項(xiàng)目整體規(guī)劃采用儀式感中軸規(guī)劃布局，百米高層點(diǎn)式錯(cuò)開布局，保證最大化景觀視野。結(jié)

合宋式美學(xué)，通過玻璃，鋁板和石材的融合完美呈現(xiàn)。以現(xiàn)代簡潔線條為主，承襲了現(xiàn)代時(shí)尚輕裝飾主義的簡約經(jīng)典元素。

China Resources Yuefu is located in the east of Chang'an South Road and west of Huixin Road, which is the central axis of the city. It is a key development area of

the city. The project is located in the core area of the city, with an advantageous geographical location. It is also a planned CCBD area, and the surrounding facilities

are complete. The total land area of the project is 75,558.35 square meters, and the total construction area is 301,563 square meters. The overall planning of the

project adopts the central axis planning layout with a sense of ceremony, and the 100-meter high-rise point-style staggered layout ensures the maximum view of the

landscape. Combined with Song-style aesthetics, it is perfectly presented through the fusion of glass, aluminum plate and stone. Mainly based on modern and simple

lines, it inherits the simple and classic elements of modern fashion and light decoration.

The project is located to the east of Chang'an South Road, to the south of Yanzhan Road, and to the east of Xi'an International Cultural and commercial center in Qujiang

New Area. It has an important location and high-end positioning. The total land area of the project is 62770m2, the total building area is 249756m2, the plot ratio is 2.8,

and the total capacity area is 175756m2. The general layout of the project emphasizes the axis order, creates multi-level cluster space, staggers the layout in a dot fashion,

and creates super building spacing. The external facade is a public building design, with a large area of low glass through horizontally and combined with the shape of

gable aluminum plate to create the facade effect of curtain wall. The landscape design is based on the design concept of "surrounded by mountains and rivers, with

charming rivers and mountains". The local culture and landscape pattern are organically integrated into the site, and various landscape paintings with unique temperament

are created.

萬象里項(xiàng)目位于西咸新區(qū)灃東新城門戶區(qū)位，總建筑面積487782.67㎡。規(guī)劃有1棟超高層辦公寫字樓、7棟超高層LOFT、1棟高層平層公寓式辦公及其附屬

裙房商業(yè)，以及6棟獨(dú)立商業(yè)?？倛D布置采用以兩軸貫穿，一心串聯(lián)，主次商業(yè)景觀節(jié)點(diǎn)引領(lǐng)融合串聯(lián)整個(gè)商業(yè)街區(qū)。立面設(shè)計(jì)采用現(xiàn)代手法，以幕墻與窗

墻的建筑體塊虛實(shí)結(jié)合的交融，以豎向線條為主突顯超高層建筑的挺拔感，輔以橫向線條豐富整體立面的細(xì)節(jié)表達(dá)，加之斜切塔冠的造型處理，彰顯超高

層群落的地域標(biāo)志性。建筑色彩采用冷灰色與米白色，進(jìn)一步提升強(qiáng)化項(xiàng)目整體的都市輕奢高級感。

The Wanxiangli project is located at the gateway of Fengdong New Town, Xixian New District, with a total construction area of 487,782.67 square meters. There are 1

super high-rise office building, 7 super high-rise LOFTs, 1 high-rise flat-floor apartment-style office and its subsidiary podium business, and 6 independent businesses. The

layout of the general plan is run through two axes, one center is connected in series, and the primary and secondary commercial landscape nodes lead the integration and

connection of the entire commercial block. The fa?ade design adopts modern techniques. The curtain wall and the window wall combine the virtual and the real. The

vertical lines are mainly used to highlight the uprightness of the super high-rise buildings, supplemented by horizontal lines to enrich the details of the overall fa?ade. The

shape treatment of the tower crown highlights the regional iconicity of the super high-rise community. The architectural colors are cool gray and off-white, which further

enhances and strengthens the overall urban light luxury and high-end sense of the project.

西咸萬象城位于西安市西咸新區(qū)三橋街道，接駁地鐵一號線，是集商業(yè)、超高層寫字樓核高層公寓等多種業(yè)態(tài)為一體的大型城市綜合體。設(shè)計(jì)靈感來自于

西安本土悠久的漢唐文化。漢文化的寬廣、博大，唐文化的開放包容，使得西安在擁有雄厚文化實(shí)力的同事也注重交流和兼容并蓄。建筑立面概念來源于

竹簡和城墻，并以色調(diào)、細(xì)節(jié)構(gòu)造及虛實(shí)關(guān)系進(jìn)行演繹，體現(xiàn)出傳統(tǒng)的空間意象。

Xixian Mixc City is located in Sanqiao Street, Xixian New District, Xi'an City. The design inspiration comes from the long-standing Han and Tang cultures in Xi'an. The

broadness and breadth of Han culture and the openness and inclusiveness of Tang culture make Xi'an colleagues with strong cultural strength also pay attention to

communication and inclusiveness. The concept of the building fa?ade is derived from bamboo slips and city walls, and is interpreted in terms of color tone, detailed

structure and the relationship between virtual and real, reflecting the traditional spatial imagery.

配套小學(xué)及幼兒園、商業(yè)等公共設(shè)施。項(xiàng)目為城郊改善型D檔住宅項(xiàng)目，整體由36棟高層住宅及其裙房商業(yè)組成，容積率3.6，總計(jì)容面積約539602㎡。項(xiàng)

目于2012年9月獲取土地，分為四期開發(fā)，于2018年12月28日全部交付。
