Make overall plaing in the earlystage of the project, profesionaly study and analyze the advantages and diaaages of
the plot, value gradient, premium space, traffic organization and unit layout in combintion with architecture and
landscape.
The psional landscape design runs through the whole
prject of planning and architectural design, provides the
appropriate soft and hard deorative landscape design for
the project, and creates the garden’s landscape space on
the first floor, vertical greening of facade, roof garden, balcony, etc. in combination with the indoor design.

The achitectural design combines ovall planning and the
data collected from early stage to keep the planning in
step with lascape design, reasonably revises the planning
details and the structure of first floor space, and cooperates with the interior designer to comprehensively design
the horizontal planning, orientation, facade and image of
the building.
The interior design firstly provides size requments of the
completed surface for architectural dsign, reasonably optimizes the interior space in combination with building’s
plan functions and styles, and comprehensively designs
the lobby, walkway, hall and other public spaces.
室內(nèi)專業(yè)為建筑設(shè)計先行提供空間完成面尺度要
求，并結(jié)合建筑平面功能、風(fēng)格元素，對室內(nèi)空間
進行合理優(yōu)化，對大堂、走道、大廳等公共空間提

Mr. Zhang Xiaojun, senior urban planner and architect.
Mr. Zhang has worked with renowned architect Chen Qingsong, Sigapore’s planning, and architectural design icon. Together, they designed
highend housing developments and humanized urban space all over
China.
With years of experience in important projects, he thinks that atetural
design is not only a design in certain subject, and it should also be a
comprehensive integration on land resources, economy, technology,
art and local context. It integrates planning, architecture, landscape,
interior and other professions into one, so that social residents, government, construcers and house owners can reach a win-win goal.
張曉軍先生，iCDC建筑設(shè)計事務(wù)所聯(lián)合創(chuàng)始人、iCDC 主持建
筑師、廣東省土木建筑學(xué)會資深會員建筑師。
曾與新加坡規(guī)劃建筑大師陳青松先生致力于研究高端住宅和人
性化城市空間。經(jīng)過多年的重大項目設(shè)計和地產(chǎn)開發(fā)管理經(jīng)驗，他
認為建筑設(shè)計不僅僅是某一特定專業(yè)的設(shè)計，應(yīng)該對土地、經(jīng)濟、
技術(shù)、藝術(shù)與當?shù)匚拿}資源進行全面合理整合，將規(guī)劃、建筑、景

Senior Design Architect Rodel has more than 30 years of interntioal
experience in Architecture design, construction, organiztional and project managment.He is a graduate of National University, Manila,Philippines with B. A. in Architecture, class of 1990.
During the past 11 years in China he has gained a wealth of professional experience from internationally renowned (i.e., Singapore, USA,
UK, Canada and Hong Kong) and local multidisciplinary design firms.
Rodel has carried out a wide array of complex projects from large
scale develpoments i.e., residentials,mixeduse, offices, hospitality, educational, healthcare,etc.. to designing luxury homesfor the rich and
famous clients.
In addition to having won various invitational design compeions, I’ve
also managed the design develop-ment of two internationally wellknown hospitality projects: Venetian Macao (Macao) and Beachlands
Barbados (Barbados).
大衛(wèi)羅德爾先生作為高級主創(chuàng)建筑師已擁有30年的國際建

Mr. Valenzuela has a strong background in landscape design development, project management and coordination, cost estimation and
construction super-vision.He has worked in a variety of international
work ranging from small-scale to large-scale projects from towns to
high-end, low-density residential commu-nities, institutional landscape development,parkway systems, waterfront develo-pments, major streetscape, leisure and retail / commercial / industrial landscape, as

SR. LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT l 高級景觀建筑師
Landscape Architect Neus Julysses Caragay has more than 13 years of
professional experience in the field of landscape design. He graduated with a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of the
Philippines, DIliman in 2002 and then earned his professional license
in 2004.
His first experience in international design started when he joined VHS
Philippines, an associate company of Belt Collins Hong Kong, where he
was involved in a lot of China and Hong Kong projects including Disneyland HK. This propelled his professional venture in China, working in
premiere cities such as Xiamen, Shanghai.
For the past 11 years, Neus has accomplished a wide array of landscape
design and urban planning projects all over China. During these years
he has amassed massive experience in residential, mixed use, commercial and recreational landscape design.Some of his notable works are,
Taiwan Bali Villas in Xiamen, Disneyland Hong Kongand Ramada Hotel
in Huizhou.
諾伊斯·尤里西斯先生作為景觀建筑師已有13年的專業(yè)工
作經(jīng)驗。2002年畢業(yè)于菲律賓國立大學(xué)，并于2004取得專業(yè)
執(zhí)照。最初工作于與香港貝爾高林公司合作的菲律賓VHS公司時，使他接觸到包括香港迪斯尼樂園在內(nèi)的許多中國項目。這

responsible for developing the design, managing the project team, handling the coordination of all consultants and being the contact person for the client.
