The State Council offcially approved the establishment of the state-level new

area-Sichuan Tianfu New Area in October 2014.

Tianfu New Area is located on the southeast of the main urban

area of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, covering Chengdu and

Meishan with a total area of 1,578 square kilometers. The core

area is the main new area for construction, with a total area of

564 square kilometers.

天府新區(qū)位于四川省成都市主城區(qū)東南方向，涉及成都、眉

山兩市，總面積1578平方公里。核心區(qū)是主要建新區(qū)，總面積

The five north-south trunk roads enable seamless connection with the traditional downtown,

and the expressways lead directly to Tianfu Square, Chunxi Road and other traditional

downtown landmarks. It is 25km away from Chengdu urban area, 9km from Chengdu Management Committee of Tianfu New Area, and 20km and 35km from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport and Chengdu Tianfu airport, respectively. A total of 8 rail transit lines and 18 stations

are planned in the area, with rail transit network realizing full coverage for every 500-meter

distance. In the future, a supporting urban terminal building will be built here for seamless

connection with Shuangliu International Airport and Tianfu International Airport.

錦江春色來(lái)天地，玉壘浮云變古今。正興又名蘇碼頭，自古以來(lái)是南出成都的重要

門(mén)戶，為雙流古街道之一。清康熙年間，本地巨賈蘇姓家族在蘇家溝開(kāi)采石料，并經(jīng)水路

運(yùn)輸，“蘇碼頭”一名因此而來(lái)。隨著碼頭商業(yè)的發(fā)達(dá)，華陽(yáng)和仁壽兩縣的地方首事及紳

商共議建場(chǎng)，取其正在興旺之義，命名為“正興場(chǎng)”，正興一名即沿用至今。過(guò)去，蘇碼頭

千帆往來(lái)、商賈云集，自古即已鑄就正興厚重的商旅文化。如今，天府總部商務(wù)區(qū)整建制

全域覆蓋，新時(shí)代發(fā)展的歷史使命再次標(biāo)定正興，這座跨越千年滄桑巨變的城市，正在

Jinjiang spring scenery to heaven and earth, Yulei floating clouds change ancient and

south of Chengdu since ancient times and is one of the ancient streets of Shuangliu.

During the Reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, the su family, a local magnate,

mined stones in Sujiagou and transported them by water, hence the name "Su wharf".

With the development of wharf business, the local leaders and merchants of Huayang

and Renshou counties discussed the construction of a site, which was named "Zhengxing

Site" because it was thriving. Zhengxing is still in use today. In the past, thousands of sails

traveled to and from Suzhou Dock, and merchants gathered together. Since ancient

of Tianfu Headquarters business District covers the whole area, and the historical mission

正興，倚錦江而現(xiàn)、擁錦江而生，自古以來(lái)是成都平原水陸交通、商賈云集的重地，

南出成都的重要門(mén)戶。2010年《成都天府新區(qū)總體規(guī)劃》將正興納入天府新城規(guī)劃板塊；

2013年初《天府新城控制性詳細(xì)規(guī)劃及總體城市設(shè)計(jì)》又將正興確立為商業(yè)商務(wù)文博會(huì)

展片區(qū)，正興街道成為天府新區(qū)“一帶兩翼、一城六區(qū)”和天府新城“一軸一帶三片六區(qū)”

最重要的核心起步區(qū)，同時(shí)也成為了天府新區(qū)重大項(xiàng)目和重要地標(biāo)的“承載地”。2019年

12月，正興正式“撤鎮(zhèn)設(shè)街”，轄10個(gè)社區(qū)（村）。與此同時(shí)，作為成都66個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)功能區(qū)之一

的天府總部商務(wù)區(qū)整建制覆蓋正興。

Covering a total area of 253 ha., with water area

Located on both sides of Tianfu Avenue, south of Zhenggong Road

and north of Fuzhou Road, Tianfu Park will be constructed in two

phases, with a total area of 1.5 square kilometers. Covering an area

of 1.17 square kilometers, the Phase-I project stretches roughly 2

kilometers from north to south and 1.5 kilometers from east to west,

or 900 meters at the narrowest point, and involves the construction

of a tourist center, an underground parking lot, greening and auxiliary works, water works, a landscaping weir, internal roads and a

square. Stretching an area of approximately 443,000 square meters,

the water works flow through the Dongfeng Canal. The water is

introduced from the Old Nangan Canal, and drains into the Luxi

River through Qingli Trench.

Located in the core area of Zhengxing Street, Tianfu New District, Sichuan province, Tianjiasi Characteristic Commercial Block is a dynamic
