Facing the diversified needs of customers and based on the company's own manufacturing experience of advanced springs, We established

a seal ring business department in June 2016, which has specially conquered the pan plug sealing projects that many top 500 enterprises

need to be localized but have not been successfully localized for many years, we helped them save a large number of costs. After years of

development, our seal division is now able to manufacture various kinds of non-standard customized sealing products, such as spring energy

storage ring, hole pan plug seal, shaft pan plug seal, end face inward pan plug seal, rotary pan plug seal, PTFE lip framework oil seal, lip type

oil seal, grid ring, stern seal, dust seal, AQ seal, high pressure rotary oil seal, retaining ring, guide ring, etc.

Our fluoroplastic seals are all made of high-quality PTFE resin. They all have excellent advantages such as extremely low friction resistance,

no crawling phenomenon, good self-lubricating performance, and can still work normally in the absence of lubrication. The chemical and

physical properties of the material are very stable, with excellent corrosion resistance and outstanding non stickiness. The working temperature ranges from - 60 ℃ to +250 ℃. At the same time, it has excellent dynamic and static sealing characteristics, good wear resistance and

long service life. Products are widely used, especially in high pressure, high temperature, high speed conditions, as well as strong acid, strong

alkali, strong corrosion environment, still can maintain good sealing performance.

鋼絲螺套

是一種新型的內(nèi)螺紋緊固件，適用于螺紋連接，旋入并緊

固在被連接件之一的螺紋孔中，形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)螺紋，螺栓（或

螺釘）再擰入其中，又名螺紋絲套，簡稱絲套。它是用高

強度、高精度、表面光潔的冷軋菱形不銹鋼絲精確加工而

成的一種彈簧狀內(nèi)外螺紋同心體，主要用于增強和保護(hù)低

強度材質(zhì)的內(nèi)螺紋。其原理是在螺釘和基體內(nèi)螺紋之間形

成彈性連接，消除螺紋制造誤差，提高連接強度。鋼絲螺

套嵌入鋁、鎂合金、鑄鐵、玻璃鋼、塑料等低強度的工程

材料的螺紋孔中，能形成符合國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的高精度內(nèi)螺紋，

具有連接強度高，抗震、抗沖擊和耐磨損的功能，并能分

散應(yīng)力保護(hù)基體螺紋，大大延長基體的使用壽命。

鋼絲螺套的性能

1、鋼絲螺套應(yīng)用在各種低強度材料中，能在很大程度上提高螺釘連接的耐磨損性能，避免連接螺紋的損壞。

2、因鋼絲螺套有一定彈性，可使螺紋各圈上的負(fù)載分布比較均勻，消除螺釘與螺孔之間的螺距和牙型偏差，并

能吸收振動，因而提高了螺紋的連接強度和耐疲勞強度。

3、鎖緊型鋼絲螺套能把螺釘鎖緊在螺紋孔中，在經(jīng)受沖擊振動時使螺釘不至于松扣，比通常鎖緊裝置的工藝性

能好。

4、與鑲嵌鋼質(zhì)或銅制襯套方法相比，在同樣強度條件下，可選用尺寸較小，強度較高的螺釘，這樣可縮小體積，

減輕重量。

5、鋼絲螺套的硬度比螺釘高，因此在與螺釘連接裝拆過程中磨損小，可反復(fù)使用。據(jù)有關(guān)試驗研究，鋼絲螺套

抗拉強度是螺釘?shù)?7 倍以上，因此在螺釘斷裂情況下鋼絲螺套也不會損壞。

1. The application of steel wire screw sleeve in various low-strength materials can greatly improve the wear resistance of screw connection

and avoid the damage of connecting thread.

2. Because the steel wire screw sleeve has a certain elasticity, it can make the load distribution on each circle of the thread more uniform,

eliminate the pitch and tooth shape deviation between the screw and the screw hole, and absorb vibration, so as to improve the connection strength and fatigue strength of the thread.

3. The locking steel wire screw sleeve can lock the screw in the threaded hole and prevent the screw from loosening when subjected to

impact and vibration, which is better than the process performance of the usual locking device.

4. Compared with the method of inlaying steel or copper bushing, screws with smaller size and higher strength can be selected under the

same strength conditions, which can reduce the volume and weight.

5. The hardness of the steel wire screw sleeve is higher than that of the screw, so it has little wear in the process of connection, assembly

and disassembly with the screw and can be used repeatedly. According to relevant experimental research, the tensile strength of the steel

wire thread sleeve is more than 7 times that of the screw, so the steel wire thread sleeve will not be damaged when the screw is broken.

wire thread insert is a new type of internal thread fastener, which is suitable for threaded connection. It is screwed into and fastened in the

threaded hole of one of the connected parts to form a standard internal thread, and the bolt (or screw) is screwed into it. It is also known as

thread screw sleeve, which is referred to as thread sleeve for short. It is a spring-shaped concentric body of internal and external threads

accurately processed from cold-rolled Diamond Stainless steel wire with high strength, high precision and smooth surface. It is mainly

used to strengthen and protect internal threads of low-strength materials. The principle is to form an elastic connection between the screw

and the internal thread of the matrix, eliminate the thread manufacturing error and improve the connection strength. The steel wire screw

sleeve is embedded into the threaded hole of low-strength engineering materials such as aluminum, magnesium alloy, cast iron, glass fiber

reinforced plastics, etc., which can form a high-precision internal thread in line with international standards, has the functions of high connection strength, earthquake resistance, impact resistance and wear resistance, can disperse stress, protect the matrix thread, and greatly

prolong the service life of the matrix.

鋼絲螺套的用途

1、增強連接強度、改善連接條件。鋼絲螺套選入鋁、鎂等

低強度材料，可避免滑絲、錯牙現(xiàn)象，并獲得優(yōu)良的連接性能。

2、耐磨損。用于經(jīng)常拆卸的部位，可大大提高螺紋的使用

壽命。

3、增大受力面。用于要求有強度連接力而不能增加螺孔直

徑的部位。

4、防松脫。特別是用于航天器等產(chǎn)品要求 續(xù)使用，避免工

件報損的可能。

Tailless Insert

"Tailless screw sleeve" is also known as "steel wire screw sleeve without mounting handle", It's a steel wire insert (threaded thread sleeve).

The steel wire screw sleeve without mounting handle has a fishhook like clamping groove at both ends. When installing the tailless screw

sleeve, use a special installation tool to directly install it without distinguishing the direction of the screw sleeve. This is unmatched by the

tailless screw sleeve, which greatly improves the work efficiency. And because the tailless screw sleeve has no mounting handle, it is omitted

In addition to the steps of installing the handle, the work efficiency is further improved, and various problems caused by the removal of the

mounting handle are completely avoided.

Tailless screw sleeve is a new thread sheath product developed on the basis of

ordinary thread sheath. Tailless screw sleeve overcomes the shortcomings of

traditional thread sheath mounting handle and low installation efficiency. The

slotted part of traditional thread sheath mounting handle can not be controlled

accurately, resulting in the phenomenon that the tail is not easy to break or too easy

to break. When removing the handle, the tail end is easy to protrude, affecting the

無需區(qū)分螺套的方向，直接安裝即可，這一點是有尾螺套

無可比擬的，從而大大提高了工作效率。并且由于無尾螺

套沒有安裝柄，從而省掉了去除安裝柄的步驟，進(jìn)一步提

高工作效率，并且完全避免了由于安裝柄去除所引起的各

種問題。

無尾螺套是在普通螺紋護(hù)套的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)研

制的新型螺紋護(hù)套產(chǎn)品，無尾螺套克服傳統(tǒng)

螺紋護(hù)套安裝柄及安裝效率低的缺點，傳統(tǒng)

螺紋護(hù)套安裝柄開槽部位不能控制精確，造

成尾部不易折斷或過易折斷的現(xiàn)象，去柄時

尾端易突起，影響螺紋旋入，嚴(yán)重影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)

量，尾部去除后不易清理，易造成滯留，嚴(yán)重
