Hubei Guanzhu Law Firm was founded in 2010, headquartered in the core business district of Wuhan and

Our law department is committed to providing professional and efficient legal service. Most of our lawyers have overseas education background, and

some of them are selected as \"Two Hundred Talents\"

in foreign related legal field among Young Lawyers in

Wuhan. Our key lawyers all have more than seven

years of litigation practice experience and have dealt

with a large number of litigation and non-litigation

劉莎律師獲得武漢大學法學碩士學位和英國謝菲爾德大

學法學碩士學位。劉律師有十余年的律師執(zhí)業(yè)經(jīng)驗，工作

語言為中文和英語。劉莎律師擅長辦理涉外婚姻、勞動爭

議、國際保函 / 信用證業(yè)務、國際商事訴訟與仲裁等法律事

務。劉莎律師執(zhí)業(yè)期間，先后擔任多家金融機構、大型知名

企業(yè)常年法律顧問，行業(yè)類型涉及煙草行業(yè)、金融行業(yè)、文

化行業(yè)等；有著扎實的理論功底和豐富的辦案經(jīng)驗。劉律

師現(xiàn)為武漢市律師協(xié)會涉外（一帶一路）委員會、企業(yè)法律

顧問委員會委員。

Ms. Liu holds a Master of Laws degree from Wuhan University and a Master of Laws degree from the University

of Sheffield, UK. Ms. Liu has over ten years of experience

as a lawyer and her working languages are Mandarin

and English. Ms. Liu specialises in foreign-related matrimonial matters, labor dispute, international Letter of

Guarantee/Letter of Credit, and international commercial

litigation and arbitration. Ms. Liu has served as legal

counsel for several financial institutions and well-known

enterprises in the tobacco, finance and culture industries. She has solid theoretical knowledge and rich experience in this field. Meanwhile, she is a member of Foreign (Belt and Road) Committee and Enterprise Legal

Counsel Committee of Wuhan Lawyers Association.

王亞玲律師獲得中南財經(jīng)政法大學法學學士學位、管理學

學士學位以及英國蘭卡斯特大學法學碩士學位。王律師擅

長涉外婚姻繼承、涉外合同糾紛、國際商事訴訟與仲裁等法

律事務。執(zhí)業(yè)以來辦理數(shù)百件訴訟案件，糾紛解決思路和方

法靈活且多元化。為人嚴謹認真，有著很強的責任心，希望

盡自己最大努力為當事人爭取合法權益。擅長學習，具備多

元化的知識背景。在辦案過程中，以深厚的法律基礎、較強

的邏輯思維能力、良好的文字表達和溝通能力見長。

Yaling Wang obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree and

Bachelor of Management Degree from Zhongnan University of Finance and Law, and Master of Laws degree from

Lancaster University, UK. Ms. Wang specializes in foreign-related marital & inheritance, foreign-related contractual disputes, international commercial litigation and

arbitration and other legal matters. Ms. Wang has handled hundreds of litigation cases and her dispute resolution ideas and methods are flexible and diversified. She is

a rigorous and conscientious person with a strong sense

of responsibility.She is willing to do her utmost to seek the

legitimate rights and interests of the parties. Ms. Wang is

good at learning and has a diversified knowledge background. In the process of handling cases, she has profound legal basis, strong logical thinking ability and good

verbal and communication skills.

吳蕾蕾律師獲得湖北大學法律專業(yè)學士學位和武漢大學

法理學法學碩士學位，2020 年獲武漢市律師協(xié)會首屆涉

外“雙百人才”榮譽。吳律師致力于建筑房產(chǎn)領域的相關訴

訟及非訴訟法律服務，系數(shù)家房產(chǎn)及商業(yè)資產(chǎn)管理企業(yè)的

法律顧問。工作作風認真負責、具有較高的工作效率和較

強的敬業(yè)精神。參與寧波景暉投資合伙企業(yè)收購武漢城投

房地產(chǎn)公司項目、湖北萬豪置業(yè)集團有限公司宜昌市科力

生國際工程公司及關聯(lián)公司盡職調(diào)查，涉及擬投資的“哈

薩克斯坦項目”及相關聯(lián)企業(yè)。

Leilei Wu is a full time attorney for the foreign legal department of Hubei Guanzou Law Firm. Ms. Wu received

her Bachelor degree of Law from Hubei University and

Master degree of Law from Wuhan University. She was

awarded the honor of \"Top 100 Talents\" by Wuhan Lawyers Association. Ms. Wu focuses on litigation and

non-litigation services in the construction and real

estate sectors and serves as a legal counsel for real

estate and commercial asset management enterprises.

Her working style is conscientious and responsible, with

high work efficiency and strong dedication to work. Ms.

Wu has participated in the due diligence of Ningbo Jinghui Investment and Partnership regarding the acquisition

of Wuhan Cheng Tou Real Estate Co., Ltd., Hubei Marriott

Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, in relation to

the proposed \"Kazakstan Project\" and related associated

enterprises.

Min Zhang obtained her Master's degree of Laws from

Wuhan University and Bachelor's degree of German Language & Literature from Nanchang University of Aeronautics. Ms. Zhang started to be a lawyer in 2012. During

her years of practice, Ms. Zhang has successfully represented dozens of foreign-related legal cases, corporate

contract disputes, insurance claims, etc. and served as

legal counsel for many companies, providing comprehensive and feasible legal solutions to corporate problems. Ms. Zhang has a steady, down-to-earth, conscientious and diligent work style. She is praised by the clients

Boquan Luo

駱博泉律師獲得湖北警官學院法學士學位，圣路易斯華盛

頓大學法律碩士學位。駱律師執(zhí)業(yè)以來專注于涉外法律事

務、公司業(yè)務、合同糾紛、建筑工程與房地產(chǎn)等商事法律服

務領域，為多家建筑企業(yè)提供常年法律顧問與建筑工程合

同管理及過程服務，并參與工程結算、索賠與反索賠，熟悉

房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)及建筑施工相關流程。駱律師在辦理各類案

件、處理各類法律事務過程中以其良好的職業(yè)道德和扎實

的理論功底深受當事人和顧問單位的好評。

Boquan Luo received an LL.B. degree from Hubei Police

Academy and an LLM degree from Washington University

in St. Louis. Since his practice, Luo has focused on commercial legal services relating to foreign legal affairs,

corporate matters, contract disputes, construction engineering and real estate. He has provided perennial legal

consulting services for many construction enterprises,

and participated in the settlement, claims and counterclaims of projects. He is familiar with the process of real

estate development and construction. Mr. Luo has been

received by clients and consultants for his good professional ethics and solid theoretical foundation in the process of handling various cases and legal affairs.
