低壓蒸汽在鍋爐中經過蒸養(yǎng)后已經變成有害氣體，被禁止直接排放到大氣中，低壓蒸汽的排放不僅是對余熱資源

的浪費，也會增加企業(yè)環(huán)保稅的負擔，因此余熱的回收利用對企業(yè)的節(jié)能增效有明顯的推動作用。

熱量浪費-有的廢氣直接通過管道向預養(yǎng)室和釜前靜停室提供熱量，但大多數尾汽的熱能都浪費了，利用效率極

低。

釜內升溫蒸養(yǎng)過程中產生冷凝水，嚴重影響磚品質量，延長蒸養(yǎng)時間，增加能耗成本。

Heat waste - Some exhaust gases supply heat directly through the pipeline to the pre-feeding chamber and the pre-kettle static stop chamber, but most of the heat energy of the tail steam is wasted, and the utilization efficiency is extremely

low.

Condensate is generated during the steaming process of heating in the kettle, which seriously affects the quality of

bricks, prolongs the steaming time, and increases the cost of energy consumption.

Dust pollutants that affect ambient air quality are mainly generated in production

processes such as raw material crushing and grinding, as well as transfer points for

granular and powdery materials.

The exhaust gases are derived from exhaust gases emitted by autoclaves that

provide heat source power.

The wastewater discharged includes production wastewater and domestic sewage.

The discharged production wastewater is mainly the sewage water of the equipment

cooling water circulation system: the domestic sewage is mainly the washing water

and sewage of the workshop staff.

The main sources of engineering strong noise are crushers, mills and autoclaves,

etc., and their noise values are generally 80-115dB(A).

temperature of the condensate generated in the later stage will gradually increase, so the temperature of the condensate has been changing, and the water quality is poor, which is easy to produce wear and blockage, and it is difficult to

treat and recycle and use the condensate at this time. Some schemes will collect the condensate produced in the early

and late stages and discharge it directly to the outside world, which will cause waste and pollute the environment; Some

schemes will collect and utilize a part of the high-temperature condensate, but it is simply treated, so only part of it is

recycled, and a large amount of condensate is still discharged. The amount of condensate cannot be discharged from

wasting manpower. The condensate that is directly discharged from the autoclave cannot be recycled, which may result

in waste of water resources.

目前國內的加氣磚蒸壓釜在使用時會產生冷凝水，積水多時蒸壓釜上下落差大，使加氣磚質量難以保證，為了不影

響蒸壓釜的正常運作，同時保障加氣磚生產質量和效率，這些冷凝水必須排出。前期產生的冷凝水溫度較低，且此

時的冷凝水內含有大量的雜質和沉淀物，后期產生的冷凝水的溫度才會逐步增高，因此冷凝水的溫度一直在變化，

且水質不佳，容易產生磨損和堵塞，此時處理回收并利用冷凝水存在困難。有的方案會將前期和后期產生的冷凝水

匯集后，直接排放至外界，這樣會造成浪費且污染環(huán)境；而有的方案則會將一部分高溫的冷凝水收集利用，但是只

是簡單地處理，因而也只有一部分被回收利用，依舊有大量的冷凝水被排放。冷凝水量不能適時排出蒸壓釜內的冷

凝水，需要人員及時打開關閉疏水閥，浪費人力。直接排掉蒸壓釜內的冷凝水不能循環(huán)利用，由此可能造成水資源

的浪費。
