This debate challenge is hosted by Chengdu Municipal Foreign Affairs Office and Chengdu Education Bureau, and is organized by
GreatChina International Education. In order to encourage cultural and educational communication between Chengdu and its U.S.
sister cities and friendly cooperative cities, and to provide a platform for Chinese and American youth for interactions. And it has
successfully being held for 5 times, and this year is the 6th time.
