COMPANY PROFILE

太平洋保險養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)投資管理有限責(zé)任公司（簡稱“太保養(yǎng)老投資公司”），

成立于 2014 年 9 月，為中國太平洋人壽保險股份有限公司的全資子公司，注

冊資本 50 億元。

太保養(yǎng)老投資公司是經(jīng)原中國保監(jiān)會批準的國內(nèi)保險行業(yè)首家養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)投資管

理平臺，是中國保險資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)協(xié)會會員，主要經(jīng)營范圍包括養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)投資與

建設(shè)，養(yǎng)老投資、運營與管理，以及與養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)的健康和醫(yī)療投資業(yè)務(wù)。

Pacific Insurance Senior Living Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as

“CPIC Senior Living Investment Company”), established in September 2014, is a whollyowned subsidiary of China Pacific Life Insurance Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 5

billion.

Approved by the former China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC), CPIC

Senior Living Investment Company is the first investment and management platform of

aging industry in the domestic insurance sector and a member of the Insurance Asset

Management Association of China. Its main business scope includes senior living property

investment and construction, senior care investment, operation and management, as well as

health and medical investment business related to the aging industry.

With the mission of “Serving a better life for the elderly in the new era”, CPIC Senior Living Investment Company is committed

to becoming a leading enterprise in the domestic aging industry by providing retirement solutions for happy families.In

CPIC Senior Living Investment Company plans to implement a number of high-quality elderly care community projects in the

Yangtze River Delta, Greater Bay Area, Bohai Rim Region, Chengdu-Chongqing area and central regions according to the

development concept for building \" communities in the north and south echoing each other, advanced communities in the east

and west, national chain communities, and communities covering all ages\". The community projects consist of Yiyang Home

Care Services, Kangyang Medical Care Services and Leyang Sojourn-living Care Services for the Elderly.At the same time, the

Pacific ORPEA (Shanghai) Senior Care Management Co., Ltd. with French Company ORPEA, a world’s leading group in

the elderly care sector, to provide a full range of professional solutions for Chinese aging society.At the same time, we are

joining hands with brand ambassador Ma Weidu, geriatric dietitian Sun Jianqin, architectural design consultant Zhou Yanmin,

and operation expert Wu Danxing together to explore the development pattern of active ageing and healthy ageing with CPIC

In 2021, Mr. Ma Weidu, famous cultural scholar and founder of Guanfu Museum, became the brand ambassador of Pacific Care

According to the idea of “synergy between North and South, parallel

expansion in East and West, nationwide chain operation, and all-ages

The design of the nutrition management services for the three product lines of Pacific Care Home will be guided by Professor

Sun Jianqin, including elaboration of service standards for nutritional diet, methodology of nutrition assessment, monitoring and

tracking of the elderly. We will also found “Professor Sun Jianqin’s Nutrition Expert Office” and explore the modality of MultiDisciplinary Team(MDT) applied in Shanghai Putuo International Assisted and Dependent Living Community.
