FRP采光板的英文名稱是Fibreglass Reinfored Polyester，中文是玻璃纖

維強(qiáng)化聚酯，俗稱玻璃鋼，又稱透明瓦、采光板、采光瓦、采光帶等，是和鋼

結(jié)構(gòu)配套使用的采光材料，是以不飽和聚酯樹脂為基體材科，無堿玻璃纖維為

增強(qiáng)材料，加以輔助材料復(fù)合而成的一種采光產(chǎn)品，其中上膜要起到很好的抗

紫外線抗靜電的作用，抗紫外線是為了保護(hù)FRP采光板的聚酯不發(fā)黃老化，過

早失透光特性，抗靜電是為了保證表面的灰塵輕易被雨水沖走或被風(fēng)吹走，維

持清潔美觀的表面，且FRP采光板具有超強(qiáng)的耐腐蝕性能，耐酸堿，主要用于

鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑，大型廠房屋面采光和化工車間的屋面，如化肥廠、電鍍廠等特殊

要求的建筑物阻燃防腐隔熱等場所。

其氧指數(shù)≥30，能夠達(dá)到離火自熄的一個(gè)狀態(tài)。

會產(chǎn)生熔滴造成二次傷害，又稱“易熔采光板”，比較適合一些有防火要求的

場合，如鑄造廠、木林廠、紙廠、鋼廠等。

可熔采光板（又稱易熔型采光板）需符合GB/T8624-2005的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，達(dá)

到B1級要求，火災(zāi)發(fā)生時(shí)溫度達(dá)到（120℃-150℃）時(shí)，可熔性采光帶能夠

快速燃燒掉形成排溫、排煙帶，且不產(chǎn)生融滴物，不會造成二次傷害，有效

保障作業(yè)人員及貨物的安全撤離。

體滑動，其次鋼收邊采光板在復(fù)合時(shí)，嚴(yán)格按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的施工工藝進(jìn)行復(fù)合，

兩側(cè)通常的鋪設(shè)丁基膠帶粘合，閉水拉鉚釘固定時(shí)先進(jìn)行預(yù)算孔，孔距小于

200毫米，現(xiàn)場安裝更加方便，杜絕漏水隱患。

烯 酸 樹 脂 ， 為 熱 固 性 樹 脂 。 防腐板 ， 材 料 主 要 由 不 飽 和 樹 脂 （ 俗稱玻璃

鋼）,PVC,氟碳烤漆金屬板,電木等做成裝飾材料。

1、屋面采光板布置時(shí)推薦采用從屋脊到屋屋檐通長采光,或屋脊到屋中檁條

的半通長采光。如屋面采光率達(dá)不到屋內(nèi)采光要求時(shí)，可增加采光帶的香條

數(shù)(增大采光面積)或通過側(cè)墻采光來補(bǔ)充。

1、采光板在固定前需要先導(dǎo)孔,孔徑必須大于固定螺絲直徑的6-9mm,以作為熱脹冷縮之

用。

2、采光板采用鋁型板材扣件固定,波形采光板采用采光板支架和自攻螺釘連接固定,再打

膠密 封。采光板的位置一般設(shè)置在跨中。3、采光板與鋼板在縱向搭接時(shí)，最小必須有

200mm的重疊，并貼置兩條止水帶。

4、采光板與自攻螺絲釘連接,必須有蓋板。陽光板冷熱變形較大，容易被自攻釘剪破，因

此陽光板在打自攻釘處應(yīng)開較大孔。在安裝采光板時(shí)要考慮采光板的伸縮性。

5、采光板固定時(shí),必須使用良好的泛水墊圈，使之介于螺絲與采光板之間，以便于防水防

塵。將泛水墊圈套入螺絲內(nèi)以后,用電鉆鎖入檁條內(nèi)，即完成采光板的固定工作。

6、采光板在12m以內(nèi)無需搭接,超過12m則需要搭接，搭接長度為200-400mm，搭接處

施涂二道密封膠,橫向搭膠不需要收邊,縱向彩鋼板的搭接需看板型，普通壓型鋼板，一般

不考慮做收邊，直接將其與彩板用自攻釘固定,并施涂密封封膠,咬合板則需做收邊。

7、采光板施工時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁腳直接踩在波峰上，以免采光板開裂。必須在采光板的橫向位置，

放置一塊1200mmx300mm(長x寬)防滑厚木板,腳踩在其上進(jìn)行采光板的導(dǎo)孔和固定螺絲工

作。

與彩鋼板重疊在300mm以上，并在搭接端貼兩條2*20mm止水膠帶。
