Qinhuangdao Shengze New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008 with a registered capital of 12

million Yuan. We are a professional manufacturer of new composite materials products integrating design,

research and development, production, sales, service and import and export business.

We have 76 employees including 4 senior engineers and 12 technicians which contributes to a professional team

with very rich technical and management experiences on composite materials. Our main factory covers an area

of 20,000m2 including office building of 2,500 m2 and the production workshop of 16,000m2. We also have

established three production bases in Economic and Technological Development Zone of Qinhuangdao, Funing

District of Qinhuangdao, and Zhangqiu District of Jinan, Shandong Province.

Our company specializes in various specifications of carbon fiber and glass fiber Pultrusion profiles, SMC molded

products, hand layup molding, and vacuum infusion products. There are 8 production lines for Pultrusion profiles,

8 specialized hydraulic presses machine for SMC composite materials (100-2500 tons), 1 CNC machining center,

1 specialized polishing room, drying room, and 1 automatic painting line. In addition, we have established specialized chemistry and physics laboratories, equipped with various high-precision testing equipment such as 10T

universal testing machines and impact testing machines.

拉擠機(jī)配套模具特征：

1、材料采用優(yōu)質(zhì)模具鋼，

2、模具腔內(nèi)經(jīng)過氮化或鍍硬鉻并進(jìn)行拋光其表面光潔度

在12級(jí)以上

3、模具腔直線度達(dá)到每米 0.04mm以內(nèi)

“To do a good job, one must first sharpen one's tools”. Shengze Company

has 8 advanced materials pressing equipments, including 100 tons, 315

tons, 500 tons, 2000 tons, 2500 tons, etc. Especially, the 2500 ton

hydraulic mold pressing machine with its function of frame structure and

four corner leveling, it produces quality stable products. With maximum

opening of 3800mm and a working platform of 3400 * 3000, it specially

used in the production of air deflectors of high-top automobile and

high-speed train components.

玻璃鋼拉擠型材

拉擠工藝是由無捻玻璃纖維粗紗、玻璃纖維氈等增強(qiáng)材料在拉擠成型機(jī)的牽引下，通過樹脂浴槽浸漬

樹脂，再經(jīng)過成型模具加熱定型生產(chǎn)玻璃鋼型材的機(jī)械化復(fù)合材料成型工藝。

Fiberglass Pultrusion profiles

The pultrusion process is a mechanized composite material forming process that involves

using reinforced materials such as untwisted glass fiber roving and glass fiber mat to

soak in a resin bath under the traction of a pultrusion molding machine, and then heating

and shaping the material to produce different shape fiberglass profiles.

拉擠型材包括各種尺寸方管、矩形管、圓管、角鋼、H型鋼、U鋼、扁條，棒材以及客戶定制的各種規(guī)

The pultruded profiles include various sizes of square tubes, rectangular tubes, round

With the improvement of living standards, extracorporeal hyperthermia machines have entered public life. This

instrument uses high-frequency electromagnetic fields, which can convert into heat energy at the patient's

lesion. It sterilizes, inhibits bacteria, relieves pain, promotes blood and lymph circulation, enhances immune

system function, and ultimately achieves the purpose of eliminating inflammation.

Due to characters of heat resistance, insulation, easy shaping, and strong designability of composite materials,

they have been widely used in the field of hyperthermia equipment.

We are currently supplying the casings for Haier Group’s Masip Tang Monk Edition and Wukong Edition thermal

現(xiàn)為華明普泰公司生產(chǎn)的加速器外殼，采用電腦3D流線外形設(shè)計(jì)；

1、模具采用數(shù)控加工母模輔助手工精細(xì)制作；

2、主體外殼材料選擇高強(qiáng)度專用基體材料（環(huán)氧系列）和織物材料；其優(yōu)越的性能已得到客戶的

高度贊揚(yáng)。

Application in the shell of accelerators

Medical electronic linear accelerators are large medical devices that use microwave

electric fields to accelerate electrons, generate high-energy rays, and are used for

long-distance external radiation therapy activities in human medical practice. They

are widely used in the treatment of various tumors, especially deep tumors.

The accelerator casing we currently produce for Huaming Putai Company adopts a

computerized 3D streamlined shape design;

1. The mold adopts CNC machining master mold to assist in manual precision production;

2. The main shell material is made of high-strength special matrix material (epoxy

series) and fabric material; its superior performance has been highly praised by

customers.

Process Technic: Pultrusion, Hollow structure ★性能::1800KV高壓下無擊穿。表面噴涂RTV硫化硅橡膠，具有優(yōu)良的防污閃性能。

Performance: no breakdown under high voltage of 1800KV.

The surface is sprayed with RTV vulcanized silicone rubber, which has excellent

anti fouling and flashover performance.
