廣州無限極廣場設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜多變而又統(tǒng)一，其落成提升了

周邊環(huán)境活力，各項(xiàng)最新技術(shù)和施工方法的運(yùn)用，創(chuàng)造

了集功能性、靈活性和趣味性于一體的未來工作環(huán)境和

空間。廣場由兩座 35 米高的辦公塔樓組成，橫跨地鐵二

號線，是銜接飛翔公園與白云山之間的中部視線通廊。

廣場兩側(cè)設(shè)置商鋪，采用步行通道與建筑物平行的設(shè)計(jì)

手法，有效引導(dǎo)人流，最大化發(fā)揮商業(yè)價(jià)值。設(shè)計(jì)中融

入無限極企業(yè)文化，擁有多個連橋和開闊的視野。整個

方案圍繞多個中庭和內(nèi)庭院組織交通，在多個層面上形

成無限之環(huán)“∞”，將無限極對健康和快樂的追求以及

其“永遠(yuǎn)創(chuàng)業(yè)”帶來的創(chuàng)新精神，詮釋為創(chuàng)建新的工作

環(huán)境，塑造出鼓勵開放和交流的企業(yè)形象。此外，設(shè)計(jì)

充分利用場地空間，合理設(shè)置立體綠化、透水硬質(zhì)鋪裝

地面、ETFE 膜采光頂蒸發(fā)冷卻降溫隔熱系統(tǒng)屋面等改

善城市微氣候設(shè)施，降低熱島強(qiáng)度。

Inspired by Infinitus’ corporate culture, the

circulation of the project is planned around the

atria and inner courtyards, echoing the symbol

for infinity “

∞” on different floors. While fully

utilizing the site, the project is planned with

facilities that helps improve microclimate and

reduce heat island effect, such as the threedimensional greening, permeable hard paving

ground, ETFE film roofing with daylighting,

evaporation, cooling, insulation system, etc. The

project enhances the vitality of the surrounding

urban environment, and the adoption of the

latest technologies and construction methods

ensures a future-oriented working environment

and space that perfectly combines functionality,

flexibility and fun.

橫琴保利中心是橫琴新區(qū)啟動項(xiàng)目和標(biāo)志性建筑之一，依托橫琴島“山

水相融”的規(guī)劃布局，以“打造橫琴特有的城市與建筑風(fēng)貌”為主要目標(biāo)。

設(shè)計(jì)尊重嶺南氣候特征，注重舒適、節(jié)能，是“新嶺南建筑”的一次有

益嘗試。建筑外表皮百葉與內(nèi)表皮玻璃幕墻共同構(gòu)成適應(yīng)地方氣候的雙

層表皮系統(tǒng)，滿足采光、遮陽和自然通風(fēng)需求，百葉與錯位露臺共同形

成豐富多變的建筑立面。主體建筑體形方正，100 米 x100 米的建筑體

量中心設(shè)有 40 米 x40 米的天井，構(gòu)筑風(fēng)的通道，底層架空層與風(fēng)的通

道相結(jié)合，促進(jìn)自然換氣。結(jié)構(gòu)采用帶巨型轉(zhuǎn)換鋼桁架的框架 - 剪力墻

結(jié)構(gòu)，實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑的“懸浮”效果，體現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)成就建筑之美。設(shè)計(jì)還采用

多項(xiàng)綠色建筑節(jié)能措施，獲《三星級綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)識證書》。

The Poly Center in Hengqin is a rewarding attempt of

applying the \"New Lingnan Architecture\" concept. Louvers

and glass facade form a double-skin system to well respond

to the climate of Lingnan region and meet the requirements

for daylight, sunshade and natural ventilation, while the

gradually changing louvers and staggered terraces make

for a diversified facade. The 100mx100m square and regular

building shape is designed with a 40mx40m patio in the

center, which combines with the open-up ground floor to

create an air channel. Frame shear wall structure with giant

transfer steel truss is employed to realize the \"suspension\"

of the building, demonstrating how structure can contribute

to the beauty of the architecture.

項(xiàng)目位于珠江新城，南臨珠江，獵德涌從場地內(nèi)部穿過，一河兩岸景色秀美。

獵德中心（現(xiàn)為天德廣場）為大型商業(yè)綜合體，天德街及獵人坊則由 12 棟低

層獨(dú)棟商業(yè)建筑組成，整體沿河涌兩岸錯落布置，形成具有嶺南特色的風(fēng)情

商業(yè)街，現(xiàn)階段已成為廣州頗具人氣的文化地標(biāo)。總體規(guī)劃上，項(xiàng)目以獵德

涌為紐帶，延續(xù)安置區(qū)“龍舟競發(fā)”的形態(tài)布局，城市關(guān)系上，延續(xù)濱江景

觀向內(nèi)滲透，營造豐富空間序列；同時(shí)以獵德涌為“帶狀保護(hù)”，保留舊村

肌理，打造一條水陸并行的風(fēng)情商業(yè)街；兩幢高層的建筑造型取“揚(yáng)帆領(lǐng)航”

之形，結(jié)合龍鱗圖案立面肌理，創(chuàng)造出獨(dú)特的城市地標(biāo)。

Liede Center is located in Zhujiang New Town, facing the

Pearl River on the south. As a cultural landmark of Guangzhou,

it contains a large commercial complex and two Lingnanstyle commercial streets along Liede Watercourse. a. Master

plan: continuing the pattern of \"marching dragon boats” with

Liede Watercourse as the link. b. Urban relations: guiding the

penetration of river view to create diverse spaces. c. Waterfronts:

preserving the old village fabric following the \"strip protection\"

requirements. d. Architectural form: the tower creates an urban

landmark with facade fabric resembling dragon scale, conveying

宗德服務(wù)中心是國家級產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)大平臺——中德工業(yè)服

務(wù)區(qū)的核心載體，建設(shè)地點(diǎn)位于佛山新城中德產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)

內(nèi)。項(xiàng)目定位德國包豪斯風(fēng)格的大型現(xiàn)代化城市綜合體，

由高端涉外甲級寫字樓、酒店式公寓與德國風(fēng)情商業(yè)街

三大板塊構(gòu)成，集商務(wù)辦公、展示、居住、商業(yè)、休閑

娛樂、交通等各種城市功能于一體。平面構(gòu)思來自于中

國傳統(tǒng)的風(fēng)車形態(tài)，寓意“風(fēng)生水起”，立面造型上鑲

嵌的空中花園將整幢塔樓分隔成段狀體塊螺旋上升，猶

如節(jié)節(jié)升高的竹節(jié)，外觀上形成強(qiáng)烈的雕塑感，蘊(yùn)含著“節(jié)

節(jié)高”的美好寓意，完美融合中華傳統(tǒng)和包豪斯工業(yè)理念，

打造內(nèi)涵豐富、秀麗挺拔、集建筑美學(xué)和工業(yè)美學(xué)于一

體的超高層地標(biāo)建筑。

Zongde Service Center is the core carrier of

the Foshan Sino-German Industrial Services

Zone, a national industrial service platform. The

project aims to create a large-scale modern

urban complex in Bauhaus style. The design

concept comes from the traditional Chinese

windmill with an implication of “prosperity

growing like rising wind and water”. The sky

gardens embedded into the fa?ades look like

bamboo knots, which implies that “wealth

builds higher and higher like bamboos”. The

architectural design is a perfect combination

of Chinese tradition and Bauhaus ideology,

which helps create a landmark that meets both

architectural and industrial aesthetics.

項(xiàng)目是集寫字樓、公寓、購物中心、五星級酒

店為一體的萬達(dá)集團(tuán)新一代城市綜合體項(xiàng)目，

也是萬達(dá)集團(tuán)第 100 座萬達(dá)廣場。項(xiàng)目建成時(shí)

期是云貴地區(qū)的第一高樓，也是國內(nèi)第一例超

0 米高的雙子塔超高層建筑。昆明市花是山

茶花，項(xiàng)目整體立面設(shè)計(jì)靈感便是“山茶花”

。

建筑裙房造型以流暢的弧線圍合，以石材與玻

璃兩材質(zhì)相互穿插，形成不同層次的肌理，富

有一片片茶葉的符號。同時(shí)結(jié)合肌理變化的弧

線上設(shè)計(jì)種植植物，形成一片片綠色的葉子。

塔樓采用簡潔的建筑手法，采用全玻璃幕墻的

建筑立面，四個建筑轉(zhuǎn)角在簡潔的玻璃幕墻上

運(yùn)用幕墻進(jìn)退的關(guān)系營造一朵茶花。

The project, a representative of the

new generation of urban complexes

developed by Wanda Group, integrates

office, apartment, shopping center and

five-star hotel. The fa?ade design is

inspired by camellia, the city flower of

Kunming. In terms of podium shape,

flowing arcs and alternating use of

stone and glass form hierarchical

fabrics symbolizing tea leaves. Plants

are grown along the arcs of changing

fabric to create images of green leaves.

珠江新城 CBD 核心地段——中央廣場綠核公園兩側(cè)，主要由三

個塔樓及裙樓部分組成，外觀造型簡潔大方，俯瞰珠江新城中心

業(yè)部分結(jié)合流線設(shè)置了錯位中庭空間。負(fù)一層大中庭的商業(yè)展覽

空間與大階梯成就獨(dú)特的舞臺視覺效果。裙樓五層開始設(shè)置不同

空間綠化平臺，與屋頂花園形成錯落有致的綠化景觀，勾勒出別

具一格的休閑空間。

The project of Plot F2-4 (GT Land Winter Plaza) is

located on both sides of the central green at the

core of Zhujiang New Town CBD, a representative

urban core in Tianhe District, Guangzhou. Composed

of three towers and one podium, the buildings look

concise and elegant, enjoying a panoramic view of

the central axis green in Zhujiang New Town. The

staggered layout of towers can maximize views from

each building, having all the three towers overlook,

from different angles, urban charm of the central axis

park of Zhujiang New Town.

港珠澳大橋管理養(yǎng)護(hù)中心是港珠澳大橋營運(yùn)期間的管理辦公及

后勤養(yǎng)護(hù)基地，是整個港珠澳大橋工程的“大腦”和“中樞”。

建筑群體包括綜合辦公樓、宿舍、餐廳、多功能禮堂等。項(xiàng)目

場址周邊山形起伏連綿，三面環(huán)抱，一隅開陽；建筑地塊位于

山谷之間，山泉溪流穿越而過。建筑形體表達(dá)讓位于自然環(huán)境，

突出山體、果林、溪水。建筑景觀充分利用原有山谷地形地貌，

營造多維度自然園景，引泉水，曲溪水，疊流水，水筑交融；

建筑形態(tài)隨山地起伏形成多層次景觀平臺，建筑空間遠(yuǎn)借山景，

近取水景。建筑布局化整為零，依山傍水，造型簡潔，色調(diào)明快，

淡泊明志，寧靜致遠(yuǎn)，將自然環(huán)境，人文情懷與企業(yè)文化共冶

一隅，充分體現(xiàn)了“筑隱于山，橋渡靈溪”的設(shè)計(jì)理念。

The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB)

Management and Maintenance Center serves as the

management office and BOH/maintenance base for

the bridge operation, including offices, dormitory,

canteen, multi-purpose auditorium and other

facilities. Embedded in valleys and embraced by

mountains and streams, these buildings with concise

form and lively colors are decentralized in layout,

integrating the nature, humanity and corporate

culture in a peaceful setting while fully celebrating

the design concept of \"buildings nestling into

In response to the e-commerce era, we intend to create a

diversified and integrated market for furniture and housewares to

make a “multi-media and mixed-trade complex” where each part

can benefit the others. The headquarters building combines the

functions of furniture and housewares market, design services,

entertainment, and corporate display with a closed circulation. In

the tower, the sky garden and headquarters office are connected to

the rental offices by the headquarters display center in the middle

part. Featuring unique building shape inspired by the fascinating

cutting of diamond, the headquarters rises as a brilliant new star in

the west of Pazhou.

Poly Business Center consists of a 250 m super high office tower, a 97 m fivestar hotel tower and a 6-storey hotel podium. The project features concise and

regular floor plans, while the facade appears striking and elegant with sharp

contrast between the stone and glass materials. The combination of hollow metal panels and light-colored natural stone portrays a graceful and lofty image of the

main building. The creative element of Chinese traditional sky lantern on top of

the high-rise serves as a finishing touch to the overall appearance of the project.

上 29 層，總建筑面積 67313 平方米，建筑總高度

99.95 米，內(nèi)部為廣播專業(yè)技術(shù)用房及輔助設(shè)施、

辦公用房。廣東廣播中心體現(xiàn)了廣州都市的建設(shè)成

就，城市風(fēng)貌和時(shí)代特色，同時(shí)也表現(xiàn)出廣播事業(yè)

的特點(diǎn)和嶺南建筑特色。該工程采用高科技手法，

用金屬材料低輻射玻璃作飾面材料，通過現(xiàn)代化精

細(xì)構(gòu)件的使用以及多體量組合的構(gòu)圖，避免了建筑

體形的過分龐大和呆板。設(shè)計(jì)將遠(yuǎn)期的高層塔樓置

于近期主體的南端，使建筑主體的城市天際輪廓線

輕靈秀麗。在體形組合上，以反復(fù)出現(xiàn)，互相呼應(yīng)

的弧面及曲線為主題，使建筑物造型豐富而形象統(tǒng)

一。建筑細(xì)部處理在富于變化，尺度親切的同時(shí)，

亦有公共建筑的莊嚴(yán)感。

一無二的五星級商務(wù)酒店和高檔寫字樓，使其成為東莞的標(biāo)志性建筑。

建設(shè)地點(diǎn)位于東莞市新城市中心區(qū)，是東莞市商業(yè)中心區(qū)的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。

其東北面為會展中心，西南面為購物中心，周邊規(guī)劃有輕軌站連接廣州

和深圳，地段得天獨(dú)厚。項(xiàng)目是一個集超五星級城市商務(wù)酒店、甲級寫

字樓、餐飲、會議、商業(yè)等功能為一體的大型建筑綜合體，是一個頂部

連體的超高層雙塔建筑。以地塊中軸線展開布局，建筑的中心位置位于

原建筑群中軸線，總體對稱。建筑與城市空間具有廣泛的共融性，“雙

Y 形”塔樓布局避免相互之間的視線干擾。

Located in the new urban center of Dongguan, the project

is a massive complex integrating functions of super five-star

hotel, Class A office building, F&B, conference and retail. It is

characterized with an architectural image of “a city gateway

without back fa?ade”. The two Y-shaped towers are placed on

the central axis of the site. Their fa?ades are both symmetrical

and appealing, with sky gardens provided at various levels.

項(xiàng)目是深圳蛇口海上世界片區(qū)率先開發(fā)及片區(qū)內(nèi)唯一的高端辦公樓，招商局廣場的建成，成為蛇口

片區(qū)最高的標(biāo)志性辦公建筑，整棟建筑物造型挺拔，個性沉穩(wěn)不張揚(yáng)，體現(xiàn)了頂級商務(wù)辦公樓的優(yōu)

雅氣質(zhì)，同時(shí)充滿了現(xiàn)代感和前瞻性，是蛇口大南山區(qū)域天際線中的亮點(diǎn)及轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)。順應(yīng)立面造型，

為獲得更大的使用面積和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的需要，塔樓由 16 根周邊柱自首層到 11 層外傾 2.23°，之后

到頂層的部分內(nèi)傾 1.27°，所產(chǎn)生的樓層面積隨造型的收分而變化；建筑的立面設(shè)計(jì)上采用豎向線

條來強(qiáng)化建筑垂直品質(zhì)，在平面高效、結(jié)構(gòu)合理的前提下，綜合了海、帆、燈塔等元素的外部造型

表達(dá)了一股向上的精神，招商局廣場成為蛇口新一代的標(biāo)志和象征。

China Merchants Tower is lofty in shape and low-key in character, which reflects

the calmness and elegance of a top business office building. The modern, forwardlooking building is a highlight and turning point in the skyline of Dananshan

Mountain in Shekou. Vertical lines in the fa?ade strengthen the verticality of

the building, while the building form integrating such elements as sea, sail and

lighthouse expresses an uplifting spirit, making the project a new symbol and

landmark in Shekou.

項(xiàng)目以商務(wù)、辦公、會議為主，招商針對 80 后為主體的

公司。80 后在游戲、積木等相對輕松的環(huán)境中長大，在

網(wǎng)絡(luò)和數(shù)字化的大潮下學(xué)習(xí)，以此為起點(diǎn)，本案試圖以一

種輕松的方式影響并創(chuàng)造新的城市環(huán)境。從“生長的盒子”

概念出發(fā)，建設(shè)一個具有時(shí)代感的建筑。海創(chuàng)·夢中心不

再是傳統(tǒng)高層建筑那層精致的表皮，而是留出了各種縫隙，

客人可以自由進(jìn)入體驗(yàn)的各個空間。經(jīng)過多輪精細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì)，

配合夜景泛光照明，一個表情豐富、空間多樣、體驗(yàn)多元

的有趣的建筑應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，成為新區(qū)建設(shè)的一個亮點(diǎn)。

Inspired by the idea of \"a growing box\", the

project intends to create a building of the times

that can influence and foster a new environment

in a relaxing manner and attract the young

generation. Instead of emphasizing the delicate

building skin, as typical high-rise buildings

normally do, the building leaves gaps that work

with night floodlighting to eventually present a

highly expressive \"fun box\" of changing spaces

and diverse experience.

項(xiàng)目結(jié)合地塊特征及深圳蛇口的歷史淵源，創(chuàng)造性地提出了“綠色生態(tài)，有機(jī)交融”

的設(shè)計(jì)理念，利用半開放式的生態(tài)平臺，將五個不規(guī)則形狀建筑體有機(jī)的串聯(lián)在一起，

營造出一個綠色生態(tài)、自然通風(fēng)的購物、飲食、休閑、辦公、公共交通樞紐商業(yè)綜合體；

裙房中部的“燈籠體”為整個商業(yè)點(diǎn)睛之處，并創(chuàng)造出極具特色的商業(yè)外擺區(qū)域；

裙房外立面通過淺、中、深三種顏色石材和銀色鋁板的排列組合，能更好地將商業(yè)

及廣告標(biāo)示與建筑有機(jī)延續(xù)。塔樓立面采用玻璃幕墻，低樓層穿插運(yùn)用石材點(diǎn)綴，

與裙樓相呼應(yīng)。項(xiàng)目落成后，以其鮮明的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)與經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的設(shè)計(jì)獲得社會和業(yè)

界的廣泛好評，是前海蛇口自貿(mào)區(qū)開拓創(chuàng)新、自由人文精神的鮮明典范。

The design concept of the project, i.e., green development

and organic integration, is creatively conceived in view of the

characteristics of the site and the history of Shekou. A semi-open

ecological platform organically links up the five irregular buildings

and creates a green and naturally ventilated commercial complex for

shopping, catering, leisure, office and public transit hub. The \"lantern\"

structure in the middle of the podium, as the highlight of the entire

項(xiàng)目強(qiáng)調(diào)生態(tài)辦公理念，結(jié)合功能設(shè)置多個共享空中花園，并在建筑中間

樓層設(shè)置兩層通高的企業(yè)形象展廳和公共活動空間，提升企業(yè)形象和辦公

環(huán)境，激發(fā)員工的創(chuàng)造力。辦公平面設(shè)計(jì)摒棄了傳統(tǒng)寫字樓中筒布置方式，

結(jié)合總部研發(fā)辦公特點(diǎn)將高區(qū)核心筒布置在兩端，活動空間及開放式的辦

公區(qū)位于中部，有利于平面功能空間的靈活布置，減少交通面積，通高的

開放式大空間辦公區(qū)域，為各部門的交流與協(xié)作提供了便利。采用退臺式

設(shè)計(jì)為使用者帶來立體式的景觀綠化空間體驗(yàn)。結(jié)合建筑造型每個空中花

園均有獨(dú)特的園林風(fēng)格和植物種類，形成一層一景的景觀效果。結(jié)合立面

造型立意設(shè)置了豎向遮陽百葉，成為活躍立面的元素同時(shí)也起到很好的遮

陽效果。

The project emphasizes the concept of eco-friendly office

by providing several shared sky gardens in view of the

functional requirements. A two-floor corporate exhibition hall,

which also serves as public space, is planned on the middle

floors of the building to enhance the corporate image and

office environment, and improve the creativity of employees.

The terraced design brings three-dimensional greening and

landscape experience to users. With due consideration to

the building form, each sky garden is designed with its own

gardening style and plant species, leaving each floor with a

unique view.

華策國際大廈位于珠海橫琴新區(qū)，建筑由一棟 15 層、一

棟 26 層的辦公塔樓和 4 層的商業(yè)裙樓組合而成，東、西

塔在 7~9 層通過空中連廊相連通。建筑在平面中采用了

大量弧曲線，滿足不同方面的功能要求?；⌒蔚钠矫嬖黾?/p>

了外立面的延展性，提供了更多的有利景觀視角。內(nèi)庭院

弧形走道方便引導(dǎo)人流，給人以曲徑通幽之感。高層主體

的圓弧邊線避免了與周邊建筑物和道路的視覺沖突。在立

面造型方面采取曲線延展上升的手法，由下而上升騰的弧

線造型為建筑的天際線增色良多，使巨大的建筑看似輕盈

如飛，整體造型給人以一氣呵成的流暢氣勢，雙塔式設(shè)

計(jì) ,“V\" 字造型的線條流動自由，外墻采用先進(jìn)的夜色光

影設(shè)計(jì) , 似水川流不息 , 似蝶展翅飛翔 , 妖嬈多姿的光與

影，與珠澳夜色相輝相映。

Located in Hengqin New District, Zhuhai, this

twin tower project comprises of an 119.9 m East

Tower and a 71.0 m West Tower, which are

connected via sky corridors from the 7th floor

through the 9th floor. Extensive use of curves

increases the ductility of the fa?ade, and the

free-flowing V-shaped lines bring unobstructed

views to users. The curved walkways in the

inner courtyard wind poetically and guide

visitors through the building. In the day, the

twin towers extend toward and blend into the

sky, light and lively; at night, their silhouettes

against the flood lighting add glamour to the

spectacular nightscape of Zhuhai and Macao.

三亞陽光金融廣場設(shè)計(jì)概念源自一串珍珠的形態(tài)，結(jié)合一系

列大小不同的花園、水元素，將各個圓潤造型的裙樓商業(yè)島

和主軸上的標(biāo)志性塔樓串在一起。珍珠概念也通過一系列多

層高的中庭空間繼續(xù)沿豎向塔樓上方延伸。整個開發(fā)項(xiàng)目通

過多個樓層上的一系列連通的步行走廊連接在一起，從而在

整個項(xiàng)目中建立了生動有效的聯(lián)系。塔樓坐落在本開發(fā)項(xiàng)目

平面的中軸上，獨(dú)具標(biāo)志性的輪廓呼應(yīng)了兩個地塊的基地條

件，懷抱北側(cè)的景觀花園，并將視野向南延到中國的南海。

塔樓外立面采用了雙層高彎曲錯開布置的遮陽板，寬度有序

變化，打造體現(xiàn)當(dāng)?shù)鼗ɑ@的工藝編織效果，也有助于從多個

角度打造動態(tài)的外立面效果。

Corridors are planned on multiple floors to

connect gardens and water scenes of varied

sizes at different locations, as well as the orbshaped retail islands in the podium and the

landmark main tower on the main axis, just like a

strand of pearls. The concept of pearl strand is

also continued upwardly along the vertical tower

through multi-floor atrium spaces. The fa?ade

features double-layered highly-curved sunshade

panels, which honors the local tradition of basket

weaving and helps create a dynamic fa?ade

effect.

The project accommodates various functions of China Southern Airlines

headquarters, including downtown terminal, press conference hall, data center,

command center, confidential conference rooms, business clubs and various

types of offices, meeting rooms, canteens and staff clubs as well as all kinds of

convenient facilities. The building runs well after the company moves in. The

project adopts cutting-edge technologies, including 7 innovative technologies, to

ensure an industrialized, prefabricated, green, intelligent and innovative building.

The project has be granted three national invention patents and more than 20

national, provincial and ministerial technology awards.

項(xiàng)目結(jié)合基地北高南低和西側(cè)自然河涌景觀，形成建筑形態(tài)自然跌級和

山水庭院圍合的設(shè)計(jì)理念。高層辦公樓設(shè)于四周，形成面向城市的展示

面。商業(yè)位于內(nèi)部，通過可滲透的地段邊界，利用基地自然斜坡創(chuàng)造階

梯、露臺，以自然有機(jī)的形態(tài)反映當(dāng)?shù)刈匀簧绞木坝^特征，創(chuàng)造出區(qū)

內(nèi)曲折的商業(yè)流線系統(tǒng)和濱水商業(yè)體驗(yàn)。商業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)靈感來源于“地質(zhì)

體量”，以交錯有機(jī)的地質(zhì)體量形態(tài)構(gòu)成露臺空間，自然層疊延伸到街

道，平衡了超大的體量和營造了適宜的步行街尺寸。露臺之間融入花園、

休息空間和垂直交通，形成逐級的垂直綠化，創(chuàng)造了更親切的自然環(huán)境。

立面上交錯的有機(jī)體塊，提供富有變化的棱角線條，形成了自然流暢的

建筑風(fēng)格。

The steps and terraces are created by following the natural

slope of the site to reflect the characteristics of local hilly

and rocky landscape in a natural and organic way, while the

design concept is fully expressed by naturally cascading

buildings and enclosed courtyards. The design of the retail

part is inspired by “geological volumes” which stagger

organically to generate the building form and the cascading

vertical greening. The interwoven organic blocks on the

facade portray changing edges and lines, embracing a

naturally and smoothly flowing building form. 12

Hami Citizen Service Center is a complex integrating science and technology,

culture and office functions. It is designed to: 1. demonstrate cultural selfconfidence: the building perfectly expresses local features with local Gobi stones,

steel and arches; 2. be a symbol of the “Belt and Road Initiative”: the central hall

is both a node and a bridge, which connects history and modernity, China and

the world, inheritance and innovation, and demonstrates the grandeur of a great

country and the spirit of the times. 3. express how structure can contribute to the

beauty of architecture: traditional arches are combined with the architectural logic

to create a space of future science and technology.

大氣，展現(xiàn)國家科技重器之氣勢，隱喻國家戰(zhàn)略科研項(xiàng)目容器。

中部橢圓形建筑是園區(qū)核心，是科技文化事業(yè)發(fā)展核心。季華實(shí)

驗(yàn)室的建成形成面向世界科技前沿和國家重大需求，實(shí)現(xiàn)原始創(chuàng)

新和戰(zhàn)略技術(shù)突破的世界級科創(chuàng)平臺；立足佛山，扎根廣東，支

撐粵港澳大灣區(qū)，形成面向國民經(jīng)濟(jì)主戰(zhàn)場和廣東省重大需求，

突破共性關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，推動產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的現(xiàn)代化生態(tài)科技園區(qū)。

Located on the shore of Wenhan Lake in Nanshai

District of Foshan, Jihua Laboratory (Phase I) is one of

the first four Guangdong laboratories. To demonstrate

the strategic position of Jihua Lab, the architectural

design highlights the cubic form, elegant style and

dignified presence which imply that the lab is a

container for national advanced strategic scientific

research projects. The laboratory will track the world’s

S&T frontiers and address national major needs, and

based on it a modern and ecological S&T park will be

built to accelerate breakthroughs in original innovation

and strategic technologies and promote industrial

光明科學(xué)城重大科研項(xiàng)目過渡場地，為深圳市光明科學(xué)城開發(fā)建

設(shè)署開發(fā)的舊建筑改造項(xiàng)目。我們將現(xiàn)狀兩座舊工業(yè)廠房建筑改

建為科學(xué)研發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，涉及理工、化學(xué)、海洋、光學(xué)等多類型的“大

科學(xué)裝置集群實(shí)驗(yàn)室”預(yù)研的示范平臺，整合三大研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)，多

達(dá) 79 個實(shí)驗(yàn)室。一方面，整合多種特殊工藝流程，包含高潔凈

度空調(diào)、微振動等 6 大工藝難點(diǎn)；受條件限制創(chuàng)新性采用分散式

設(shè)備區(qū)布局來滿足實(shí)驗(yàn)室“各不相同、專門設(shè)計(jì)”的設(shè)備工藝需求。

一方面“以人為本”，滿足科學(xué)家研發(fā)工作及生活、交流需要。

對原有廠房做“使在刀刃上”的改造，在兩棟之間新建“立體游園”，

實(shí)現(xiàn)室內(nèi)“滿額”下的“科研人員公共空間 + 科研院所交流平臺”。

Guangming Science City plans to comprehensively

upgrade the industrial plant into a demonstrative

platform for pre-research of “big science facility

cluster laboratories”, which involves 79 laboratories

of science and engineering, chemistry, oceanography,

optics etc. Moreover, it has overcome 6 special

technology difficulties and limited conditions, realizing

a decentralized equipment layout to meet “different

and specialized” equipment and technical needs of

each laboratory. With a people-centered concept, a

“multi-level garden” is newly created between two

buildings to realize “public space + communication

platform” for the already fully-occupied interior

The whole project is built on the core concept of “technologyinnovation integration and harmony out of diversity\". The suspended

white transverse boards highlight the building image whilst harmonize

項(xiàng)目面臨大海，背靠小橫琴山。與項(xiàng)目建立科技創(chuàng)新生態(tài)圈的目標(biāo)相呼

應(yīng)，期望能建立融合“花園、家園、樂園”的“樂業(yè)之園”。建筑布局

以共享中央庭園為中心，環(huán)形步道和“云平臺”形成“紐帶”，串聯(lián)起

了 9 棟塔樓和嶺南商業(yè)街，形成“一心一帶，九塔一街”的布局。建筑

功能包含辦公、商業(yè)、展覽、酒店、公寓、康體娛樂等，可謂應(yīng)有盡有。

通過對建筑的形體、表皮元素和色彩的像素化處理等設(shè)計(jì)手法，抽取東

西方文化和嶺南古建元素的神髓，讓園區(qū)建筑形態(tài)多樣融合、中西合璧、

融匯古今、渾然天成。項(xiàng)目同時(shí)還采用了綠色建筑、海綿城市、智慧園區(qū)、

智慧機(jī)器人停車、環(huán)幕影院、透明 LED 屏等特色功能和配置，努力把

園區(qū)打造為“樂業(yè)之園”。

The project aims to create an enjoyable business park where

people could happily live and work. With a site composition

of “one heart, one belt, nine towers and one street”, the

project includes office, business, exhibition, hotel, apartment

and recreation functions. By applying pixilation techniques

to building form, skin and tones and abstracting elements

from the Eastern and Western cultures as well as traditional

Lingnan architecture, the project ensures the building

complex a natural combination of both Chinese and western

styles and a nice integration of the past and the present. 123456

本項(xiàng)目位于橫琴，是國家改革創(chuàng)新先行示范區(qū)的國家級重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，命名

為澳門青年創(chuàng)業(yè)谷，與澳門大學(xué)一河之隔，總建筑面積 13.6 萬平方米。

開園 5年內(nèi)，獲得國家級科技企業(yè)孵化器、國家級眾創(chuàng)空間等 30余項(xiàng)資質(zhì)，

成為橫琴服務(wù)港澳、招商引資、招才引智、青創(chuàng)孵化的重要載體和平臺。

項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思以“花園式辦公”及“綠色創(chuàng)享生活”作為設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā)點(diǎn)，

其內(nèi)在中央公園作為整個園區(qū)的靈魂東西向貫穿，北側(cè)點(diǎn)式辦公將濱水

景觀南北向滲透。項(xiàng)目建筑如輕盈委婉、變幻多端的大地雕塑。整體注

重考慮建筑與周圍環(huán)境的融合，通過立體綠化、節(jié)能環(huán)保、豎向式遮陽

百葉、立面顏色、綠墻等手段營造舒適休閑的商務(wù)辦公環(huán)境。外立面設(shè)

計(jì)采用現(xiàn)代簡約的設(shè)計(jì)手法，豎向式遮陽百葉作為設(shè)計(jì)的統(tǒng)一元素貫穿

整個園區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)，運(yùn)用了橙色、綠色等元素作為點(diǎn)綴，使得整個園區(qū)的風(fēng)

格靈動活潑。

Since its opening, the Macao-Hengqin Youth

Entrepreneurship Valley has received more than 30

qualifications, including National S&T Enterprise Incubator

and National Maker Space. It has become an important carrier

and platform for Hengqin to serve Hong Kong and Macao,

attract investment, talents and experts, and incubate young

entrepreneurs. It will play an active role in the historical

process of “one country, two system” policy, the national

strategy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay

Area as well as the integration of Hengqin and Macao. Based

on the concepts of garden-style office and green innovative

life, the project emphasizes the integration of building and

surrounding environment to create a comfortable and

relaxing office environment.

項(xiàng)目地塊位于廣州市第二棉紡廠舊址，本案核心是集辦公、商業(yè)、文化和生

活多位一體的綜合園區(qū)，以“創(chuàng)智·脈沖”為設(shè)計(jì)理念，體現(xiàn)發(fā)展代表變革的

城市肌理的蛻變，將未來科技與工業(yè)歷史傳承相互融合，創(chuàng)造一個都市新地

標(biāo)。該項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)靈感源自廣州傳統(tǒng)的文化元素——簡潔抽象的弧線，它是粵

劇表演中飄揚(yáng)的水袖韻律，是記憶里的傳統(tǒng)山墻剪影。

西地塊建筑由三棟高層塔樓和架空裙房組成，塔樓的布置充分考慮了地塊周

邊最佳的城市景觀和遠(yuǎn)近各處的自然景觀，與整個區(qū)域甚至整個城市形成了

視覺上的聯(lián)系——南望珠江，北眺火爐，西望珠江新城，東顧金融城。多功

The project site is located in the former site of Guangzhou No.

2 Cotton Mill, is inspired by a single characteristic of multiple

design languages of the local culture. A simplified abstraction

of a curve representing various aspects of daily life in the city

of Guangzhou. The west plot will accommodate 3 high rise

towers with an elevated podium. The towers are arranged to

accommodate the best views to the city and beyond. The east

plot is a reimagined experience that will serve an inclusive role

ECOLOGICAL COMMUNITY AT BIOLAND

生物島位于市東南端、珠江主航道和次航道交匯而形成的官洲島。設(shè)計(jì)以生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)為依托，目標(biāo)建設(shè)成為國際型生物高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)基地。

Bio Island is located at the intersection of two Pearl River channels. Depending on biomedical enterprises, it aims to become an international biotechnology industrial

base.

園區(qū)通過明確的功能分區(qū)和宜人的立體景觀交通系統(tǒng)打造形象突出、便捷舒適的生態(tài)綠色生物制藥開發(fā)建筑群。建筑設(shè)計(jì)充分利用場地高度及周邊自然環(huán)

境，同時(shí)兼顧后期發(fā)展需求?？偛看髽墙ㄖ蜗笸怀龉I(yè)化特點(diǎn)，研發(fā)生產(chǎn)組團(tuán)模塊化布置，可復(fù)制性強(qiáng)，標(biāo)志性的橢圓形中庭通過大臺階和緩坡綠地與

場地有機(jī)融合。園區(qū)呼應(yīng)江景，最大化利用北側(cè)濕地公園，采用退臺、露臺與室外平臺營造豐富的綠色空間，景觀步道和屋頂綠化穿插其中，形成綠意盎

然的建筑群落。

Through functional zoning and vertical landscape transportation system, the standard industry park creates a convenient, comfortable, and ecological International Bio

- tech industry base. The R&D and production groups are modularly arranged. The oval atrium is organically integrated with the site through large steps and sloping

green space. The park echoes the river view and maximizes the use of the wetland park on the north. Using setback, terraces, outdoor decks, landscape walkways and

rooftop garden to form a green building cluster.
