施工步驟
基層準(zhǔn)備：基面結(jié)實(shí)、平整干凈。去除孔隙、
尖銳邊緣并填平砂眼。潤(rùn)濕干燥基面至無(wú)明水。
或者可以用馬貝界面劑 G 作基面處理。
Substrate preparation: Substrate must be
sound and stable, flat and clean.Pores and
cracks must be patched with repair mortar,
and sharp edge must be removed.substrate
should be moistened without excess water if it
is too dry. Or treat the substrate with Primer G.
拌和：B 組份液劑倒入容器，再將 A 組份的粉
劑倒入容器拌和。用慢速電動(dòng)攪拌器充分?jǐn)嚢?/p>
均勻 , 靜置 2-3 分鐘，稍再攪拌即可使用；施
工時(shí)保持間斷性攪拌，以防止沉淀
Substrate preparation: Pour component
B(liquid) into a container, then add component
A(powder) while stirring. Use a low-speed
mechanical mixer for mixing, and after
2-3 minutes, keep stirring until a perfect
homogenous mix is obtained. Keep interval
mixing to avoid deposition.
施涂：用毛刷或滾筒直接涂刷漿料于基面上，不可漏刷；
均勻涂刷，各層間以相垂直向涂刷（第一層干透 : 約 6-8
小時(shí)，才涂刷第二層；若 24 小時(shí)后才涂刷第二層，先
噴濕第一層防水層再施工）；如用滾筒施工，需用小毛
刷修整，確保厚度均勻
Application of the mortar: Apply the mixture on the
substrate evenly with a roller or brush directly.The
second coat is applied after the first layer is dried (6-8
hrs) and spread in different direction of the first coat.
Wet the first layer if the second layer applied after 24
hours. Ensure the even thickness by using small brush
if apply the product by a roller.
養(yǎng)護(hù)期：防水層干透方可做其它覆蓋層（約至
少 3 天后）；如有需要 , 防水層上需加涂水泥砂
漿保護(hù)層 , 再進(jìn)行瓷磚粘貼。
Curing: The following application should not
be done until the waterproof layer is entirely
dry and cured( At least after 3 days). Apply
cement slurry coating as a protection layer on
the waterproofing if necessary then bond the
tiles.

馬貝的研發(fā)工作中有70％致力于生態(tài)可持續(xù)產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)。馬貝
的EPD（環(huán)保產(chǎn)品聲明）發(fā)布流程于2016年獲得了Certiquality
認(rèn)證。EPD是透明而公開(kāi)的證明檔，并由外部機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)
和認(rèn)證。他們通過(guò)使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的LCA（生命周期評(píng)估）方法測(cè)量
產(chǎn)品對(duì)環(huán)境的影響來(lái)描述產(chǎn)品對(duì)環(huán)境的影響。
馬貝還致力于開(kāi)發(fā)揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物（VOC）排放量低的產(chǎn)
品，歸功于馬貝本身的研發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的先進(jìn)儀器和設(shè)備，這些產(chǎn)
品都通過(guò)有效的檢測(cè)。為了確定這些產(chǎn)品的VOC排放量低，馬
貝決定采用德國(guó)EMICODE標(biāo)示系統(tǒng)，特別是GEV定義的嚴(yán)格
分類(lèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行測(cè)試（Gemeinschaft Emissionskontrollierte
Verlegewerkstoffe，Klebstoffe und Bauprodukte）。
馬貝產(chǎn)品通過(guò)中國(guó)環(huán)境標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證，不僅是馬貝產(chǎn)品各項(xiàng)指
標(biāo)要達(dá)到中國(guó)環(huán)境標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品技術(shù)要求，同時(shí)，由于其認(rèn)證流程
要求的嚴(yán)格性，馬貝本身需要有相當(dāng)完備的資質(zhì)，管理要更加
規(guī)范，具體地講，馬貝不僅是一個(gè)完全符合國(guó)家法律法規(guī)和政
策的經(jīng)營(yíng)實(shí)體，而且其管理制度尤其是控制馬貝產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和符
合環(huán)境保護(hù)管理要求的制度需要在行業(yè)內(nèi)處于領(lǐng)先位置。因
此，馬貝獲得“中國(guó)環(huán)境標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證”，不僅是對(duì)馬貝產(chǎn)品的
質(zhì)量肯定，也是馬貝的資質(zhì)、產(chǎn)品、管理以及發(fā)展理念的綜合認(rèn)
證。
環(huán)保和揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物的排放均在獲得LEED和BREEAM環(huán)
境規(guī)程中發(fā)揮了作用。GEV僅授予對(duì)經(jīng)過(guò)公司嚴(yán)格定期質(zhì)量控

70% of Mapei’s research and development work is dedicated to
the development of eco-sustainable products. Mapei was awarded
Certiquality certification in 2016 for their EPD (Environmental Product
Declaration) issuing process. EPD’s are transparent, open documents
verified and certified by an external body. They describe the impact of

its impact using standardised LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) methods.
Mapei is also committed to the development of products with low
emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) that help improve the
quality of air in internal surroundings, products which are tested both
within the company, thanks to the cutting-edge instruments and
equipment available in our Research and Development laboratories,
and by external laboratories. To identify those products with low VOC
emissions Mapei decided to adopt the voluntary German EMICODE
labelling system, particularly strict classification criteria as defined
by GEV (Gemeinschaft Emissionskontrollierte Verlegewerkstoffe,
Klebstoffe und Bauprodukte).
The China Environmental labeling not only certifies Mapei products for
complying with all the technical requirements, but also confirms that
Mapei possesses sound qualification and well regulated production
management system. Specifically, Mapei is an enterprise with
operation in compliance with the Chinese regulations and policies.
Moreover, the management system, especially for the quality control
and environmental protection, should be recognized as leading
position in the market. Hence, the labeling affirms Mapei product
quality as well as Mapei qualification background, management
system and development concept.
EPD’s and VOC emissions both play their part in obtaining credits in
the LEED and BREEAM environmental protocols. GEV only grants the
right to use this special marking to those companies which undergo
severe periodic quality controls and assessments carried out by the
institute and consists in the following classification:
