2、強(qiáng)夯適用范圍
強(qiáng)夯適用范圍廣,可用于處理碎石土、砂土、 低飽和度的粉土與粘性土、濕陷性黃土、素填土和雜填土等地
基。強(qiáng)夯置換法適用于高飽和度的粉土與軟塑-流塑的粘性土等地基。
強(qiáng)夯地基是指用起重機(jī)械將大噸位(一般8-100t)夯錘起吊到6-30m高度后,自由落下,給地基土以強(qiáng)大的沖
擊能量的夯擊,使土中出現(xiàn)沖擊波和很大的沖擊應(yīng)力,迫使土層空隙壓縮,土體局部液化,在夯擊點(diǎn)周圍產(chǎn)生裂
隙,形成良好的排水通道,孔隙水和氣體逸出,使土料重新排列,經(jīng)時(shí)效壓密達(dá)到固結(jié),從而提高地基承載力,降
低其壓縮性的一種有效的地基加固方法,使表面形成一層較為均勻的硬層來承受上部載荷。
3、SDDC適用范圍
SDDC工法學(xué)名稱作“孔內(nèi)深層超強(qiáng)夯法”,通過通過強(qiáng)夯重錘自成孔或旋挖成孔,在地基處理時(shí)以強(qiáng)
夯重錘對孔內(nèi)深層填料進(jìn)行分層強(qiáng)夯或邊填料邊強(qiáng)夯的孔內(nèi)深層作業(yè)。夯錘選用尖錐桿狀或橄欖狀,夯
擊時(shí),對下層填料是深層動(dòng)力夯、砸、壓密,對上層新填料是動(dòng)力夯、劈裂和強(qiáng)制側(cè)向擠壓密實(shí)。通過
夯錘的動(dòng)力夯擊,在錘側(cè)面上產(chǎn)生極大的被動(dòng)壓力,迫使土料向周邊強(qiáng)制擠出,樁間土也被擠密加固。
對于分層土或軟硬不均土層,會(huì)形成串珠狀態(tài),有利于樁和樁側(cè)土的“咬合”,增大樁側(cè)摩阻力,使加固后
的樁與樁間土形成一個(gè)密實(shí)整體,處理后的復(fù)合地基不僅剛度均勻,而且承載力顯著提高。
