Located in Taiyuan, China Chemical Engineering Second Construction Corporation (CCESCC) is affiliated to China National
Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. administered by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission
of the State Council. CCESCC was established in 1953 and restructured in 2001, with the registered capital of 3 billion yuan
and annual capacity exceeding 20 billion yuan. The company has over 6,100 employees, among which, there are around
4,500 management staff with 1,171 persons holding various qualifi cation certifi cates. There are 744 constructors and associate
constructors. CCESCC has become one of the major enterprises in China’s petrochemical industry.
We operate in the fields of project general contracting, engineering design, construction, fabrication, scientific research,
infrastructure and industry investment & fi nancing, with business distributed in 31 domestic provinces, autonomous regions and
municipalities, as well as 25 overseas countries and areas, including Turkey, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Tanzania, Mozambique,
Angola, Myanmar, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, Sri Lanka, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, the Antarctic, etc. CCESCC consists
of grade A design engineering company, state-accredited enterprise technology centers, 14 functional departments at head offi ce,
more than 20 branches in China, 9 overseas branches, 9 domestic market divisions and 3 international market divisions. There
are specialized subsidiaries held by CCESCC, spanning aspects of geotechnical investigation, ground treatment, architecture
& building, mechanical installation, electrical & instrumentation, inspection & test, painting & insulation, construction by largesize machinery, heavy lifting. 6,400t hydraulic double-gantry crane, researched, developed and manufactured independently by
CCESCC, has been offi cially identifi ed as the land crane with the largest lifting capacity in the world.
CCESCC is awarded special general contracting qualification for petrochemical construction; grade A engineering design
qualifi cation for chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries; grade B engineering design qualifi cation for metallurgical
industry; grade B engineering design qualifi cation for municipal (urban gas engineering and thermal engineering); special grade B
design qualifi cation for environmental engineering (air pollution, water pollution prevention and control, solid waste treatment and
disposal); grade B engineering design qualifi cation for building industry (building engineering); general construction contracting
qualification for building, municipal, mechanical and electrical engineering, metallurgical engineering, power engineering;
professional contracting qualifi cation for foundation & ground treatment, fi refi ghting, building mechanical & electrical installation,
environmental protection, steel structure, building curtain wall, special work, water-proof, painting and insulation, etc.; grade A NDT
qualifi cation for special equipment; grade A qualifi cation for comprehensive geotechnical engineering investigation; production
(design, manufacture, installation, alteration, repair & maintenance) license of pressure vessel; production (design, installation,
alteration, repair & maintenance) license of pressure pipeline; production (installation, alteration, repair & maintenance) license of
boiler and lifting equipment. In addition, CCESCC has acquired the certifi cation of QHSE management system since 1995. It is in
the industry-leading position in terms of construction ability, project management, and technical equipment.
As a large key enterprise in chemical and petrochemical construction industry, CCESCC has delivered thousands of large projects
