三維數(shù)值模擬研究 *

摘 要:為探究中心錐對旋轉(zhuǎn)爆轟發(fā)動機(jī) (Rotating detonation engine,簡稱RDE) 內(nèi)外流場結(jié)構(gòu)與
推進(jìn)性能的影響,設(shè)計(jì)了 90°,60°,45°,30°,20°,14°錐角與基準(zhǔn)結(jié)構(gòu) 7 種構(gòu)型,對燃燒室內(nèi)徑為
78mm、外徑為88mm、長度為100mm的RDE進(jìn)行三維數(shù)值模擬,獲得了各構(gòu)型下詳盡的流場參數(shù)。結(jié)
果表明:在本文構(gòu)型下中心錐對內(nèi)流場影響很小,各構(gòu)型的內(nèi)流場參數(shù)與結(jié)構(gòu)基本一致;中心錐對外流
場的爆轟產(chǎn)物有軸向加速與徑向吸附作用,能夠調(diào)控尾部區(qū)域的流場特性;中心錐對由壓差項(xiàng)產(chǎn)生的推
力具有顯著的提升效果,最佳推力性能出現(xiàn)在20°中心錐構(gòu)型中,RDE總推力增益達(dá)22.8%。研究結(jié)果
揭示了中心錐對RDE推力影響的作用機(jī)理,闡明了錐角對推進(jìn)性能的影響規(guī)律,對帶錐形構(gòu)型的尾噴
管設(shè)計(jì)工作提供了參考。

Three Dimensional Numerical Simulation of Effects of
Aerospike on Internal and External Flow Field of

Abstract:In order to explore the effects of aerospike on the internal and external flow field structure and
propulsion performance of Rotating Detonation Engine(RDE),seven configurations with angles of 90°,60°,
45°,30°,20°,14° and reference configuration were designed. The combustion chamber with inner diameter of
78mm,outer diameter of 88mm and length of 100mm was numerically simulated,and the detailed flow field pa?
rameters under each configuration were obtained. The results show that aerospike has little effect on the internal
flow field,and the parameters as well as the structure of internal flow field of each configuration are basically con?
sistent. The aerospike has the effect of axial acceleration and radial adsorption on the detonation products of exter?
nal flow field,which can change the structure of the external flow field. Aerospike can significantly increase the
