2021年，是中國共產(chǎn)黨成立的100周年，也是廣東漢

立建筑設(shè)計有限公司成立第3個年頭。在這個風(fēng)雷激

蕩的偉大時代，我們見證了世界上城市發(fā)展史上的

奇跡，更有幸參與其中。

在與城市共生長的兩年里，廣東漢立建筑產(chǎn)品體系

已涵蓋公共建筑、居住建筑、工業(yè)建筑等設(shè)計領(lǐng)域。

這本作品集，是對過去兩年完成的重要設(shè)計成果的

匯總，也是一個民營企業(yè)慢慢成長的里程。

在這些精選的項目中，以點概面，展現(xiàn)廣東漢立用

設(shè)計關(guān)注人居迭代、產(chǎn)業(yè)興盛、醫(yī)療有養(yǎng)、教育有

為、科技創(chuàng)新。

這兩年來，疫情之下，全球經(jīng)濟格局重構(gòu)，新舊產(chǎn)

業(yè)劇烈震蕩，也給人們的生活、工作、消費、社交

帶來深刻而長遠的改變，我們對城市的發(fā)展也有了

更多的思考。

在尋找城市發(fā)展新動能中，廣東漢立深度融入設(shè)計

品質(zhì)、產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、建筑科技、全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈布局。以設(shè)

計，介入城市營造；以研發(fā)，觸發(fā)建筑創(chuàng)新；以完

這本作品集也可以算是我們在起跑線上立下的一個

坐標(biāo)。我們相信，在不久的將來，在國內(nèi)建筑舞臺

The planning and design of the main determinant

layout, to ensure the integrity of the school's

various functions, do not interfere with each

architectural design is based on simple European

In the landscape design of the

whole high-speed railway square,

we put forward the design

concept of "Maoming of The

Times", combining the ductility

of architectural symbols with the

flexibility of the square with

modern techniques, and setting

up various functions and cultural

details in the simple spatial form.

建筑設(shè)計中以現(xiàn)代主義風(fēng)格為

主，白色與藍色玻璃的大片交

接營造華麗時尚的都市氛圍。

在建筑造型，建筑低層如同一

個“碗”一樣，利用金色的玻

璃打造一個濃烈的商業(yè)氛圍，

低層兩旁突出白色構(gòu)件，如同

“手”，在“手棒著碗”的完

美結(jié)合，“碗”中的大樓穩(wěn)重

的屹立著，寓意著商業(yè)發(fā)展的

源遠流長。

The architectural design is dominated by modernist

style, and the transition of large areas of white and

blue glass creates a gorgeous and fashionable urban

atmosphere.In the architectural modeling, the lower

layer of the building is like a "bowl", using golden

glass to create a strong commercial atmosphere.

White components are prominent on both sides of

the lower layer, like a "hand", which is the perfect

combination of the "hand holding the bowl". The

building in the "bowl" stands steadily, implying the

long history of commercial development.
