項(xiàng)目位于姑蘇古城核心區(qū)，緊鄰滄浪亭。整個基地環(huán)境古樸典雅。0.64 的容積率注定了這是一個頗具挑戰(zhàn)性的規(guī)劃，

如何延續(xù)老的城市肌理是關(guān)鍵。實(shí)際上如果不是物業(yè)管理的需要，這個項(xiàng)目的“三街四巷”作為一個開發(fā)的街區(qū)將會是

古城核心區(qū)的一個商業(yè)熱點(diǎn)。設(shè)計(jì)師不僅僅想設(shè)計(jì)一個單純的居住的社區(qū)，而且是一個具有藝術(shù)氣息的多功能開放式

街區(qū)。

粉墻連綿、黛瓦錯落，吳冠中筆下的江南只有寥寥幾筆便抓住了整體的“神韻”，用大面的留白搭配細(xì)黑的線條，將

姑蘇的魂體現(xiàn)地淋漓盡致。而建筑不是畫畫，想要將這種“抽象”的“神似”作為建筑的主基調(diào)，以簡約的設(shè)計(jì)手法、使

用完全現(xiàn)代的材料和表現(xiàn)方式，這要求建筑師必須從各個維度去推敲與比較各種可能性。不用任何一個傳統(tǒng)符號、不

做刻意的復(fù)古元素，用建筑的語言完成對蘇州的詮釋，將西方美學(xué)與東方傳統(tǒng)人居文化進(jìn)行一次完美融合。這是吳冠

中筆下的“江南小鎮(zhèn)”，也是姑蘇屋檐下的”中國藏品“，更是今天的姑蘇雅集。

The project is located in the core area of the ancient city Gusu, adjacent to the Canglang Pavilion. The entire site is simple and elegant, and with

RFA of 0.64, it is a challenging project on how to continue the old urban fabric. In fact, if not for the need of property management, the \"three streets

and four lanes\" of this project would be a commercial hotspot in the core of the old city as a developed neighborhood, and the architects wanted to

design not only a simple residential community, but also a multifunctional open neighborhood with an artistic atmosphere.

With continuous pink walls and scattered black tiles, Wu Guanzhong's Jiangnan has captured the overall \"charm\" with a few

strokes, and the soul of Gusu is vividly reflected with large white space and thin black lines. Architecture is not painting. If you want

to take this \"abstract\" and \"divine likeness\" as the main tone of architecture, with simple design techniques and completely modern

materials and ways of expression, architects must consider and compare various possibilities from all dimensions. Without any

traditional symbols and deliberate retro elements, the interpretation of Suzhou is completed in architectural language, which perfectly

integrates western aesthetics with oriental traditional residential culture. This is Wu Guanzhong's \"Jiangnan Town\", also the \"Chinese

collection\" under the eaves of Suzhou, and today's GUSU YAJI Residence.

為體現(xiàn)吳冠中筆下屋頂?shù)摹氨　保ㄖ夨焱叨D(zhuǎn)用鈦鋅板，是中國住宅建筑從未有過的嘗試，將墨畫蘊(yùn)意、

水鄉(xiāng)淡雅，演繹的更傳神。鈦鋅板系統(tǒng)屋面，不僅在造型上完美體現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)意圖，而且，相比于傳統(tǒng)瓦屋

面工藝而言，鈦鋅板系統(tǒng)屋面所采用的直立鎖邊系統(tǒng)的施工工藝也帶來了更為優(yōu)秀的防水保溫性能，無論

是在造型還是實(shí)用價(jià)值方面都展現(xiàn)了一個現(xiàn)代建筑應(yīng)有的品質(zhì)。

高容積率使用地極為緊張。在使建

筑數(shù)量盡可能多的前提下，部分南

立面需要設(shè)置防火墻。建筑師經(jīng)過

反復(fù)思考，回到概念的最初，決定

在傳統(tǒng)蘇氏住宅的花窗上汲取靈感。

并融合了山水條屏的意向，最終選

擇了南立面上四條屏的設(shè)計(jì)手法，

化劣勢為亮點(diǎn)，成為整個項(xiàng)目立面

形象的點(diǎn)睛之筆。

精致的門窗系統(tǒng)

白墻是江南建筑一大特點(diǎn)。越是簡約的越是需要精雕細(xì)刻。主墻面采用了葡萄牙白沙巖，在制作時(shí)，考慮

到防水保溫等問題，最終采取了膠接的方法。白沙巖與傳統(tǒng)石材及涂料有完全不同的質(zhì)感，為住戶提供了

更加精致的體驗(yàn)。

墻連綿、黛瓦錯落，緩緩流水在蒼翠樹木的倒影下，散發(fā)著溫暖閑適的氣息。曲徑引入屋舍，視覺焦點(diǎn)也

隨之轉(zhuǎn)換：舒緩的筆觸、交疊的色調(diào)，更如暈染般透徹朦朧。這是吳冠中筆下的《江南小鎮(zhèn)》，也是今天

的姑蘇雅集。
