French designer is first and foremost the story of an encounter. What interests him most is an

exchange with the manufacturers, discovering their experiences, this momentum of a creative

intent refined by the constraints of technology, the economic challenge, and the expectations of

a client that he hopes, even if discreetly, to captivate forever. The line is a distinguishing feature

Diego Grandi Office is the design studio that specializes in product, exhibition and interior

design. An attention to the visual and external aspect of a project characterizes and

defines the research carried out by Diego Grandi on the value of the surface of materials

and on the possible variations and contaminations of the genre. Research on news living

styles, focused on observing daily behaviours and habits, guides his perspective when

it comes to surfaces and the profound importance of two-dimensional projects. This

approach of his takes shape in the collections he designed for Lea Ceramiche: City, Mauk,

Streets in Shade, and Type 32, expressions of the designer’s artistic visionary quality, are

capable of transforming ceramics into true furnishing accessories.

Filigrane collection: this geometric texture overlaps natural ones, which can be read in

two ways: from a simple imitation, ceramic tiles become “neutral” material.

Fabio Novembre was born in Lecce in 1966. he collaboration with LEA Ceramiche was

born out of respect and mutual admiration and takes shape in the design of Concreto,

the collection that explores the aesthetics of cement in the form of a conceptual

operation. Starting from the material that has characterized modern architecture the

most, the designer interprets the theme of cement to tell his own material stories, using

Lea Ceramiche’s stoneware as a tabula rasa. In the Concreto decoration, Novembre

embraces the central theme of water, the organic element in cement, to transform

ceramic into a material collection that can adapt to any context.

3mm. SLIMTECH slab is the result of the latest technology. It is produced using a porcelain stoneware

mixture composed of top quality clay and raw materials. It is pressed using a force of 15.000t. Firing
