2020 年深藍(lán)空間受托于東南亞原油 / 天然氣管道有限公司,研究開發(fā)了基于衛(wèi)星遙
感的原油管道、天然氣管道安全監(jiān)測項目技術(shù),對管道沿線的地表微形變、地表大幅
度沉降位移和 DEM 校正系數(shù)等參數(shù)分析,實現(xiàn)雨季前山區(qū)管道沿線地質(zhì)災(zāi)害排查,給
出地質(zhì)災(zāi)害區(qū)域風(fēng)險等級,進(jìn)行地質(zhì)災(zāi)害風(fēng)險預(yù)警,指導(dǎo)管理部門對高風(fēng)險區(qū)域采取
加固及部署地面在線監(jiān)測設(shè)備,為地質(zhì)災(zāi)害早期風(fēng)險管控提供決策依據(jù)與治理方向。
2020 年受國家管網(wǎng)集團(tuán)西南油氣管道有限責(zé)任公司委托,深藍(lán)空間提供了基于衛(wèi)
星遙感的山地管道沿線高后果區(qū)動態(tài)監(jiān)測服務(wù)。通過衛(wèi)星遙感監(jiān)測技術(shù)對油氣管道沿線
地物變化進(jìn)行分析,全面反映研究區(qū)內(nèi)管線及其周邊的土地利用變化狀況及時空特征,

采用時序 InSAR 處理技術(shù) ( SBAS-InSAR、PS-InSAR) 結(jié)合多源遙感數(shù)據(jù)對管道沿線

實現(xiàn)雨季前山區(qū)管道沿線地質(zhì)災(zāi)害排查,給出地質(zhì)災(zāi)害區(qū)域風(fēng)險等級,進(jìn)行地質(zhì)災(zāi)害
風(fēng)險預(yù)警。排查管道沿線的重點地質(zhì)隱患區(qū),并評估其對油氣管道的威脅程度,給出
地質(zhì)災(zāi)害區(qū)域風(fēng)險等級,進(jìn)行地質(zhì)災(zāi)害風(fēng)險預(yù)警。指導(dǎo)管理部門對高風(fēng)險區(qū)域采取加
固及部署地面在線監(jiān)測設(shè)備,為地質(zhì)災(zāi)害早期風(fēng)險管控提供決策依據(jù)與治理方向。
Time series InSAR processing technology ( SBAS-InSAR, PS-InSAR ) combined with multi-source remote sensing
data were used to survey the surface micro deformation along the pipeline and find the key areas of surface
deformation. Combined with multi-source data such as slope and aspect hydrogeology, the investigation of
geological disasters along the pipeline in mountainous areas before rainy season is realized, the regional risk
level of geological disasters is given, and the risk warning of geological disasters is carried out. The key geological
hazard areas along the pipeline are investigated, and their threat to oil and gas pipelines is evaluated. The regional

在日常巡檢和維護(hù)中,微小的沉降和變
形難以用肉眼觀察到,只有當(dāng)失穩(wěn)變形
積累到一定程度、發(fā)生功能性障礙時才

In daily inspection and maintenance, small
settlement and deformation are difficult to be
observed by naked eyes. Only when the instability
deformation accumulates to a certain extent and
functional obstacles occur can it be found. The
InSAR is used to identify the boundary of the disaster
body and obtain the periodic deformation curve of
the dense points on the disaster body, which is used
to identify the disaster points and install a number
of angular reflectors on the disaster body. The InSAR
is used to obtain the periodic deformation curve of
the accurate points for early warning. The Beidou
monitoring station is installed on the most critical
point position to obtain the continuous deformation
curve of the critical point position for the proximity
warning. Warning the deformation results of
different levels, so that managers can timely grasp
the deformation safety information of storage tanks.

別,獲取管道周邊所有受災(zāi)區(qū)分布、面積等,同時提供歷史降雨數(shù)據(jù)、地形走勢等輔

After the rainy season, based on the medium and high resolution SAR satellite images and the D-InSAR algorithm,
the parameters such as the large-scale surface subsidence and displacement and DEM correction coefficient in the
mountainous area before and after the rainy season are obtained. The large-scale landslide and flood damage areas
along the pipeline in mountainous areas are identified to obtain the distribution and area of all the affected areas
around the pipeline. At the same time, the historical rainfall data, terrain trend and other auxiliary information are
provided to help users comprehensively understand the landslide trend and disaster degree, and provide support
for the management department to timely and comprehensively grasp the disaster situation of large-scale landslide
and flood damage areas in mountainous areas after the rainy season and to scientifically and effectively dispose.

Based on the abundant multi-source satellite remote sensing data, the dynamic monitoring of external force
damage within the user-defined range along the oil and gas pipeline is provided, and the statistical analysis of the
risk of multiple new human activities under multi-scale is supported. The construction activities such as building
houses, repairing roads, and piling soil around the pipeline and the change of ground objects are automatically
identified. The information that may destroy the line facilities or threaten the safety of oil and gas pipelines is
found, and the automatic identification and early warning of external disturbance in the pipeline protection zone
are realized.

像,通過 AI 算法,對輸氣管道沿線的高后果
區(qū)進(jìn)行識別監(jiān)測(包括人口密集區(qū)、加油站
等影響后果嚴(yán)重區(qū)域)及輸油管道沿線的高
后果區(qū)進(jìn)行識別監(jiān)測(包括公路、村莊、河流、
自然保護(hù)區(qū)、水源地等影響后果嚴(yán)重區(qū)域)。
并自動分析建筑物數(shù)量、提取學(xué)校等重點場
所,從而為高后果區(qū)的評判提供信息支撐。
并通過不同時期影像的對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)高后果區(qū)

Application of Pipeline Location Planning
Using multi-source data such as optical satellites, SAR satellites, historical geological subsidence data, ground
meteorology, elevation, etc., an auxiliary system for oil and gas pipeline location based on satellite remote sensing and
GIS spatial analysis tools is constructed by using the improved model algorithm. It avoids sensitive and vulnerable areas,
provides early geographic information services for oil and gas pipeline location planning, and reduces late operation and
maintenance costs and risk factors.

3D scene information management system
Based on the domestic high-resolution satellite images and high-precision digital elevation model ( DEM ), a widearea three-dimensional real map of the transmission corridor is established. The map resolution is up to 0.5 m.
According to the satellite image, the accurate positions of the towers, substations and valve stations are extracted,
and the three-dimensional models of the towers, overhead lines and substations are loaded at the corresponding
positions to establish an intuitive and specific information management system.
