浦東美術(shù)館(MAP)位于上海小陸家嘴濱江核心區(qū),于

2017 年 9 月 26 日啟動建設(shè),2021 年 7 月正式向公眾

開放。

浦東美術(shù)館由陸家嘴集團投資、建設(shè)和運營,由讓·努

維爾(AJN)事務(wù)所設(shè)計,以國際藝術(shù)展示交流為主、兼

顧國內(nèi)藝術(shù)展示,突出展覽、美育、文創(chuàng)、國際交流四

大功能,致力于建設(shè)成為上海國際文化場館新地標(biāo)和國

際文化藝術(shù)交流的重要平臺。

Pudong Art Museum (MAP) is located in the core area of

Shanghai's Xiaolujiazui Riverside. Construction started on

September 26, 2017, and it will officially open to the public in

July 2021.

Pudong Art Museum is invested, constructed and operated by

Lujiazui Group and designed by Jean Nouvel (AJN) Office. It

focuses on international art exhibition and exchange, taking

into account domestic art exhibition, and highlights the four

functions of exhibition, aesthetic education, cultural creativity

and international exchange. , is committed to building into a

new landmark of Shanghai's international cultural venues and

an important platform for international cultural and artistic

exchanges.

Preface

As a large-scale comprehensive operator of modern service industry, Lujiazui Group has always insisted on taking culture and art

as an important component to help Pudong build a socialist modernization leading area and enhance the soft power of Pudong's

urban culture. The existing art collection of Lujiazui Group mainly focuses on the exploration of public art, including urban

sculptures, architectural installations and large murals. This album contains a total of 21 works of art displayed in three plots

developed and constructed by Lujiazui Group, from 8 artists and art institutions. From the landscape installations of the Century

Metropolis, to the sculptures surrounding the L+Mall, to the large-scale architectural installations integrated with the design

concept in the New Bund area. These plots have witnessed the development process of Lujiazui Group, and the works of art that

complement the buildings, uses and cultures of the plots have also become an important part of enriching the lives of citizens.

As a regional development enterprise that is full of vitality, creativity and takes the lead in trial, Lujiazui Group attaches great

importance to the construction of cultural sections. In addition to building the Museum of Art Pudong, which was officially

opened to the public on July 8, 2021, it also tries to explore the effective combination of art with surrounding communities

and public spaces, and create an aesthetic and inspiring environment. By integrating artworks into office and commercial

places, customers, office workers and passers-by in this area can gain in-depth insights through appreciating the diversity of

本項目地處浦東新區(qū)海陽西路,東育路交界處。總建筑

面積 90994 ㎡,其中地下建筑面積 28811 ㎡,地上建

筑面積 62183 ㎡。主要由 111 米的 25 層高層主樓和

4~5 層裙房組成。地下室整體三層,與北側(cè) 25-01 地塊

相連。酒店塔樓位于地塊北側(cè),地上 25 層,建筑平面呈

矩形。主要功能為酒店服務(wù)餐飲,6 層設(shè)置觀光會所休閑

空間。

裙房分別坐落于酒店南側(cè),其中東裙房于辦公樓主樓連

為整體,酒店通過 6 層裙房屋面與東側(cè)辦公樓側(cè)相連。

1~6 層設(shè)大堂空間,餐飲、SPA、休閑功能;7 層 ~28

層為酒店住宿區(qū)域。地下室主要功能為停車、設(shè)備用房

及后勤用房,其中地下一層設(shè)置商業(yè)區(qū)域。

The project is located at the junction of West Haiyang

Road and Dongyu Road in Pudong New Area. The total

construction area is 90,994 m2, of which the underground

construction area is 28,811 m2 and the above-ground

construction area is 62,183 m2. It is mainly composed of a

25-story high-rise main building with a height of 111 meters

and several podiums with a height of 4-5 stories. There are

three floors in the basement which are connected to the 25-01

plot on the north side. The hotel tower is located on the north

side of the plot, with 25 floors above ground, and a rectangular

building plan. The main functions are basic hotel catering

services, and the 6th floor is equipped with leisure spaces and

a tourist center.

The podiums are located on the south side of the hotel,

of which the east podium is connected to the main office

building. The hotel is connected to the east office building

through the 6-storey podium facade. From the 1st floor

to the 6th floor, there are lobby space, dining area, spa and

leisure area; from the 7th to the 28th floor are the hotel

accommodation area. The basement is mainly used for

parking, equipment and logistics areas, except for the first

basement floor, which functions as commercial area.

定義為前灘區(qū)域的標(biāo)志性建筑,成為天際線上的新聚焦

點。從建筑體塊角度,16 萬平方米的核心辦公樓可以理

解為垂直的船錨,固定和聚集整個區(qū)域。懸浮的水平裙

房體塊包括 9000 平方米的商業(yè),延伸和覆蓋整個場地,

同時支撐 51000 平方米的酒店塔樓和酒店設(shè)施,成為有

new area. The 280-meter-high office tower is defined as a

landmark building of this area and becomes a new focal point

on the skyline. From the perspective of the building block, the

160,000m2 core office building can be deemed as a vertical

anchor, fixing and gathering the whole area. The suspended

horizontal podium volume includes 9,000m2 of commercial

area, extending and covering the entire site. At the same time,

it supports the 51,000m2 hotel tower and hotel facilities.

Together, they form a coherent composition of volumes. The

design is inspired by three elements, namely, water (flowing

lines), wood (texture branches), and earth (stacks of stone). A

flowing \"line\" runs through the entire site, connecting the three

different blocks of the building (hotel, office, and podium).

At the same time, a visual language that varies according

to function is used to represent or define the differences

in the blocks. The vertical curtain wall \"wall stacks\" of the

office tower are aligned with its mullions at 3-meter interval,

extending from the base to the high area of the tower, with less

impact on interior vision. In contrast, the curtain wall \"stacks\"

at the top of the tower begin to branch and twist, responding

to the design concept of the wood texture while creating the

iconic tower \"lantern\". The hotel fa?ade consists of horizontal

decorative strips (horizontal lines with a curved wavy contour

line in the center). These strips are located on the inter-floor

walls to avoid blocking the view of the guest rooms. From a

pure parallel relationship at the bottom to a hyperboloid line

at the top, and the frequency of the waves changes according

to the height of the tower. The top of the hotel tower is also

considered as a \"lantern\", while horizontally twisted lines

create exciting random patterns. The simplified suspended

podium volume contrasts and reinforces the dynamic fa?ades

of the two towers. Meanwhile, the continuous roof garden

and slightly curved curtain wall decorative strips are used to

connect the tower blocks, also creating a coherent \"folding

screen\" facade effect of the podium.

498 個仿古銅的系列鋁鑄件懸掛在精致的鋼索上,形成一個圓柱形空間,

穿行于天地之間。每片散發(fā)出的閃爍光芒與水面的反射光交相呼應(yīng),將初

Description

A total of 498 casted aluminum parts in the simulation of antique silver are hung

on delicate steel ropes to create a cylindrical space passing through the earth and

sky. The twinkling rays of light emitted from each piece would correspond with

the reflection lights of the water surface to thoroughly demonstrate the primordial

optical effects. The introduction of the natural light rays adds further luster to the

work, and demonstrate an overall artistic effect of swirling motions.

The sculpture of New Light of City injects vitality to the main entrance of the

venue, and take concerted effect with the vertical frame structure on the top of the

building.

大卷伸嗣

大卷伸嗣是日本當(dāng)代藝術(shù)的指標(biāo)藝術(shù)家之一。1971 年出

生于日本岐阜的他,目前居住與工作于東京。大卷伸嗣

的作品具備詩意與公共性,完美表現(xiàn)出空間與作品的對

話,他的創(chuàng)作于獨特細膩得美學(xué)形式中展露出對于時間

Shinji Ohmaki is one of the typical artists of modern art of

王克良,遼寧人。1969 年畢業(yè)于上海戲劇學(xué)院,中國美術(shù)家協(xié)

會會員和同濟大學(xué)教授。一直留在南方,擅長水彩畫創(chuàng)作的他并

沒有像其他畫家那樣紀(jì)錄江南的景色,而是走向抽象畫創(chuàng)作的道

路。水彩畫的空靈與清透,正好與這種探索相呼應(yīng),成為了他很

長一段時間作品的主要形式,并為他取得了赫赫贊譽。

過了知命之年時,王克良毅然舍棄成就斐然的水彩畫,開始探索

油畫顏料在紙板上的表現(xiàn)。紙紋的色澤與質(zhì)地給予他筆觸的無限

自由,洗、擦丶點丶染,狂放淋漓,連對紙板的撕,拉都成了構(gòu)

Shanghai Theatre Academy in 1969, and now he is the member of

China Artists Association and the professor of Tongji University. He

has stayed in the south and is good at watercolor painting. However,

unlike other painters who enjoyed drawing the scenery of the south,

he turned to the abstract painting. The etherealness and clarity of

watercolor paintings, which correspond to this exploration, became

the main form of his works for a long time, and brought him great

reputation.

After the age of 50, Keliang Wang resolutely abandoned watercolor

painting that made him successful, and began to explore the

performance of oil paints on cardboard. The color and texture of the

paper give him infinite freedom of brushstrokes. He washes, rubs,

dots, and dyes with wild abandon. Even the tearing and pulling of the

cardboard has become an element in the composition, becoming a

highlight in his painting works.

The large-scale abstract oil painting on canvas is the most focused and

exciting part of Wang's artistic practice in recent years. The mastery

of the layers, details and structure of such abstract works can best

showcase the artist's foundation and inner cultivation. The extremely

large scale is also a severe test for the artist's physical strength, but he

enjoys it and embraces challenges again and again.

Shanghai L+ MALL opened on December 23rd , 2018. It

is a high-end commercial complex developed by Shanghai

Lujiazui (Group) Co., Ltd. which took 6 years to complete.

洛倫佐·奎恩,1966 年出生于意大利羅馬,是世界領(lǐng)先

的當(dāng)代雕塑家之一??蛴?1980 年代初期進入紐約市美

術(shù)學(xué)院,入學(xué)時開始從事繪畫工作。受米開朗基羅、貝

尼尼和羅丹等大師的啟發(fā),他創(chuàng)作了許多具有紀(jì)念意義

的公共藝術(shù)作品,還有很多尺幅更小,更適合與民眾互

動的作品,傳遞出他對崇高信仰和真情實感的不懈追求。

他的創(chuàng)作手法具有詩意和象征意義,直面社會問題,激

Born in Rome, Italy, in 1966, Lorenzo Quinn is one of the most

famous modern sculptors in the world. Quinn was enrolled in

Academy of Fine Arts in New York in early 1980s, and started

his painting career since then. Under the inspiration of masters

like Michelangelo, Bernini and Rodin, he created many public

art works with commemorative significance, as well as many

small sized works catering for interactions with the audience.

All these works have transmitted his unremitting pursuit for

the sublime faith and real sentiments. His creation techniques

contain both poetic significance and symbolic meaning. The

works confront directly towards social issues to motivate the

people to get further development in tolerance and harmony.

He is most famous for his series works created with the theme

of hands.

此系列作品源自莊子的《逍遙游》,“舉世譽之而不

加勸,舉世非之而不加沮”。對方將陸家嘴中心藝術(shù)

介入的延伸價值觀定義為“創(chuàng)造的自由,人性的自由,

夢想的自由”。

Zendai Cultural Development put forward that: they

offer typical works of artists, and guarantee the authentic

demonstration effect; the works are dedicated for Lujiazui

Center; they are public art that communicates with the

viewers and the environment. The Happy Excursion

series works enabled the symbolized scenes and figures to

appear various positions in the public space, guiding the

behaviors of the stream of people, and enliven the overall

atmosphere of the shopping mall.

The series of works are originated from the Happy

Excursion of Zhuangzi “he will not be more diligent even

if all the people in the world keep praising him, and he will

not be depressed if all person in the world keep accusing

him”. It defines the extended values of the art in Lujiazui

Center as “freedom of creation, freedom of the humanity

and freedom of dreams”.
