Principle of Nanoparticle Slurry Cleaning Machines
在納米級超細(xì)粉體濕法生產(chǎn)中,需要對漿料進(jìn)行清洗以去除雜質(zhì)提高產(chǎn)品純度。傳統(tǒng)的板框、離心的清洗方法,存在跑料、濾液混濁、洗滌水量大、勞動強(qiáng)度高等缺點。

In the cleaning mode, the deionized (Dl) water is added to replace the volume of the filtrate, to continuously remove impurities from the slurry.
The amount of water added is usually expressed as a multiple of the initial starting batch volume, also known as a dialysis multiple. And the salt concentration in the slurry decreases.
