founded by Hong Kong based DingSheng Group of companies. With its office and

workshop total up to a thousand sq. meter, the factory sits conveniently at Dongdu

Industrial Park right in the middle of ZhongKai High Tech Development Zone, an

important region that led to the removal of 5 towns under the high profile

government project. Zhongkai High Tech Zone in short, specialises and

concentrates on the development of flatscreen, LED, mobile internet, and new

energy technologies.

SDA Shangda Energy is a e-PTFE solution provider dedicated to design and

manufacture waterproof breather valve and other products composed of e-PTFE

material that is widely used nowadays in sealed units indoor and outdoor.

Understanding the subject location and environment, getting quantitative data

analysed and after calculations, it is then into design and solutions before finalised

to the manufacturing and production stage.

Our factory comprises main reception hall with product display, general office

area, departments, conference and meeting rooms, workshop with storage and

packing facilities, and laboratory with adequate testing instruments. Equipped with

semi and advance automated machines , tes ting ins trument s , we have

comprehensive processing ability in manufacturing, mold designing, mold

injections, metalworks, and adequate assembly lines.

Protection grade range from IP65-IP68 is certified on our metal and plastic

waterproof breather valve designs, while all key processing and processing

technologies are able to provide us and our partners effective and guaranteed

product quality in the long run.

installation body to repel dust, water and other harmful

particles while keeping a certain amount of air flow through.

It balances the pressure built up from inside the device and

stabilizes the performance and yet prolong the life cycle of

the PCB components in the device.

1. High-strength sealing: A unique design that prevent the rubber O-ring from bursting during installation

process, allow the breather-valve tightly sealed on to the device housing;

2. Easy and fast installation: An anti-slip guide at the end of the screw thread enable a quick and easy

installation to reduce install processing cost;

3. Sturdy and strong structure: Centralized design enable the breather-valve a balanced installation, less

chance to fall off while in use;

4. High hardness and corrosion resistance: Available in Aluminium, Stainless Steel or Brass for the

hardness, wear and corrosion resistance, and a longer servicing life;

5. Waterproof and breathable for equilibrium pressure: Optional grade and airflow count of the e-PTFE

composite material relief pressure and reduces the stress of the device sealing strip. Multi-holes design on

the breather-valve reduces residual water droplets, after rain, or water clogging and fog building up inside

the device.

金屬泄壓防爆閥是一種新型防水透氣組件，將連接桿構(gòu)造通過彈簧壓縮的形式，與金屬、硅橡膠等其他材料結(jié)

合，形成可以密閉的安裝部件；能避免灰塵、水或其它有害物質(zhì)進入的同時保持設(shè)備內(nèi)外壓力平衡，具有很快泄壓

防爆、啟爆點精度高、爆破后可自動復(fù)位繼續(xù)使用、性能穩(wěn)定、安裝簡單、延長產(chǎn)品生命周期等優(yōu)勢。

工作原理

密封腔體在正常運作時，內(nèi)壓值正常況下，尚達泄壓產(chǎn)品持續(xù)為密封腔體排氣，防水防塵透氣，與傳統(tǒng)的透氣

閥的工作原理一樣，正常狀態(tài)下外部環(huán)境氣溫升高導(dǎo)致密封腔體內(nèi)部氣壓加大，空氣向外流動，相反，當(dāng)外部環(huán)境

氣溫降低導(dǎo)致密封腔體內(nèi)部氣壓降低，空氣進入到腔體內(nèi)；同時泄壓閥內(nèi)置采用e-PTFE膜材組件，防塵防液體防污

染和顆粒。

密封腔體在出現(xiàn)異常運作時，內(nèi)部壓力急劇升高并超過設(shè)定的爆破值時，大量氣體推動尚達泄壓產(chǎn)品瞬間完成

與外部直通，大量氣體排出，快速釋放密封腔體內(nèi)部強大壓力，避免爆炸與降低爆炸損害，并且尚達泄壓產(chǎn)品啟爆

點精度高可自動復(fù)位繼續(xù)使用，保護密封體，降低維護成本(圖3）。

Sealed cavity of the device under normal operation while internal pressure is acceptable, SDA pressure

valve works like a traditional breather-valve , continue to have airflow through, and repel dust, water and other

harmful particles on the outside.

When a higher pressure built up too sharply inside the sealed case, the large amount of gas pushes on to the

SDA pressure-valve and trigger the movable rod to push outward thus lifting the lead cover off the valve body

and creating an opening between the inside and outside of the device, hence letting the large amount of gas

discharges in no time, avoiding the happening of an explosion.

After releasing pressure to a safety level, the rod will reset to its original position and the lead goes back to the

close position and the pressure-valve continues to protect the device like before.

working principle

Metal Pressure Valve, a new waterproof component that releases

pressure built up inside the device when working. It comprises a ePTFE composite material attached to the metal body. It is design

with a movable rod that pushes the lead up to release air and reduce

pressure before reset to its original position when the device

possesses a more balance pressure inside out. Rapid pressure

relief and high accurate release point prevent the device from

explosion or causing damages to its components, auto reset and

stable performance extend the product life cycle of the device.

產(chǎn)品特點 Features

SDA Plastic breather-valve consists of a waterproof ventilating layer

made of e-PTFE composite material that is embedded by way of hot-melt

welding or ultra-sonic wave on to the plastic body of the valve. Installation

method such as screw-thread, snap-in, press-in, or flange type is adopted

depending on the use and the kind of industry. SDA breather-valve is

design to repel dust, water, and other particles while keeping a certain

amount of airflow to the device to stabilize the performance and yet

prolong the life cycle of the PCB components inside the device.

1. Highly sealed and dust-proof: Design of screw thread body with O-ring seals and ultrasonic welding so that the

breather-valve and the device are more effectively and tightly connected and fastened, preventing dust and oil from

entering.

2. Easy and fast installation: The installation torque reaches 0.7N.m, the screw thread has a guiding node for easy finding

of the correct position for installation, anti- slip and install easily and quickly to reduce maintenance costs

3. Durable and stable structure: The design of using ultrasonic welding of the valve and hot-melt welding of the e-PTFE

composite material reduces maintenance costs, space saving, no residual on the plastic valve body.

4. Temperature and corrosion resistance: Using PA66 material, it has the characteristics of being flame retardanced

oxidation resistance and weather resistance; high strength and elastic coefficient, and a good working temperature range.

5. Waterproof, breathable and equilibrium pressure: Optional grade and airflow count of the e-PTFE composite material

relief pressure and reduces the stress of the device sealing strip, and continuously discharge air to avoid temperature rise

SDA composite material is made with e-PTFE breathable membrane, which is hydrophobic and oleophobic.

Its micro porous structure allows gas to pass freely and prevent the intrusion of rain, dust, oil and particles.

The micro pores of the breathable membrane are 700 times larger than air molecules, ensuring reliable airflow,

and are 20,000 times smaller than water droplets, which effectively block out the entry of liquids, dirt and

debris. SDA composite material effectively extends the service life of electronic components.

SDA sound-transmit composite material is made with sound-transmit capable e-PTFE membrane, and is

sold with adhesive backing, it is done by laminating the membrane with double-sided adhesive tape. Generally

sold in sheet or roll form. SDA sound-transmit composite material can meet the requirements of IP67 or above,

while maintaining perfect sound quality, providing strong waterproof and dust proof performance. Soundtransmit capable membrane has the following advantages: Professional sound-transmit process ensure

lowest sound attenuation, lowest distortion and best signal-to-noise ratio. SDA sound-transmit composite

尚達SDA(e-PTFE)薄膜采用了膨體聚四氟乙烯拉伸均勻、實現(xiàn)三立體網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)薄膜。

微孔直徑在0.1-10μm，空氣、水蒸氣的分子0.0004μm，(e-PTFE)薄膜的孔徑比氣體直徑大250-25000倍，

因此氣體可以通過， 而毛細雨的直徑有500μm，比薄膜微孔直徑大數(shù)百倍。

這些大小僅為一滴水兩萬分之一的微孔能防止水、污物和碎屑進入(e-PTFE)薄膜通過讓空氣自由進出密閉外

殼來均衡壓力并防止水、腐蝕液體、鹽和顆粒物進入外殼并損壞密封設(shè)備內(nèi)部,讓我們的密封設(shè)備變得更可靠、更

安全、更耐用。

SDA composite membrane uses expanded polytetraflouroethylene (e-PTFE) membrane plus other backing

liners composite together. Original PTFE film is stretched uniformly to achieve a three dimensional network

structure and into the expanded PTFE film. The micro pore size after stretch has a diameter of around 0.1 -

10um on e-PTFE film, molecules of air and vapour are 0.0004um so gas will pass through the micro pores

comfortably while water molecules are 20,000 times larger than that of the micro pores, thus at the same time

propelling water, dirt and dust, and other particles.

SDA composite membrane balances pressure by allowing air flow to enter and exit the sealed device unit

freely while preventing water and corrosive liquids and salt from entering and damaging the inside, making the

device more reliable, safer, and more durable while at work.

Guide to Extracting Patches

1).Adhesive filter membrane can be extracted manually or

using automatic equipment ;

2).To prevent damaging the membrane, do not peel it off the

backing sheet before installation;

3).When manually removing, slowly roll up the backing liner

of the membrane along the edge until the membrane

detached from the liner;

4).This membrane can be extracted from the backing liner by

using a blunt-nose tweezer (Figure 2);

In order to achieve an excellent machine semi-auto pressfit, follow these general rules:

? The press head should be perpendicular to the mounting

surface and in a position capable of applying pressure to the

target / guard ring

? According to the size of the adhesive ring, apply uniform

pressure on the adhesive area of the membrane. Force of

the press head should be appropriate to prevent it from

pressing to the ventilating area of the membrane.

? The press head should not be in contact with the membrane

for more than 5 seconds, the assembled product should be

left aside for 24 hours before use or test.

Outdoor monitoring and equipments are exposed to various extreme weather for long periods of time. SDA

breather valve can repel water molecules to the outside of the housing through micro porous e-PTFE films.

For communication equipments exposed to outdoor environment, Shangda SDA high-performance

breather valve and membrane can provide effective waterproof, dust proof, and antifouling barriers. Extreme

conditions of temperature changes (sunny days to heavy rains), continuous heating and cooling cycles of

internal heat source can cause pressure differences in the sealed housing. Often withstand the impact of

SDA e-PTFE waterproof breather membrane is used in SDA breather valve with excellent reliable polymer

materials used. Allowing air and gas molecules to pass through the air-permeable membrane to protect the

product, and to meet the constant equilibrium pressure, preventing the container from expanding, denting or

leaking. Even if it is in contact with high viscosity or low surface tension liquid, it can maintain air permeability.

It also prevent the leakage from the inside container thus improve product protection.

SDA breather valve solution solves also the bumps in the container during the transportation, which may

result in gas pressure changes in the container, while changes in day temperature and regional temperature

can cause the gas in the container to expand or shrink; changes in altitude causes pressure change in the

container.
