Academic Reporting

Class Adjustments

Duties and Suggestions

At the end of every second semester, students receive academic reports from the school. The report shows

the assessment results and grades of students at this stage. During the semester, class teacher and subject

suggestions. Subject teachers can further discuss learning progress and give suggestions to parents and

students at scheduled parents’ meetings. If there are some particular or urgent problems for parents and

students, a meeting is arranged with class teachers and subject teachers to resolve the problem.

Aidi School is committed to helping students to plan their academic development reasonably. Parents and

students discuss and determine upgrading or downgrading so as to ensure students’ grade levels conform

to their physical and mental development and academic level.

Upgrades

When students meet the academic and moral education development requirements set by the school,

they can ascend to the next grade in the new academic year.

Retention

When a student fails to meet the conditions set by the school, and teachers agree that the student's

retention is conducive to his/her physical, mental and academic development, the school will propose

retention, and then decide in consultation with the parents and student. Retention is a serious decision, but

can be the right choice for individual students.

Aidi School always pays close attention to each student's performance both in life and study, and propose

retention only after considering all of the following:

Attendance and Absences

Course Selection Procedures(Not applicable to all the departments)

Suspension of Schooling and Dropping Out

To meet the basic requirements of the course grade, students of Aidi High School should maintain at least

85% attendance. Too many absences can lead to retaking the course or repeating the grade (retention).

學生在學年開始兩周內(nèi),如果感覺自己所選課程不適合自己學習并希望更換所選課程,可以在此期間內(nèi)填

寫“課程更換申請表”并根據(jù)表上的流程征得相關人員同意,完成該流程后方可進入新的班級上課。需要

注意的是,每個學生在每學年開始的兩周內(nèi)只有一次機會申請調(diào)整課程,但申請調(diào)整的課程數(shù)量不限。

休學

學生如在本學年內(nèi)因健康或其他個人原因無法達到出勤標準,但仍希望在學校保留就讀資格以便日后繼續(xù)

學習的,可申請休學。在此情況下,如學生和家長達成一致決定休學,需填寫“休學申請表”并按照該表

完成流程后方可休學,如因病休學者需提交三甲醫(yī)院的診斷證明。學生可于決定返校后填寫“返校申請表”,

完成該表流程后方可返校上學。關于返校的時間節(jié)點,學生需在休學前咨詢相關教務長以確定合適的時機

回到學校,從而保證學生的課程銜接和連貫性。

退學

學生如決定永久離開學校,可在和家長達成一致后提交退學申請,完成該流程后學校將不再履行“北京愛

迪學校與學生 / 家長合同書”上的一切職責。之后如學生決定回校就讀,一切事務按照新生入學流程辦理。

如學生嚴重違反學校規(guī)定或多次違反學校紀律且屢教不改的,學校有權對學生進行勸退,一切手續(xù)按照退

學處理。

Integrated Management

Student Card

The Student Card is a card for daily school life and used in restaurants, convenience stores, to enter and

exit, and for examinations. Students should look after their cards carefully.

· The Student Card is registered and activated for each student at school enrollment by the Card Services

Center.

· The card must not be defaced and the photograph must not be covered or obscured.

· Students swipe the card at the entrance gate when leaving or returning to school. Students are prohibited

to leave or enter school without the student card.

· If the student card is lost, students must contact their form teacher to start the process of receiving a

replacement card, then report the loss to the Card Services Center immediately. A card replacement fee

will be charged for each card.

· Students must return the student card to the Moral Education Department if the leaving school, dropping

out, withdrawing from school, or going abroad.

Student’s Identity Card is issued by the Student Service Center at the school enrollment.

學生證

在校著裝

學生一卡通(簡稱“學生卡”)是學校正常生活(餐廳、超市消費、進出校門、參加考試)的通用卡片,

學生須妥善保管。

·新生入學注冊,由卡務中心為每位學生制作學生卡。

·學生卡不得涂改,頭像不得遮蓋。

·學生卡是學生出入校門的唯一憑證,學生請假離校、周末離校及返校都須在門崗刷卡,沒有學生卡禁止

學生出入。

·學生因不慎遺失學生卡,需立即到班主任處辦理補卡流程后及時到卡務中心掛失,補卡費用需自理。

·學生畢業(yè)離校、退學、休學、出國前需將學生卡交還德育處。

新生入學注冊,由學校學生服務中心負責辦理學生證。

校服是學校規(guī)范校園環(huán)境和宣傳校園文化的標桿,我們之所以對在校著裝要求做出規(guī)定,是希望學生為自

己感到自豪,在校園內(nèi)參加任何活動,都應該穿著相應的校服,且深刻領會校服上?;盏纳羁毯x。因此,

我們要求學生不得對校服進行任何修改或裝飾。

學生有責任每天按照在校著裝標準穿著。

學生可以在學年中的任何時間根據(jù)需要購買額外的校服。

·春秋季校服:白色運動外套 + 白色長褲。

·夏季校服:統(tǒng)一穿著學校發(fā)放的短袖T 恤和短褲/短裙。

·冬季校服:白色校服 + 藏藍/灰色羽絨服;西裝校服 + 藏藍/灰色羽絨服。

·西裝校服:學生在校內(nèi)外參加正式活動時須著西裝。穿著西裝時必須全套穿齊(男生:西裝外套 + 白襯

衫 + 領帶 + 西褲 + 黑色皮鞋,女生:西裝外套 + 白襯衫 + 領結 + 百褶裙 + 黑色皮鞋)。

·鞋子:日常校服著裝可搭配干凈整潔的運動鞋;

穿著正裝時,要求學生必須配以黑色皮鞋。

不允許穿拖鞋上課。

周末出入學校以及假期出入學校都應著校服進出校園。

Attendance and absence requirements

Management rules for weekend leave, leaving school

and returning to school

· The school bell ringing signals the start and end of each class. Students should not be late for class or

leave early. Students who are late for class must get permissions before entering the classroom.

· Items which are not related to study are not allowed on desks. Students are not allowed to eat, read

extracurricular books, or sleep in class. Students are not allowed to leave the classroom without the

permission of the teacher.

· Students should be quiet and orderly in class. They should raise their hands when asking and answering

teachers' questions. Students should cooperate with the teacher to maintain order in the classroom and a

positive learning environment.

The attendance policy is an important requirement for effective classroom teaching. In order to cultivate

students' awareness of rules of conduct, develop time management skills, and create an excellent

environment for learning and growing the school pays close attention to the attendance management of

students.

· Personal Leave: A leave form completed by a parent or guardian is necessary.

· Students should submit a handwritten leave request from their parents to the form teacher.

We help students to cultivate a strong will and good study habits. Attendance rate is a reflection of

students' interest in and attitude to learning. It is playing an increasingly important role in our promotion of

student development.

周末請假、離校及返校的管理規(guī)定

·上、下課以鈴聲為準,不得遲到、早退,遲到學生得到允許方可進教室。

·桌上擺放物品需與學習相關,上課時不準吃東西、看課外書、睡覺等,未經(jīng)老師允許不得離開教室。

·課堂內(nèi)保持安靜有序,學生回答老師的問題應舉手請示,經(jīng)允許方可發(fā)言,配合老師共同維護課堂環(huán)境。

考勤制度是課堂教學順利開展的一項重要保障,為了培養(yǎng)學生良好的紀律意識,增強時間觀念,營造學習

成長的優(yōu)良環(huán)境,學校注重學生出勤管理。

請假分為病假、事假。

·事假:須有家長或監(jiān)護人出具請假申請單。

·病假:普通生病需校醫(yī)室開具證明,超過三日需三級甲等醫(yī)院證明。

·學生請假離校須提交家長手寫簽字假條并發(fā)送班主任。

家庭是孩子的第一所學校,而生活則是孩子最好的課堂,為了孩子的周末生活更有意義,學校要確保孩子

2. 學生在請假規(guī)定時間內(nèi)返校。不按時返校者學校作違紀處理。(8:00-21:00 前)。

3. 滿 18 周歲學生經(jīng)家長同意確定,憑身份證周末白天可以外出(8:00—21:00 前)

·由于周五放學車輛較多,為確保學生安全,外地卡學生周五下午到周五晚上時間段不允許請假外出。

The school organizes various activities inside and outside the school. These related activities not only enrich

the students' extracurricular cultural life, but also provide a stage for students to display their talents and

skills, representing the spirit of Aidi School and their personal qualities. Therefore, students are obliged to

comply with the requirements of the activities. These basic requirements are as follows:

· Be punctual to activities and wear appropriate school uniforms or costumes according to the type of

activity.

· Sit in the designated position and follow the rules of the venue, clapping, applauding, or calling out at the

appropriate times only.

· In activities held by Aidi School outside the campus, pay close attention to personal conduct and

maintain the good reputation of Aidi School.

· Comply with social rules and norms, and other relevant requirements of the activity organizers.

Aidi School has always attached great importance to the security of students’ property, and attended to

responsibility is an important part of the educational ethos of Aidi School. At their developmental stage

students’ awareness of property security is generally still relatively weak. In order to avoid property losses,

the following requirements are made by the school:

Please do not bring into the school luxury items such as computers, cameras, watches, jewelry, and

designer shoes and bags. Aidi School operates a cashless campus, so it is suggested students not bring

cash to school. Students carrying cash, to top up their student card of for any reason, should take good

care of it.

The school cultivates students' awareness of contemporary science and technology and encourages

students to use mobile phones appropriately, at the right time and in the right place. The use of mobile

phones is prohibited in the teaching area, and the use of mobile phones is prohibited in the dormitory

Aidi School aims to guide students to learn to treat others sincerely and respectfully, to help each other, to

positive and harmonious learning environment.

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. It is forbidden to gang up and fight, or to use improper

offensive or inflammatory speech. No violence, intimidation or bullying is allowed on campus. When

contraventions or disputes occur, they are dealt with promptly and in a reasonable manner so as to avoid

escalation or repetition.

Aidi School maintains a safe and harmonious environment suitable for children and teenagers. Safety is

the school’s primary concern, so that each and every Aidi student may feel safe and respected, and fully

enjoy all the campus facilities. In order to protect students’ personal safety and mental welfare at school,

· Serious warning

Students who violate discipline and reach a serious warning are suspended from school to return home for

recorded in the student’s personal record and continued misbehavior will lead to a principal’s warning.

· Principal’s warning

Any student who repeatedly violates rules and does not respond to the previous attempts at guidance,

and whose behavior is having a negative impact on the school’s good order will receive a principal’s

warning. This too is recorded on the student’s personal record. After this the student will stay at school under

close observation. Any further behavior violations will lead to immediate expulsion without further hesitation,

and this recorded on the student’s record.

·校長警告

多次違紀并多次教育不改正,且在學校產(chǎn)生不良影響,處分升級達到校長警告,開除學籍,留校查看后沒

有悔改意愿,記錄并開除離校。

后四種處分由違紀學生寫出書面檢查,班主任在調(diào)查研究的基礎上,匯總資料上報部門領導,根據(jù)實際情

況給予相應處分,并通知家長和學生本人,處分由學生簽字后上交教務辦公室記入個人檔案,并在部門公布。

違紀處分不是目的,而是作為教育管理的審核措施,對違紀學生的處分必須慎重且嚴格執(zhí)行。學校對違紀

學生,堅持教育為主,對處分學生,學校領導和班主任會耐心引導,幫助改正錯誤,在學生進步的情況下

及時撤銷處分。

每學期末對有處分的學生會進行綜合評定,如各方面表現(xiàn)進步,并沒有違紀行為,學生可以寫撤銷處分申

Expectations and Responsibilitiy

Residency Criteria

The School House Management Center is responsible for the management of students in their school

dormitories, including creating an optimistic living atmosphere, guiding the daily behavior of students, and

developing their independence. The center focuses on cultivating students’ independence, self-reliance

and communication skills as well as their self-management, which are fundamental and necessary for their

future development. Therefore, the center is a vital part of the school’s cultivation of student’s life skills and

shaping of responsible citizens.

The boarding experience is an important part of school life. Aidi School not only provides students with

a comfortable living environment, but also trains them to develop good living habits, independence,

teamwork and social skills as well as an appreciation of diversity and a wider, more global awareness.

Aidi School aims to create a warm living and social environment with a rich sense of belonging. The

apartments are staffed with several dormitory teachers and a building manager who are responsible for

supervising and guiding the students, helping them to adapt to boarding life. They are also in charge of the

building and dormitory management, dealing with the students’ personal affairs in the apartments, and

carrying out various dormitory activities. Aidi School also gives students some responsibility, in abiding by

the dormitory regulations and actively participating in the activities. The other students in the apartment

on well with each other and have a sense of ownership as well as a willingness to actively participate in

boarding community life.

Rooms and Facilities:

Aidi School provides students with dormitories accommodating 4 or 6 people per room. Each dormitory

room is equipped with a water heater, air conditioner, mosquito-killing lamp, mirror, wardrobes, safe,

cabinets, bed, mattress and an independent bathroom and shower.

Distribution Criteria:

The distribution of students’ dormitory is based on the type of residency card each student has (As Beijing r

esidents will leave on the weekend and we feel it best to group them together). One set of bedding includ

ing a pillow, a quilt, a mattress pad, a bed sheet, a bed cover and a pillow case is available when checkin

g in. We suggest that all the students should check their belongs when checking in. Students are not recom

mended to bring items irrelevant to school life into the dormitory.

生的勤奮自立和溝通協(xié)作能力,對學生的生活技能進行打造,培養(yǎng)學生生活技能對學生今后的發(fā)展具有重

要性和必要性,是學生學會生存的基礎,有利于學生自覺性、獨立性的發(fā)展,有利于學生責任感、自信心、

良好個性品質(zhì)的形成,對提高學生溝通協(xié)作和勤奮自立能力有著重要的作用。

寄宿生活是學生在校生活的一個重要的組成部分,學校不僅為學生提供一個舒適的公寓式住宿環(huán)境,也培

養(yǎng)學生良好的生活習慣,勤奮自立能力,與他人溝通合作能力,社交能力,以及對多元文化的理解能力,

公寓房間和配置:

愛迪學校將為學生提供 4 人間或 6 人間的入住標準,每間宿舍都固定配有: 24h熱水、空調(diào)、滅蚊燈、

鏡子、干濕分離的獨立衛(wèi)生間和淋浴間、衣柜、保險柜、鞋柜、床、床墊。

分配標準:

學生公寓采取北京卡和外地卡分開入住的標準。入住學生公寓時可在生活老師處領取一套床上用品(枕頭、

被、褥子各一件,三件套 2 套)。學校希望學生在入住時應對自己的物品進行甄別,與學校生活無關的物

品不建議學生帶到公寓內(nèi)。

and share experiences with each other. Students are required to maintain the cleanliness and peaceful

atmosphere of this shared areas in order to facilitate their use and the rest of other students.

On Sunday to Thursday evenings from 19:00 to 21:00 students study in their classrooms, in the expectation

student dormitory area is a place for students to study for themselves. There is one self-study room on each

學校在學生公寓的每個層的都設有休閑區(qū),用作公共活動空間。閑暇之時,學生可在這里和同學聚會、討

論生活及分享心得。學生有責任維護公共活動空間的整潔安靜,以方便其他學生的使用和休息。

周日到周四晚上 19:00-21:00,學校會安排學生在教室上自習,學校期望學生可以在這段時間能夠合理

安排時間并能高效的完成一天的學習任務,因此宿舍區(qū)的自習室只是學生暫時自習的場所,學校在每一個

樓層都配有一間自習室,自習室的開放時間為 21:00-24:00(周日晚 - 周四晚),周末可全天使用。

學生需要每周參加由本樓層組織的宿舍會議,討論宿舍本周各項議題,學生公寓將為學生開展生活技能課

程,課程包括物品的整理,電器的使用,藥品的常識,自救技能,空間裝飾等特色課程。課程以公寓內(nèi)學

生為主導,生活老師和樓長為輔配合開展的形式。學校開設生存技能課程目的在于培養(yǎng)學生良好的生活習

慣,勤奮自立能力,與他人溝通合作能力,社交能力,以及對多元文化的理解能力,以及世界公民的意識,

學校除宿舍區(qū)外其他均為公共活動空間,同學們有充分交流和溝通的場所,學生公寓被視為非活動區(qū)域,

學校采取男女生分開區(qū)域入住形式,男生不得進入女生公寓,女生不得進入男生公寓,在公寓內(nèi)只能在自

己樓層活動,不得擅自進入其他樓層和他人房間。

學生公寓屬于學校財產(chǎn),宿舍生活老師,樓長及管理中心人員有權進入學生宿舍對其進行監(jiān)督和檢查,學

生需要保持房間的清潔,整理房間和維持房間衛(wèi)生是作為愛迪學生職責的一部分,也是培養(yǎng)學生良好的生

Beijing AIDI School promises to give students 24-hour protection and provide students and parents with a

of the school. Anyone entering the campus must go through a security check to prevent dangerous items

from entering the campus. The second gate prevents outside vehicles from entering the campus parking

and teachers can ask for help at any time, day or night.

Beijing AIDI School wants to give students a safer and healthier living environment, and paying attention

to students' healthy development is the top priority of the school. In order to create a physically healthy

and comfortable living and learning environment for students, every classroom of the school is equipped

with the central ventilation system. For the days of high pollution levels and haze, indoor activity spaces are

provided so students can avoid the health risk of outdoor activities.

Beijing AIDI School is committed to providing a safe and secure campus for students. Parents of students,

school graduates and others should abide by the following visitor management policies to help maintain a

The convenience store provides necessary supplies and food for teachers and students. School

convenience stores do not sell carbonated drinks and other unhealthy food in the interests of student

health. The school carries out regular inspections of the goods in the convenience stores to ensure the

health of students and reasonable charges. Convenience stores are closed during class hours to prevent

students from having snacks in class.

The library creates an excellent learning and cultural atmosphere, and can be used for group work and

discussion and independent research, to help students achieve academic excellence, cultivate their

of the library is to satisfy students' thirst for knowledge, encourage them to explore the vast ocean of

The IT Department is responsible for monitoring and security control of the entire school network. It assists

students and teachers with problems related to digital devices and the Internet, as well as providing

students with a ‘passport photo’ service.

The International Department is committed to choosing the most appropriate path to studying abroad for

each student, and has established direct partnerships with universities in Australia, the UK, the United States,

Canada, New Zealand, and Hong Kong, among others. It provides professional services such as overseas

study consultation, university applications, visa applications, accommodation and airport pickups, travel,

and family visits. The International Department’s experienced and professional team take the stress and

confusion out of the process of studying abroad for students and parents.

The Aidi School Clinic provides a 24 hour service for students, with basic physical examinations and the

teachers to contact parents to take students out of school for medical treatment. In the interest of student

only ever shared with head teachers or relevant personnel where it would otherwise compromise the safety

of students.

To facilitate student comfort, health, hygiene, and develop self-management skills, the laundry offers a

clothes and bedding washing service, dry cleaning, and garment mending and alterations.

學校醫(yī)務室 24 小時為學生提供服務,讓學生能夠體驗到無微不至的照顧。為學生維持良好的體魄和養(yǎng)成

良好的生活習慣,向廣大師生傳播健康知識。為了學生能夠獲得最好的照顧,家長必須填寫并上交學生《健

康信息表》,學校將存檔保存。醫(yī)務室對健康記錄保密,如果事關學生的安全,醫(yī)務室有權把某些健康信

息提供給班主任或相關管理人員。

培養(yǎng)學生良好的生活習慣,加強學生對自己儀容儀表的管理,方便學生在校生活更加舒適,學校洗衣服為

學生提供洗衣、改衣、清洗床上用品等服務,滿足學生的不同需求。

開放時間:周一—周五 11:30 - 14:00,16:00 - 18:30。周六 11:00 - 7:00。

為了方便學生學習生活,滿足學生的正常生活需要,收發(fā)室提供快遞郵件的收發(fā)服務。

收發(fā)室開放時間周一至周五中午 12:00—13:30,下午 16:00—18:00,收件人需要持學生卡親自領取包裹,

收發(fā)室只接收學生生活相關的必需品。另外,學校為了方便學生的快遞收取,配有豐巢快遞柜。

開放時間:學生:中午 12:00 - 13:40,下午 16:30 - 18:50

教師:中午 12:30 - 13:40,下午 17:50 - 18:50,周六 13:00 - 18:00

Aidi operates a cashless campus, with all purchases of food and services paid for using student cards.

The Card Service Center is responsible for the issuing and operation of student cards. Student cards can

be topped-up (recharged) at the center during the hours below, or at any time through Alipay, ideal for

parents who wish to monitor students’ spending.

Charging times at card center:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 - 8:20, 11:50 - 13:30, 16:15 - 18:30.

Friday: 8:00 - 8:20, 11:50 - 13:30, 16:15 - 17:30.

Sunday: 17:00 - 19:00

Home–School Communication Center

Service Hotlines

Cooperation between school and home is an important part of the modern school system, as both

educators and parents should shoulder the responsibility for children's education and development.

With the guidance of quality-oriented educators, school, family, and society should actively coordinate

and cooperate with each other. Aidi School is dedicated to the introduction of a progressive, western

education model of collaboration centers. The Home-School Communication Center collects student

information from each department of the school to create a comprehensive student development report,

so that parents can better understand their children’s learning and identify how they might better help

them to grow and develop. With a deeper understanding of the school's rules and regulations, social

practices, and teaching strategies they can implement synchronous educational strategies at home.

Parents can also actively express their views and opinions about the school, highlighting their important

advisory and feedback role on school affairs. We strive to build from the blueprint that \"the most complete

education is the combination of school and family\".

Aidi School is dedicated to providing the best possible educational service for students and their parents.

To this end we have opened a dedicated hotline service. Each hotline is answered by a dedicated staff

Parents' Meetings

Parents' meetings are an important channel for schools and families to communicate with each other.

Conducted in the form of questions and consultation, parents or teachers can raise any topic of concern.

Parents' meetings are mainly about sharing information about the important matters of the school and

classes, and include special presentations such as on high school entrance examinations, curriculum

and course selections, and university entrance examinations, as appropriate. Teachers, students and

parents can also communicate openly at these meetings, so that teachers can implement teaching more

holds regular parents' meetings in each grade, so that parents may have a comprehensive understanding

of the school's operation and their own children’s situation.
