Shape the unique style of children's hospital in the new era

Project overview: The project is located on the southeast side of Baoding

Children's Hospital and accommodates about 320 beds. Based on the design

principle of \"combining peace and epidemic\", from the overall planning,

architectural design, and mechanical and electrical system configuration,

taking into account the content of medical services in peacetime and

during the epidemic, we will build an emergency treatment base for major

epidemics in Baoding, which can meet the treatment requirements in case of

major national epidemics. It has become a designated hospital for children's

treatment and a comprehensive building of a regional medical center.

Design philosophy: To shape the unique style of the children's hospital in the

new era, with function as the core, form follows function. Fully considering

the differences in patient characteristics and treatment methods of children's

hospitals, and in line with the \"people-oriented\" design principle, we will

create a modern children's hospital with reasonable functional layout and in

line with medical and epidemic prevention procedures.

Project highlights:

① Humanization——Combined with the existing buildings, considering the

whole, to meet and improve the internal medical functions of the children's

hospital, at the same time, with the shape of the children's hospital's own

connotation and local characteristics, to create an elegant, quiet and humane

medical environment, with patients as the center , based on medical staff,

provides a warm and harmonious environment for diagnosis and treatment.

② Adaptability - With the development of medical technology and the

complex and changeable medical needs, the overall layout of the hospital

building, the plane organization and spatial composition of each functional

本著“平疫結(jié)合”的設(shè)計(jì)原則,從總體規(guī)劃、建筑設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)電系

統(tǒng)配置兼顧平時(shí)與疫情時(shí)的醫(yī)療服務(wù)內(nèi)容,打造保定市重大疫情

應(yīng)急救治基地,遇有國家重大疫情時(shí)可滿足救治要求,成為兒童

救治定點(diǎn)醫(yī)院以及區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心綜合樓。

設(shè)計(jì)理念:塑造新時(shí)代兒童醫(yī)院的獨(dú)特風(fēng)采,以功能為核心,形

式追隨功能。充分考慮兒童醫(yī)院患者特性及治療方法上的差異,

本著“以人為本”的設(shè)計(jì)原則,打造一個(gè)功能布局合理、符合醫(yī)

療及防疫流程的現(xiàn)代化兒童醫(yī)院。

①人性化——結(jié)合已建建筑,從整體考慮,滿足并完善兒童醫(yī)院

Client: Jiankang Qiao (Cambodia) Co., LTD

Project scale: 230,000 square meters

Project overview: The project is located in the southern suburbs of Phnom

Penh, the capital of Cambodia. It is a large general hospital with a designed

annual outpatient volume of 1.68 million person-times and a total of 2000

beds. This project is a large-scale medical facility built by Chinese medical

institutions, aiming to supplement the relatively scarce local medical resources

and improve the local medical level. In the future, the hospital will also form

a linkage with the nearby medical college, which will be used as a medical

teaching and research base.

Design philosophy: As a medical facility construction project of Chinese

medical institutions abroad, the design aims to reflect the strength of China in

terms of medical technology, design technology and construction technology,

and reflect the regional cultural characteristics in terms of architectural style

and appearance. The golden roofs of the royal buildings, the overlapping

textures of the Angkor Wat ruins, and the flora of the tropical region are

combined to form a unique architectural form. At the same time, it embodies

上海市中心城區(qū)最大公辦養(yǎng)老院項(xiàng)目

The largest public nursing home project in downtown Shanghai

Project overview: The project is located in the south of Huajing Town, Xuhui

District, close to Yindu Road, the main road of the city. The existing buildings

around the site include a 750-bed nursing home in the southeast corner and

an office building owned by Guangang Industrial Co.,Ltd. in the northwest

corner. The surrounding plots are mainly industrial parks and residential

buildings.

Design philosophy: This project is an urban ecological pention home with

a high starting point and high standard. It will provide elderly residents

with an old-age service experience of harmonious combination of old-age

care and nature, medical care and conservation, and innovative operation

and management mechanism. We will gradually build a three-in-one oldage service system of \"institutions-community-home\" to promote the

development of modern old-age service industry.

Project highlights:

① Garden ecology: The first floor space of the pention building is released,

and a series of winding corridors are spread out horizontally, forming a rich

visual landscape experience. The home for the aged in the garden has gardens

and courtyards with different functional themes and rich activity scenes.

② Community integration: Community functional space is shared, cultural and

sports facilities supporting the elderly can be opened to the public, and more

diverse activities can be carried out.

③ Combination of medical and nursing care: The 3# building is equipped

with medical institutions in the nursing home to provide professional medical

設(shè)計(jì)理念:本項(xiàng)目是一座高起點(diǎn)、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)的城市生態(tài)養(yǎng)老家

園,將為老年居民提供養(yǎng)老與自然和諧并處、醫(yī)康養(yǎng)護(hù)一體融合、

運(yùn)營管理機(jī)制創(chuàng)新的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體驗(yàn)。逐步建成“機(jī)構(gòu)—社區(qū)—居

The largest private nursing home in downtown Shanghai

Project overview: The project is located in Songjiang District, Shanghai,

adjacent to the Guangfulin site. The whole community covers an area of about

90,000 square meters, with a building area of about 220,000 square meters.

As the first project of Taikang House in East China, the community is equipped

with a professional rehabilitation hospital and old-age care equipment, which

is a large comprehensive high-end medical and nursing community.

Design philosophy: The simple and modern building has a warm and inviting

appearance, highlighting the human scale and sensory experience throughout

the project, while creatively combining all the functions of the mission book

to form a \"human space\" that matches the surrounding environment and

interweaves with art and nature.

Project highlights:

Business and service supporting functions are placed in the center of the

project. All the tall towers surround it. The concept of an open community

is maximized in the outdoor Spaces, where public services are open to the

public. The scheme is in design:

① Consider the corresponding relationship with the first phase

② With the community club as the center, the corridor between each building

is connected with the shortest distance to the meeting, forming a convenient

Project overview: The project is located at the southwest corner of Hang

Teng Road and Mong Yue Road interchange within the Xi'an Space

Base. Near Xi'an Aerospace Cultural Eco-city, is the south of Xi'an

line echo.The project includes 11 laminated houses with modern architectural

Design philosophy: The overall development idea of the project is to take plot

A, where the railway station is located as the center, diffusion and connection

to the surrounding B, C and D plots. with the development idea of \"one heart,

three areas\", and the pedestrian bridge across the road is used to connect

\"one heart\" and \"three areas\" in the most direct way. Create an all-weather,

safe public overhead pedestrian path network that is closely integrated with

commercial routes.

設(shè)計(jì)理念:本項(xiàng)目的總體開發(fā)思想是以軌道站所在的 A 地塊為

中心,擴(kuò)散連接到周邊的 B、C 及 D 地塊,以“一心、三片區(qū)”

的開發(fā)思想進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),利用橫跨馬路的步行人天橋以最直接

方式將“一心”與“三片區(qū)”連接起來,創(chuàng)造全天候、安全及與

商業(yè)動(dòng)線緊密結(jié)合的公共架空步行人路徑網(wǎng)絡(luò)。

Office rental housing in central city

Project overview: The project is located at Block 213, Tianlin Street, the urban

core district of Shanghai, between the inner ring and the Central ring, close

to the intersection of Humin Viaduct Road, Caoxi Road and Caobao Road, the

geographical position is superior. On the south of the base is the newly built

Xuhui Sun and Moon Center. The total building area is 42,050 square meters,

and the building height limit is 80 meters.

Design philosophy: This project aims to create a rental housing project

with social and public significance. By setting up high-rise and multi-storey

enclosed courtyards, the ground floor is open and overhead, and continuous

and multi-dimensional public spaces, the highefficiency use of roof platforms

and other technical measures to activate urban communities, efficient use of

urban space, and create an innovative rental housing model.

Project highlights:

① Open and activate the urban community: The community is completely

open to the city without walls, and public services and commercial functions

are set on the ground floor partially overhead. The multi-functional interior of

the building complex is also set up with multi-level three-dimensional public

bows and arrows, so that the community facilities can be used freely by the

public as much as possible. ② Courtyard-style public space: The building

group is generally arranged in the center surrounded by the central courtyard,

and the L-shaped open courtyard space is enclosed on the west side. While

the building complex is open, the space has a friendly and reasonable scale

and a sense of belonging to the residential area. ③ Innovative and efficient

rental housing mode: Due to different rental needs, various apartment types

of different sizes are set up in the building. And through the traffic design, we

can reasonably arrange the safe, convenient and private use needs of various

residents. Because of the shortage of space for small households, spaces such

as shared kitchens and living rooms can be allocated in different areas.

通過設(shè)置高層與多層圍合庭院,底層開放架空,以及連續(xù)性、多

維度的公共空間,高效率利用屋頂平臺(tái)等技術(shù)措施激活城市社區(qū),

高效利用城市空間,打造創(chuàng)新型租賃房模式。

項(xiàng)目亮點(diǎn):

①開放的激活城市的社區(qū):社區(qū)向城市完全開放,不設(shè)置圍墻,

并在首層局部架空并設(shè)置公共服務(wù)、商業(yè)功能,建筑群在多能內(nèi)

便利、私密性的使用需求。針對(duì)小戶型住戶空間緊張的不足,在

Project overview: The original name of the project was Mainland Shopping

Mall, invested and built by Mainland Bank, one of the \"Four major banks in

northern China\" during the Republic of China. The building was constructed of

reinforced concrete and completed in 1933. In the late 1990s, the whole interior

of the building was transformed, and it was renamed Donghai Mall, Rixiang

Department Store (not opened), 353 Square, and now Shanghai Yue Hui Square.

Design philosophy: This project pays attention to the use of space, is good at

lighting to create indoor atmosphere, using modern techniques and traditional

elements to integrate into the interior space. In the selection of materials, we

make full use of the texture characteristics of different decorative materials to

obtain the interior art effect of thousands of changes and different styles, and

also reflect the historical and cultural characteristics of the region. Rich in the

sense of fashion and Shanghai local characteristics of the experience of the

business, together with more and more landmark elements.

Project highlights:

Shanghai Yueyhui Square adopts immersive experience to construct a popular

play scene in activities, exhibitions and experience formats, so that consumers,

especially young consumers, can have a more fun experience and become

a good place for gathering, dating and having fun. In a rapidly changing

business trend, youth is always the theme which perfectly docking with young

consumers, matching their inner needs, and our feelings will become a reality, by

Project overview: This project is located at No. 1492, Old Humin Road,

Minhang District, Shanghai,and the current base shape is an approximately

triangular site. The east-west Huaji Road will pass through the sharp corner

on the north side, so that the north side of the site will become the junction

of Old Humin Road and Huaji Road, forming a circular curved road red line on

the north side. The total construction area is 32,000 square meters, covering

an area of 29,000 square meters.

Design philosophy: Based on the development of the e-sports industry, this

project will re-plan and upgrade the original factory building to build a new

e-sports cultural and creative industry ecosystem. Create a beautiful office and

Project overview: The project is located in the central core of Nanhai District

Project overview: Liling in Hunan province is the birthplace of the world's

famous \"under-glazed painted porcelain\" and the main supplier of national

porcelain, ranking the top the five ceramic industrial bases in China. Ceramic

Valley of China is located in the west edge of city center, which is the core area

of the provincial economic development zone. In the overall layout of urban

industrial development, As the main space body carrying the transformation

of the traditional ceramic industry, Ceramic Valley builds a \"100 billion

industrial park\" and undertakes the mission of urban industrial upgrading,

cultural renewal and the improvement of livable space quality.

Design philosophy: respecting the ecological background: relying on

the original hills, vegetation, mountains and streams, showing mountains

and water, forming a \"natural growth\" landscape reflecting the regional

characteristics.

Meeting the needs of development: improve the livable quality and vitality of

the city, and create a human environment where industrial functions and living

environment are coupled. Inheriting the regional context: with landscape and

colored porcelain as the carrier, shaping the city soul of nature and humanity.

Project highlights:

① Integration of industry and city: The four functional modules guide the

industrial agglomeration, and build the urban functional areas such as the

core area of Taozi Lake, porcelain town and industrial heritage zone.

② Due to the mountains and water, the confluence becomes a lake, and the

sponge system is constructed. The ecological green network is superimposed

with the blue(water) net, wind corridor and biological corridor to improve the

natural circulation system.

③ Introduce control points such as sponge city and green building to form

regional urban design guidelines.

④ Relying on the urban space framework, form a landscape structure of \"3

mountains, 3 valleys, 1 lake and 18 views\", integrate the former residences of

celebrities, national porcelain official kilns, ancient style streets and creative

zone, and form the tourism system with the three themes of nature, ceramics

and leisure.

⑤ Complete greenway slow traffic system with corridor system to cope with

rainy climate.

⑥ As the eye of the city, Taozi Lake with an area of 20 ha. surrounding by

The organic renewal of the first marketplace of Commerce and trade in China

Project overview: The project is located at the intersection of Yiwu, Suxi and

Dongyang, Yansanli, as the gateway to the east of Yiwu, has formed a unique

commercial culture, with \"roads formed by water, merchants gathered by

roads, and markets formed by commerce\". In the middle of the 17th century,

it began to knock sugar for chicken feathers, and gradually formed the sugar

knocking gang, known as the \"hometown of rattle drum\", and also became

the birthplace of Yiwu's small commodity market.

Design philosophy: The project design actively responds to the state's call

The brand \"Uzbek Business Source\" integrates six projects, namely sightseeing,

逐步形成敲糖幫,譽(yù)為 “撥浪鼓之鄉(xiāng)”,也成為義烏小商品市

場(chǎng)的發(fā)祥地。

設(shè)計(jì)理念:項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)積極響應(yīng)國家號(hào)召,做到堅(jiān)持高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定位;

堅(jiān)持生態(tài)綠色;堅(jiān)持以人為本;堅(jiān)持弘揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)文化、延續(xù)歷史文

脈。以老街的烏商文化為核心,打造融游覽、體驗(yàn)、觀演、節(jié)慶、

博覽、憩居六大項(xiàng)目于一體的 “烏商源”品牌,打造一幅商業(yè)

欣欣向榮的義烏上河圖。

文化與商業(yè)的融合

The fusion of culture and business

室內(nèi)專項(xiàng)

Project overview: Tianshan Cinema is located in Tianshan Road, Shanghai.

It used to be one of the most famous cinemas in west Shanghai. However,

with the rapid development of the New Hongqiao area in Shanghai, Tianshan

Road has now developed into a bustling commercial street. So the Changning

district government decided to renovate and expand the state-run theater and

renamed it Shanghai Hongqiao Art Center.

Design philosophy: The integration of different elements, in order to show

the two functions of theatre and cinema more clearly, two different facades

are used in the facade design. The materials are: the traditional theatre adopts

the traditional stone material, like a whole boulder, which is supported by

columns and the spiral staircase in the lobby. The modern film screening hall

adopts a very modern metal plate facade, like a metal box, stacked with each

other, the largest projection factory is set up on the street corner.

Project highlights:Hongqiao Art Center has diversified functions. It not

only has seven film screening halls of different volumes, but also contains

a medium-sized theater with 1000 seats. Since cinema and theater have

different audiences, they are usually regarded as two different cultural and

entertainment venues and built independently. This project, on the other

hand, connects the two functions through the public lobby area and creates

a large transition space between the theater and the cinema, which not only

ensures the characteristics of the two functional areas, but also promotes the

integration of film and performance arts and attracts different audiences. The

indoor public lobby is equipped with ticket office, cafe, temporary exhibition

area, event exhibition area and other facilities, so that visitors can have a rest

while overlooking the bustling outdoor square and street scene.

項(xiàng)目概況:天山電影院坐落于上海天山路,曾是滬西最為知名的

影院之一,但隨著上海新虹橋地區(qū)的飛速發(fā)展,如今的天山路已

然發(fā)展成一條繁華的商業(yè)街,老舊的天山影院與其周邊林立的現(xiàn)

代建筑,商場(chǎng)未免略顯不合。因此,長寧區(qū)政府決定對(duì)這一國營

影院展開一次改擴(kuò)建,并更名為上海虹橋藝術(shù)中心。

設(shè)計(jì)理念:不同元素的融合,為了能夠更加清晰地表現(xiàn)出劇院及

電影院兩大功能,在外立面設(shè)計(jì)上采用了兩種截然不同效果的立

面,材料 -- 傳統(tǒng)的劇院采用了傳統(tǒng)的石料,宛如整塊巨石,下

方由圓柱及大堂的旋轉(zhuǎn)樓梯支撐 ; 而現(xiàn)代化的電影放映廳則采用

了極單現(xiàn)代風(fēng)的金屬板外立面,猶如一個(gè)個(gè)金屬盒,相互堆善,

最大的放映廠則架設(shè)于街角。

項(xiàng)目亮點(diǎn):虹橋藝術(shù)中心功能多元化,不僅擁有了七間不同體量

的電影放映廳,同時(shí)也包含了一間 1000 座的中型劇場(chǎng),由于電

影院和劇院有著不同的觀眾群,通常被視作兩類不同的文化娛樂

場(chǎng)所而獨(dú)立建設(shè)。而本項(xiàng)目則通過公共大堂區(qū)域?qū)纱蠊δ芟嗷?/p>

銜接,并在劇院和電影院之間打造出一大過渡空間,不僅確保了

兩大功能區(qū)各自的特色,也促進(jìn)了影視與表演藝術(shù)的交融,吸引

不同的觀眾群。室內(nèi)公共大堂內(nèi)安設(shè)了售票處,咖啡館,臨時(shí)展

場(chǎng),活動(dòng)展區(qū)等設(shè)施,游客可在小憩的同時(shí),眺望繁華的室外廣

場(chǎng)及街景。
