主要特點：

1、該設(shè)備主要通過氣力輸送，氣力輸送的產(chǎn)量大、輸送干凈、無殘留、灰塵少的特點，

是國內(nèi)提高干粉乳膠漆設(shè)備水平的重要途徑。

2、氣體壓力輸送的生產(chǎn)線是高層鋼架式和分層鋼架式的組合，它由一個帶有稱重能力

的壓送罐裝在多個大料倉的下部，多種被稱重的原料在稱重后由壓縮空氣將物料快速輸送到

中間倉然后進(jìn)入混合機(jī)混合、再由成品倉、包裝機(jī)包裝。物料提升中運行中都用管道，不用

提升機(jī)，適于用建材、瓷磚、耐火材料、化工等行業(yè)使用。

3、該設(shè)備操作簡單、自動化程度高，大大降低生產(chǎn)勞動強(qiáng)度。

4、沒有粉塵污染，減少了中間環(huán)節(jié)的損耗，有益于環(huán)境保護(hù)。

This equipment mainly use pneumatic conveying, for it has advantages of great output,

clean conveying, no residue, little dust, etc.

This production line is combination of high-rise steel frame type and layered steel frame

type. There is a pressure feed tank with weighing ability under many big material storage

bin, and material after weighing will be conveyed to middle bin through compressed air,

then be mixed by blender and packed. Pipeline is used during material conveying instead of

hoister, which is applicable to industry of building material, ceramic tile, refractory material,

chemical, etc.

It is highly automatic, simple to operate, greatly reducing intensity of labor.

It has no powder pollution, reducing loss in middle link, beneficial to environmental

protection.

Product Summary

At present, many manufacturers produce granite paint/colorful paint, the
