It covers an area of 3,600mu as planned. It focuses on improvement of the public supporting services, promotes the
adjustment of industrial structure, carries forward historical and cultural inheritance, promotes the in-depth
integration of industrial heritage and cultural tourism and accelerates the realization of transformation from
“industrial rust belt” to “l(fā)iving show belt”.
統(tǒng)籌城市、交通、景觀、市政配套設(shè)施等因素，復(fù)興大街和北三環(huán)將建成雙向12車道市
政道路，復(fù)興大街全線新建滹沱河景觀特大橋1座，大橋12座，全線設(shè)置立交11座，全
線設(shè)置進出口16對，連通現(xiàn)有和規(guī)劃的40條東西向道路；北三環(huán)全線設(shè)置橋梁25座，包
含立交9座，全線設(shè)進出口18對，連通現(xiàn)有和規(guī)劃的31條南北向道路。
Taking full account of the urban, traffic, landscape and municipal supporting facilities and other factors, the Fuxing
Avenue and North Third Ring Road will be built into a dual 12-lane municipal administration road. Along the entire
Fuxing Avenue, one Hutuo River landscape grand bridge and 12 long-span bridges will be built; 11 overpasses will
be set up; 16 pairs of exits and entrances will be set up, connecting the existing and planned 40 east-west roads; along
the entire North Third Ring Road, 25 bridges will be built, among which, there are 9 overpasses and 18 pairs of exits
and entrances, connecting the existing and planned 31 south-north roads.
