A. 關(guān)于氧氣面罩：

About the oxygen mask:

(1) 如果在飛機(jī)上發(fā)現(xiàn)有疑似感染者，并且他們使用飛機(jī)上的便

攜式供氧設(shè)備（主要是便攜式的氧氣瓶和氧氣面罩），需要更換被他

們使用過的便攜式供氧設(shè)備；如果在釋壓或其他情況下，該病人使用

了客艙內(nèi)的機(jī)載氧氣面罩，需要更換該病人半徑為 6 英尺范圍內(nèi)的機(jī)

載氧氣面罩/發(fā)生器，包括面罩、包裝袋和輸氣管等設(shè)備。拆下的面罩

等必須放到塑料口袋中，應(yīng)當(dāng)做生物危害廢物進(jìn)行處理。

Replacement of some oxygen masks is recommended if used on a

flight with a suspected infection. If an airplane experiences a

depressurization or other event, requiring the use of oxygen masks or

portable equipment, we recommend to replace the oxygen

mask/regulator assemblies within a six (6) foot radius of the suspected

passenger or replace the used portable equipment. This includes the

mask, bag and tubing. Removed masks should be put in a biohazard

If a crew member suspected of having a infection is on a flight with

decompression event requiring the use of oxygen masks or portable

equipment, we recommend to replace the equipment. masks should be

put in a biohazard disposal bag. (3) 更換以上疑似感染者使用過的設(shè)備時(shí)，維修人員必須穿上防

護(hù)服，防護(hù)口罩，防護(hù)眼鏡，防護(hù)手套等裝置。

When you replace the above the equipment used by the man

suspected of having a infection, we recommend that maintenance person

put on the protection equipment of protective clothing, protective mask, protective glass, protective glove. B. 關(guān)于再循環(huán)風(fēng)扇：

For the recirculation fan :

(1) 我司所有飛機(jī)均裝有高效微粒過濾器（簡稱 HEPA），能有效

過濾包括病毒在內(nèi)的顆粒。在具體航班中發(fā)現(xiàn)有疑似或確認(rèn)病例，無

需立即更換氣濾，在當(dāng)日航后對氣濾進(jìn)行更換。

All OKY aircrafts are equipped with HEPA filters which can effectively

filter particles including viruses. There are suspected or confirmed cases

detected on a particular flight, not replace the filter immediately, replace

the HEPA filters after flight. (2) 按照廠家手冊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更換 HEPA，更換過程嚴(yán)格按照 AMM 手冊

的防護(hù)要求及參照機(jī)務(wù)維修人員個(gè)體防護(hù)方案實(shí)施。使用過的 HEPA

應(yīng)由專人進(jìn)行更換，雙層專用塑料密封后，對外表面進(jìn)行消毒，然后

無害化處理。

Replace HEPA in accordance with the manufacturer's manual

standards. The replacement process is implemented in strict accordance

with the protection requirements of the AMM manual and with reference

to the personal protection plan for maintenance personnel. The used

HEPA should be replaced by a dedicated person. After the double-layer

special plastic seal, the outer surface is disinfected, and then treated in a

harmless manner. (3) 對于再循環(huán)風(fēng)扇的使用建議：

For the use of recirculation fans:

(a) HEPA 氣濾能有效阻止病毒和細(xì)菌的流通，因此建議當(dāng)飛機(jī)使

HEPA steam filtration can effectively prevent the circulation of

viruses and bacteria.Therefore, it is recommended that when the aircraft

uses the air conditioning system,the two-sided recirculation fans remain

on. (4) 疫情期間，當(dāng)再循環(huán)風(fēng)扇出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)，不建議按照 MEL 21-31

（737NG）和 MEL 21-25（737MAX）進(jìn)行保留飛行。

During the epidemic, when the recirculation fan fails, it is not

recommended to perform reserve flight in accordance with MEL 21-31

（737NG）and MEL 21-25（737MAX）. C. 航后期間打開客、貨艙門通風(fēng)后再實(shí)施維修工作并延長自然通

During the AF, open the passenger and cargo doors to ventilate and

After the maintenance is completed, perform hand cleaning and

suspicious pollutants at risk of infection are found in the cargo, the cargo

When animal carcasses or suspicious pollutants with contamination

risks appear in the cargo, the contaminated area occupied by them

should be disinfected and cleaned before the remaining areas of the

cargo are disinfected uniformly. (2) 采用噴霧消毒法，包圍式消毒。消毒順序?yàn)橛缮巷L(fēng)向至下風(fēng)

向，由上至下進(jìn)行消毒。

Adopt spray disinfection method and surround disinfection. The

disinfection sequence is from upwind to downwind, and disinfection is

performed from top to bottom. (3) 艙內(nèi)消毒前，先噴灑艙門四周，蓋上艙蓋，消毒人員進(jìn)入艙

底，用噴灑方式向前開辟出行走通道，沿通道噴灑地面，直至覆蓋全

部艙底后進(jìn)行艙內(nèi)消毒。

Before disinfection in the cabin, first spray the surroundings of the

cabin door, cover the hatch, the disinfectant enters the bottom of the

cabin, use the spraying method to open the walking channel forward, spray the ground along the channel, and then disinfect the cabin after

(4) 貨艙頂部用消毒劑左右移動噴灑，再沿通道自上至下噴灑艙

The top of the cargo is sprayed with disinfectant left and right, and

then the bulkhead is sprayed along the channel from top to bottom. When disinfecting the top and bulkhead, the spray volume of disinfectant

should not exceed its liquid absorption (the maximum adsorption amount

of disinfectant on the surface of the sprayed object)

(5) 結(jié)束后用邊退邊噴灑的方式再次消毒艙底。沿梯子返回地面

后，再噴灑梯子。

After the end, disinfect the bilge again by spraying back. After

returning to the ground along the ladder, spray the ladder again. (6) 在消毒作業(yè)時(shí)空調(diào)應(yīng)保持關(guān)閉，消毒后對貨艙充分通風(fēng)。

The air conditioner should be kept off during disinfection operations, and the cargo should be adequately ventilated after disinfection.
