合金元素對(duì)冷作模具鋼淬回火硬度的影響

【摘要】研究了C、Cr、V合金元素對(duì)高碳高合金冷作模具鋼淬回火硬度的影響。①P值(P:-
137.5C+10.5Cr-8.75Mo +77.5V)是衡量Ms溫度變化的一個(gè)重要因素,是通過計(jì)算殘余奧氏
體量(γR)和淬火鋼的硬度(HQ)得到;②Ms溫度隨P值的增加呈線性遞增,γR的量則減少,HQ
值首先遞增,在P值約為-50時(shí)HQ達(dá)到峰值;③P值在-40和-70之間,通過合理設(shè)計(jì)C、Mo和
V的含量,與γ相固溶體得到高H(T HT:鋼的淬回火硬度),高HT通過少量的γR和充分的二次硬
化效果獲得的,主要是Mo和V的碳化物質(zhì)點(diǎn)的二次析出所產(chǎn)生的硬化效果;④通用冷作模
具鋼在常規(guī)奧氏體化溫度(1,323K)時(shí),P值為-50 左右,HT可以達(dá)到64HRC以上。

Effects of Alloying Elements on Hardness of Quenched
and Tempered Cold Work Tool Steel

【Abstract】In this study, effects of C,Cr,Mo and V alloying on hardness of quenched and tempered
high carbon cold work tool steels were investigated and summary is as follows:①The P value
(P:-137.5C + 10.5Cr-8.75Mo + 77.5V) which is a useful factor to explain variations of Ms
temperature ,amount of retained austenite (γR) and hardness of quenched steel (HQ) is obtained;
②Ms temperature increased linearly with the P value. Accordingly, amount of γR decreased. HQ
increased with the P value up to -50 and showed the maximum at the point;③In the P value
between -40 and -70,it was expected that C,Mo and V formed an optimum balance of solid
solution with γ phase for acquisition of high HT(HT: the peak hardness of quenched and tempered
steel).And high HT will be obtained by low amount of γ R and sufficient second hardening
precipitates on a basis of Mo and V carbide;④Steels with the P value near -50 achieved High HT
over 64HRC under conventional austenitizing temperature (1,323K) of general cold work tool steels.

1 引言
近年來,隨著塑性加工技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,大力倡導(dǎo)
精品模具,近終形產(chǎn)品,用于制造螺栓、汽車部件等的
精細(xì)冷沖模材料由于硬度不足造成尺寸精度下降的問
題屢見不鮮。通過塑性變形均勻使組織均勻化的同
時(shí),還要具有必要的強(qiáng)度和硬度。通過精細(xì)加工,對(duì)模
具材料保持高度的尺寸精度、抵抗磨損消耗的要求越
來越高,高的強(qiáng)度和耐磨性是模具材料的最基本要求,
具有代表性的冷作模具鋼SKD11淬回火硬度可以達(dá)到
60HRC以上,以滿足使用要求。從SKH51高速工具鋼
