農(nóng)花河小游園景觀提升工程項(xiàng)目位于繞城公路以北，機(jī)場高速以東路側(cè)

規(guī)劃綠地內(nèi)，占地面積約 21000 平方米，主要實(shí)施場地平整、綠化景觀、

慢行系統(tǒng)、景觀家具等配套設(shè)施。 場地作為公共綠地，主要服務(wù)于周邊

的 ZTE 中興辦公人群，中興和泰酒店，以及部分周邊辦公人群與居民，

是相對(duì)封閉以及內(nèi)部的綠地。

The Nonghua River Small Amusement Park Landscape Improvement Project is located north of the Ring Road and in the planned green area on the east side

of the Airport Expressway. It covers an area of approximately 21000 square

meters and mainly implements supporting facilities such as site leveling,

greening landscape, slow moving system, landscape furniture, etc. As a public

green space, the site mainly serves the surrounding ZTE office population,

ZTE Hetai Hotel, as well as some surrounding office populations and residents. It is a relatively closed and internal green space.

作為建筑設(shè)計(jì)理念，它代表的是對(duì)中國建筑精髓的提煉，在現(xiàn)代建筑風(fēng)格上的再次創(chuàng)新，

并以現(xiàn)代人的審美、需求來打造一個(gè)富有現(xiàn)代特色的新式建筑風(fēng)格，是一種優(yōu)雅與從容，

是一種境界與智慧。示范區(qū)空間精小，我們需要精心設(shè)計(jì)參觀流線，加強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)記憶和

小中見大的場景體驗(yàn)。主入口采用造景手法打造儀式感極強(qiáng)的入口景觀，給與業(yè)主尊

貴體驗(yàn)感，綠植造景帶來視覺上的美感，大門兩側(cè)采用迎客松，寓意著和平、包容、熱情、

堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的寓意，象征著海納百川的美好品質(zhì)。根據(jù)人行參觀動(dòng)線合理安排起承轉(zhuǎn)合空間，

由人居主題貫穿始終，不同空間賦予層層遞進(jìn)的景觀感受，感受空間的舒適感與品質(zhì)感。

Vientiane Zidong City is located at the intersection of Yuannan Road and Fengxiang Road,

Haizhou District, Lianyungang. The project adopts simple and elegant modern aesthetics as

the architectural design concept. It represents the refinement of the essence of Chinese

architecture and the re-innovation of modern architectural style. It is a kind of elegance

and calmness, a kind of realm and wisdom to create a new architectural style with modern

characteristics according to the aesthetics and needs of modern people. The demonstration

area has a small space. We need to carefully design the visiting flow line to strengthen

the node memory and the scene experience of seeing the big in the small. The main entrance

adopts landscaping techniques to create an entrance landscape with a strong sense of ceremony, giving the owner a sense of distinguished experience. The green plant landscaping brings

visual beauty, and the welcoming pine on both sides of the gate means peace, tolerance,

enthusiasm and strength. The meaning of , symbolizes the beautiful quality of the sea and

all rivers. According to the circulation of pedestrians and visitors, the space for succession and transition is reasonably arranged, and the theme of human settlements runs through.

Different spaces give progressive landscape experience layer by layer, and feel the comfort

and quality of the space.

環(huán)道，多組團(tuán)的景觀手法將整個(gè)小區(qū)打造成一個(gè)藝術(shù)主題的生活空間。并本著“本

于自然，高于自然”的原則將人工美和自然美巧妙地進(jìn)行了結(jié)合，這邊帶您詳細(xì)

了解一下整體的景觀布局，如圖所示，整體景觀呈現(xiàn)為既有峰回路轉(zhuǎn)的好蘊(yùn)意，

又可達(dá)到移步換景的園林感官，讓您在小區(qū)內(nèi)，能夠真切感受到自然與浪漫的存在。

The landscape style of Vientiane Zidongcheng District adopts the design concept of one

axis, one center, one ring and multiple groups. The first axis is the landscape axis of

the main entrance, and the center is to enjoy the central park with an atrium of nearly

8,000 square meters; the first ring is about 700 meters of strolling loops. The multigroup landscape approach turns the entire community into an art-themed living space.

格，外立面的主要材料為淺黃色涂料、紅色涂料、灰色涂料。

景觀設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)與建筑立面風(fēng)格協(xié)調(diào)、一致。

代詩人王昌齡在《 詩格 》中有云，寫山水之形為物境，寄景生情為

情境，托物言志為意境。本案以”鏡面、水面、簡約墻體“為物鏡，

現(xiàn)代東方情愫為情境，通過反射鏡面將這個(gè)空間界限消失 , 令核心空

間具有無界的感覺為意境。

居集中區(qū)，周邊缺乏市政和商業(yè)配套。項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃以多層及小

高層住宅為主，配套適當(dāng)?shù)纳虡I(yè)設(shè)施。建筑設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)代簡潔、

典雅大方，在片區(qū)范圍內(nèi)有一定的空間識(shí)別度。空間布局以

帶狀宅間綠地為主，地面停車對(duì)道路的組織和綠化空間的營

造有一定的影響。

展現(xiàn)于設(shè)計(jì)之中，從文化中來，容氣質(zhì)中區(qū)，把武漢這座城市與當(dāng)?shù)厝?/p>

民的生活文化氣息融于設(shè)計(jì)中，展現(xiàn)給游客。同時(shí)通過科技的手段把現(xiàn)

時(shí)代武漢的智慧與前衛(wèi)融入其中，打造一個(gè)同時(shí)具有江城文化內(nèi)核與科

幻氣息，集持續(xù)性收益，彈性化空間，多元化功能，新奇感體驗(yàn)，全齡

化需求與一體的綜合性步行街廣場 --- 江城“E-Park”。

The core design concept of our project is “the imprint of the riverbank and

the reflection of the sky street. Taking the culture and memory of Jiangcheng and Jianghan Road as the driving force of the design, through modern

technology, it is presented in the design. From the culture, it embodies the

temperament of the central area, integrating the cultural atmosphere of Wuhan

and the local people’s lives into the design, and showcasing it to tourists.

At the same time, by integrating the wisdom and avant-garde of modern Wuhan through technological means, we aim to create a comprehensive pedestrian

street square - Jiangcheng “E-Park” - that combines the core of Jiangcheng

culture and sci-fi atmosphere, integrates sustainable income, flexible space,

diversified functions, novel experiences, and full age needs.

The design combines the characteristics of Fujian

Sansong Technology Co., Ltd., introduces cultural concepts, and shapes a factory area that can

showcase the company’s thick and complete image,

respecting the cultural and iconic landscape of the

city and the Wulong River. The facade design of the

building resembles ripples of river water, inspired

by the dynamic beauty of the Wulong River water

pattern. It also highlights the corporate culture

of Sansong Group, symbolizing the group’s desire

to ride the wind and waves,Opening a new chapter.
