Cozy was founded in 2006, its headquarter located in Xinwu Economic Development Zone, Wuhu, Anhui Province. Since
its establishment, the corporation has been dedicated to promoting the modernization development of housing industry in
China. Cozy has applied for 219 patents so far (including 157 authorized and maintained and 62 under consideration).
This corporation has won renowned prizes as well, including the \"national housing industrialization base\", \"national
prefabricated construction industry base\", \"national hi-tech enterprise\", \"modern construction industry demonstration
base in Anhui province\", \"building industrialization base in Anhui province\", \"enterprise technology research and development center\". In addition, the international quality system and environmental system certification has been passed. Cozy
also actively participate in the national and local standards compilation and subject research work.
At present, the company takes the bathroom unit, kitchen unit and prefabricated wallboard as the core, and has the
complete research and development, production, marketing capabilities of nine major systems for prefabricated interior
