貝爾拓普-多功能冷粘結(jié)劑 是一款雙組份、高性能的工業(yè)粘接劑，適用于橡膠與橡膠，橡膠與

金屬，橡膠與織物，織物與織物之間的粘接。特別適用于輸送帶的修補(bǔ)及冷硫化（各種類型橡膠，

人造織物，尼龍織物）無縫粘接，滾筒包膠及各種金屬表面的防磨損，防腐蝕橡膠貼面；同時(shí)也適

用于井上及井下工程作業(yè)，以及緊急搶修時(shí)，即修即用，使停機(jī)損失降至最低。

C 使用方法：

橡膠：用鎢鋼打磨碟或鋼絲輪全面打磨橡膠表面（不要有閃亮區(qū)域）然后燥的清掃刷掃除打

磨粉塵，最好不使用任何溶劑及液體。

芯體：打磨平整其它橡膠區(qū)域，小心輕微打磨織物層（注意不能損壞織物層），然后用潔凈

干燥的清掃刷掃除打磨粉塵，最好不使用任何溶劑及液體。

金屬：用噴沙或打磨的方式將金屬表面除銹且使得變得粗糙－推薦打磨深度為 45-60um

然后用貝爾拓普清洗劑去除金屬表面油旨等污漬。

混合：充分?jǐn)嚢杌旌险辰Y(jié)劑和固化劑（固化劑所占比例為 5%),(即 1kg 裝粘結(jié)劑配 50g 固化

劑）。并在二小時(shí)內(nèi)用完該混合劑，否則硬化失效。

涂刷：粘接表面均勻涂上兩次薄層，有 BL 粘接層的橡膠板表面不用涂第一層。第一層 須完

全干透（30 至 45 分鐘，金屬干燥至少 60 分）。第二層干到尚有略微粘性時(shí)（用手指背試）， 即

可進(jìn)行表面的最后粘接。（若第二層過干則再涂一層）。

粘接：將結(jié)合二面貼在一起，用壓實(shí)滾輪壓實(shí)粘接表面，注意需要徹底排除空氣緊緊貼合及壓

實(shí)。

建議：為了粘合更好，需要在金屬接觸表面涂上一層金屬處理劑,并讓其完全 干透，這樣會(huì)大

大提高橡膠與金屬的粘合力和可靠性。

C usage method

Brush: the adhesive surface is evenly coated with two thin layers, and the surface of the rubber plate

with BL adhesive layer is not coated with the first layer. The first layer must be completely dry (30 to

45 minutes, minimum 60 minutes). When the second layer is slightly sticky (try with the back of the

finger), the final bonding of the surface can be performed.(If the second layer is

too dry, apply another layer).

Adhesive: stick the combined two sides together, compact the adhesive surface with a compacted

roller, and pay attention to the need to completely eliminate the air tightly fit and compaction.

Suggestion: In order to bond better, apply a layer of metal treatment agent to the metal

后，再涂刷貝爾拓普 BP100 多功能冷粘接劑。

請選用貝爾拓普提供的專業(yè)設(shè)備或者工具，佩戴或穿著好安全防護(hù)用品，用動(dòng)物毛刷將清洗劑直接涂刷到你需

要清洗物件的表面后用力反復(fù)刷洗。清潔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在有光線的條件下，仔細(xì)檢視物件表面一定沒有＊即使是很微小的＊

污垢或者灰塵的存在。注；如果未達(dá)到清洗所需的清潔程度，請多次重復(fù)進(jìn)行以上清洗步驟直至達(dá)到目標(biāo)為止，對

于清洗劑的使用方式，我們建議你根據(jù)現(xiàn)場的情況可選擇涂刷、噴淋、傾倒三種方式，處于安全的原因，我們還是

C 使用方法：

1、將需要修復(fù)的輸送帶水平鋪放。

2、把輸送帶上方待修補(bǔ)部位邊緣以 45 度角剪切。

3、輸送帶底部同樣以 45 度角剪切，但需短于頂部剪切。

4、使用低轉(zhuǎn)速角磨機(jī)打磨待修補(bǔ)部位。

5、將打磨殘?jiān)鍜吒蓛簟?/p>

6、使用膠帶將待修補(bǔ)部位從底部完全封住。

7、使用清洗劑和刷子清洗輸送帶待修補(bǔ)區(qū)域。

8、待清洗劑晾干。將底漆涂刷于待修補(bǔ)區(qū)域，確保待修補(bǔ)部位完全被涂刷等待底漆晾

干。

9、將固化劑倒入修補(bǔ)膠中，使用攪拌棒將其充分?jǐn)嚢枰环昼?，直至完全融合?/p>

10、將混合物緩慢傾倒于待修補(bǔ)區(qū)域直到表面與輸送帶持平。

11、使用刮板將修補(bǔ)表面抹平。注意：由于修補(bǔ)材料固化快，所以要盡快完成。

E 安裝、維護(hù)、注意事項(xiàng)
