From the response to human memory and daily life, to the exploration of site culture and space

experience, to the depth of ecological nature and artistic activities, the design has been trying to find

the medium that can solve the problems of public space to the greatest extent. Along the way, thinking

about \"medium\" is also changing.

It may be a kind of material, a way of space construction, the design of an experience route, or the

organization of a public activity, all of which can serve as the medium of design and play a role in the

public space.

從對(duì)人文記憶、日常生活的回應(yīng)，到對(duì)場(chǎng)地文化、空間體驗(yàn)的探索，

再到對(duì)生態(tài)自然、藝術(shù)活動(dòng)的深入，設(shè)計(jì)一直試圖找到能夠最大程度解決公共空間問(wèn)題的媒介。

在不斷前進(jìn)的道路中，對(duì)于“媒介”的思考也在不斷發(fā)生著變化。

或許是一種材料、或許是一種空間構(gòu)建方式、或許是一條體驗(yàn)路線的設(shè)計(jì)、也或許是一次公共活動(dòng)的組織，

觀 \" 幕 \"·入 \" 幕 \"

復(fù)興電影文化記憶的社區(qū)空間改造設(shè)計(jì)

圍繞幕布展開(kāi)的一幕幕“光影記憶”作為本設(shè)計(jì)的媒介，鏈接人與

社區(qū)，過(guò)去與當(dāng)下，重構(gòu)社區(qū)關(guān)系。

場(chǎng)地所在區(qū)域曾因東昌電影院的繁榮而被稱為浦東“南京路”，如

今影院輝煌不在，人們的聯(lián)系也由此減少，那段關(guān)于東昌電影院的

故事成為了人們的共同記憶積淀下來(lái)。本設(shè)計(jì)旨在復(fù)興該地的電影

文化記憶，通過(guò)“幕布”這一媒介找回人與人聯(lián)系的紐帶，讓每天

的生活成為“電影”本身——每個(gè)人既是“觀看者”又是“表演者”。

“觀幕”、“入幕”間，記憶被喚醒和延續(xù)，人們未來(lái)的交往與活

動(dòng)或許有了新的可能。

Reconstruction design of community space to revive film cultural

memory

Film, rest, exhibition and other activities with curtain as the

medium of this design link people and the community, the past

and the present, and reconstruct the community relationship.

The area where the site is located used to be called \"Nanjing

Road\" in Pudong due to the prosperity of Dongchang Cinema.

Now the brilliant cinema is no longer there, and people's

contact with it is reduced. The story about Dongchang Cinema

has become a common memory of people. The purpose of

this design is to revive the memory of the film culture in this

area, to find the link between people through the medium of

\"curtain\", and to make everyday life a \"film\" itself -- each person

is both a \"spectator\" and a \"performer\". Between \"viewing the

curtain\" and \"entering the curtain\", memories are awakened and

extended, and people's future interactions and activities may

have new possibilities.

In 1954, Dongchang Cinema, the first professional cinema in Pudong, was born here. In the more than 30 years since, it has earned a reputation as

the \"Great Bright Pudong\" with countless hard-to-get screenings.

SUPER CORRIDOR

蘇州河長(zhǎng)寧段更新及驛站設(shè)計(jì)

用腳手架圍合的場(chǎng)所空間，作為本設(shè)計(jì)的媒介，為擁擠的濱河公共

空間開(kāi)辟出了生活驛站，不斷貼近著人們真實(shí)的生活需求。

蘇州河長(zhǎng)寧段大多為通道空間，空間狹窄、功能無(wú)法滿足人群需

求、缺乏活力，周邊居民的生活深受影響。本設(shè)計(jì)提出“super

corridor”的概念，通過(guò)腳手架圍合的靈活而多變的空間，為場(chǎng)地

開(kāi)辟出便捷的生活驛站，針對(duì)性地改造蘇州河長(zhǎng)寧段的“通道”空

間。當(dāng)腳手架與原有場(chǎng)地碰撞的同時(shí)，也不斷激發(fā)著我們對(duì)人們真

實(shí)生活需求的思考。

Suzhou River Changning section renewal and post station design

The space enclosed by scaffolding, as the medium of this design,

opens up a life station for the crowded riverside public space,

and keeps close to people's real life needs.

The Changning section of Suzhou River is mostly a passage

space, which is narrow, unable to meet the needs of people

and lacks vitality, and the life of surrounding residents is deeply

affected. This design puts forward the concept of \"super

corridor\", through the flexible and changeable space enclosed

by scaffolding, open up a convenient life station for the site,

and transform the \"passage\" space of the Changning section

of Suzhou River specifically. When the scaffold collides with

the original site, it also continuously inspires us to think about

people's real life needs.

商業(yè)空間與室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)研方法論實(shí)踐

豐富而完整的活動(dòng)體驗(yàn)路線，作為本設(shè)計(jì)的媒介，串聯(lián)起消費(fèi)者在

商場(chǎng)內(nèi)的多種活動(dòng)，也為商場(chǎng)本身帶來(lái)了活力。

TX 淮海年輕力中心通過(guò)新商業(yè)理念——策展型零售來(lái)持續(xù)吸引目

標(biāo)群體——年輕群體。結(jié)合商場(chǎng)本身的主題，我們用 Persona 的方

式，從人物如何知道這個(gè)商場(chǎng)到離開(kāi)這個(gè)商場(chǎng)后的感受出發(fā)，為目

標(biāo)群體設(shè)計(jì)了完整豐富的一日體驗(yàn)。同時(shí)也強(qiáng)調(diào)了商場(chǎng)本身的主題

和特點(diǎn)。

TX Youth Energy Center

Commercial space and interior design research methodology

practice

The rich and complete activity experience route, as the medium

of this design, connects various activities of consumers in the

mall, but also brings vitality to the mall itself.

TX Huaihai Youth Power Center through the new business

concept - curated retail to continue to attract the target group -

the young group. Combined with the theme of the mall itself, we

use the approach of Persona, starting from how the characters

know the mall and how they feel after leaving the mall, to design

a complete and rich one-day experience for the target group. It

also emphasizes the theme and characteristics of the mall itself.

走秀空間位于前廣場(chǎng)，腳手架結(jié)合彩色的織布材料，既強(qiáng)調(diào)了走秀空間，又讓整個(gè)場(chǎng)地通透、親密。

The catwalk space is located in the front square. The scaffolding combined with colorful fabric materials not only

emphasizes the catwalk space, but also makes the whole venue transparent and intimate.

化妝間位于商場(chǎng)二樓。腳手架、金屬、布、彩色燈光等材料的

碰撞使得整個(gè)空間看起來(lái)充滿新奇。

The powder room is located on the second floor of the mall.

The collision of scaffolding, metal, cloth, colored lights and

other materials makes the whole space look full of novelty.

二樓中央的共享辦公區(qū)域以兩個(gè)黃色盒子為主體，四周分布著一些開(kāi)放的座

位、沙發(fā)交談區(qū)和水吧。封閉的盒子與會(huì)議室和單人工作間的功能相適應(yīng)。

The shared office area in the center of the second floor is dominated by

two yellow boxes, surrounded by some open seats, sofa conversation

areas and water bars. The two boxes are relatively closed to accommodate

the functions of conference rooms and single-person work rooms.

The design concept focuses on the 1980s - the golden age of video game

design. This vector aesthetic and neon elements define the retro theme

of the space, while Zelda's game experience and character images bring

inspiration to the space design .

游戲俱樂(lè)部運(yùn)用彩色的霓虹燈與幾何美學(xué)來(lái)呼應(yīng)回到 80 年代的復(fù)古主題。

The Game Club uses colorful neon lights and geometric aesthetics to echo

廣東龍江坦東造船廠節(jié)點(diǎn)改造設(shè)計(jì)

取自于“阡陌交通，雞犬相聞”中的“阡陌”是本設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)場(chǎng)地的一

種樸素的感知。同時(shí)，阡陌也是本設(shè)計(jì)的媒介，以阡陌串聯(lián)起當(dāng)?shù)?/p>

居民的生活記憶和家園情節(jié)。

龍江鎮(zhèn)具有悠久的水利文化和龍舟文化，設(shè)計(jì)從人群交融、鄉(xiāng)村生

活和水的底蘊(yùn)三方面來(lái)闡釋“阡陌水村”的主題概念，并針對(duì)場(chǎng)地

的具體問(wèn)題提出了“點(diǎn) - 線 - 面”的設(shè)計(jì)策略，與“阡陌”這一設(shè)

計(jì)語(yǔ)言相融合，實(shí)現(xiàn)概念落位，滲入改造。片狀空間通過(guò)主題功能

區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)，提升場(chǎng)地整體活力；線性空間通過(guò)線性流線規(guī)劃，增加場(chǎng)

地連通性；點(diǎn)狀空間通過(guò)微小改造，激發(fā)空間活力。

Node transformation of Longjiang Tandong Shipyard

Taken from the \"One path into another path,and dogs bark and

chicken tweet\", \"Qianmo\"is a simple perception of the site in

this design. At the same time, \"Qianmo\" is also the medium of

this design, which connects the life memories and home plots of

local residents.

Longjiang Town has a long history of water conservancy culture

and dragon boat culture, the design explains the theme concept

of \"Qianmo Water Village\" from three aspects: crowd integration,

rural life and water culture, and puts forward the design strategy

of \"point-line-surface\" for the specific problems of the site,

which is integrated with the design language of \"Qianmo\"

to realize the concept and infiltrate the transformation. The

sheet space enhances the overall vitality of the site through

the design of themed functional areas; Linear space through

linear streamline planning to increase site connectivity; The

dotted space stimulates the vitality of the space through small

transformations.

生態(tài)自然的設(shè)計(jì)形式作為本設(shè)計(jì)的媒介，以實(shí)現(xiàn)“湖、生物、人類”

三者的平衡、生態(tài)環(huán)境與人類產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的平衡。

鄱陽(yáng)湖是中國(guó)第一大淡水湖。鄱陽(yáng)湖擁有豐富的魚(yú)類和鳥(niǎo)類資源 ,

是全球 95% 以上的越冬白鶴棲息地，也是全球重要的候鳥(niǎo)越冬地。

在世界生物多樣性保護(hù)上有著極為重要的意義。但近來(lái)由于湖區(qū)過(guò)

度采砂和農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)等產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來(lái)的污染，鄱陽(yáng)湖的面積不斷減

小 ，水文節(jié)律混亂，水污染嚴(yán)重，嚴(yán)重威脅到了湖區(qū)的生態(tài)平衡。

設(shè)計(jì)從 \" 三生 \"——生態(tài)、生產(chǎn)、生物角度出發(fā)，試圖以“保護(hù)生

物多樣性”、“恢復(fù)水環(huán)境“和”產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)”三個(gè)策略應(yīng)對(duì)鄱陽(yáng)

湖生態(tài)危機(jī)。

Birds, Lakes, People:

Saving Poyang Lake from ecological crisis

The design form of ecological nature is used as the medium of

this design to achieve the balance of \"lake, creatures and human

beings\" as well as the balance of ecological environment and

human industry development.

Poyang Lake is the largest freshwater lake in China. Poyang

Lake is rich in fish and bird resources. It is the habitat of more

than 95% of the world's overwintering cranes and an important

wintering ground for migratory birds. It is of great significance in

the conservation of biodiversity in the world. However, due to

excessive sand mining and pollution caused by the development

of agriculture, industry and other industries, the area of Poyang

Lake has been decreasing, the hydrological rhythm is confused,

and the water pollution is serious, which seriously threatens the

ecological balance of the lake. From the perspective of \"three

life\" -- ecology, production and biology, the design tries to deal

with the ecological crisis of Poyang Lake with three strategies:

\"protecting biodiversity\", \"restoring water environment\" and

\"industrial sustainability\".

The Art \"Plus\" program: Design for urban Equity

Waterfront space reconstruction of Tangqiao Section on the east

bank of Huangpu River

Tangqiao Section has a single functional structure, incomplete

traffic system, and weak connection with the opposite bank,

hinterland and north and south sections of the riverside, which

makes it show the characteristics of privatization and isolation,

and the urban equity problem is significant. The design aims to

emphasize the art landmark of Yicang Art Museum, and at the

same time connect the vertical and horizontal Spaces of the site

and its surrounding areas through the way of \"art +\", making it

a fair and inclusive urban waterfront space with art gathering,

historical activation.

設(shè)計(jì)用透光膜材料將原本的煙囪補(bǔ)全，不管是形式還是材料上都是歷史與現(xiàn)代的碰撞。上半部煙囪會(huì)根據(jù)周邊的人群聚集度自動(dòng)改變燈光亮度，打造濱江

夜景地標(biāo)。藝術(shù)節(jié)時(shí)還會(huì)舉辦放飛孔明燈等系列活動(dòng)。

The original chimney is designed to be filled with transparent membrane materials, which is a collision of history and modernity in both form and

material. The upper half of the chimney will automatically change the light brightness according to the surrounding crowd concentration to create a

riverside night landmark. During the festival, a series of activities such as flying Kongming Lantern will be held.

During the Riverside Art Festival, Chimney Square will hold the activity of flying Kongming Lantern, which is also the symbol of the opening of the art

festival. Kong Mingdeng and the luminous chimney together create a unique night view of Binjiang, echoing the form of sensory art.
