1. Suggested store location: Catering areas of urban and regional level commercial complexes in cities at all levels, and landmark catering hubs;

2. Suggested store business area: 200 square meters (±10%);

3. According to the Appraisal Report on the Store-opening of Huang Ji Huang, the store is more than 80% (Full Score is 125);

4. The estimated annual average monthly turnover shall not be less than RMB 350000/month;

5. The investment reserves of a single store shall not be less than RMB 1.5 million.

1、 首期費(fèi):10 萬元

2、 保證金:10 萬元

3、 持續(xù)費(fèi)為餐廳營業(yè)額的 6%

1. The fee in the 1st phase: RMB 100000.

2. Store deposit: RMB 100000.

3. The ongoing fee shall be 6% of the restaurant turnover.

單店費(fèi)用收取方式

Collection method of single store fee

1、 建議店面開設(shè)位置:各級(jí)城市的城市級(jí)、區(qū)域級(jí)商業(yè)綜合體餐飲區(qū),地標(biāo)性餐飲匯聚地;

2、 建議店面營業(yè)使用面積 200 平方米 (±10%);

3、 《黃記煌店面開設(shè)評(píng)估報(bào)告》達(dá) 80% 以上(滿分為 125);

4、 預(yù)估年度月均營業(yè)額不得低于人民幣 35 萬元 / 月;

5、 單店投資準(zhǔn)備金不低于人民幣 150 萬元。
