Huayuan Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (HAMC) is a National Level High Tech

Enterprise. HAMC specializes in R&D, Developing, Manufacturing and Sales

of composite materials and products. It is a professional supplier and solution

provider of composite materials and applications.

HAMC develops and produces SMC, BMC materials, insulation parts,

electrical & telecom outdoor cabinets, high speed railway and fast transit

products, based on an integrated manufacturing chain from R&D, material

SMC 片狀模塑料（Sheet Moulding Compound, 簡(jiǎn)稱 SMC）。是一種夾芯的模

壓用原材料，芯材是短切無(wú)捻粗紗，浸漬聚酯樹脂糊（內(nèi)含樹脂，低收縮添加劑，

內(nèi)脫模劑，增稠劑，色漿等）上下兩面用聚乙烯薄覆蓋的片狀材料。材料分為卷

筒供應(yīng)或木箱噸裝兩種。使用時(shí)經(jīng)裁剪、稱重、揭去薄膜、疊層加入已升溫的模具中，

加高壓并按制品結(jié)構(gòu)特性工藝保模一定時(shí)間后，即可脫模獲得最終 SMC 制品。

SMC, abbreviation of sheet molding compound, is a molding material combines

chopped fiberglass, resin mixture (UP resin, low shrinkage additive, release agent,

thickening agent and pigment), covered from top and bottom by polyethylene films.

SMC material is packed and supplied in two forms, 50 KG roll or 1000 KG box. To

use the SMC material, workers have to cut the material, weigh it according to part

weight, uncover the polyethylene films from top and bottom, fold the material and

place it into heated mold, high pressure and heat forms the final part.

BMC, abbreviation of bulk molding compound, is a new composite material which can

be used through injection and compression molding processes . It combines Up resin,

curing agent, fiberglass, filler and low shrinkage additives, The formulation of BMC

can be designed to meet various requirements like A- class finish, insulation, fireresistance, high gloss, etc.

Emergency Escape Walking Deck is a special deck for passengers to

escape during an emergency. It’s a fire retardant, modular type escape

walking deck. It has many advantages like chemical resistance, antiaging, long life, fire retardant, insulation, high strength to weight ratio,

and easy for installation.

This deck, developed by HAMC, provides new concept of metro design

and construction, and greatly saves maintenance fee. It is awarded as

State Key New Product, as well as 2nd Prize of Province Science and

Technology Progress Award.

HAMC and Ningbo Urban Rail Transit Group together developed the composite cable tray. The product passed tests done by

Mechanical Industrial Electrician Materials Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, as well as China Ordnance Industry

Metal Materials Physical and Chemical Testing Center, and National Fireproof Construction Material Quality Supervision and Inspection

Center. All the test results are better than the industry technology index. At present, the composite cable tray has been used in Ningbo,

Hangzhou metro and Jinhua-Lishui-Wenzhou, Hainan West Wreath High Speed Railway construction. It is awarded as Ningbo City Key

New Industry Product, and Ningbo Science Technology Progress.

Anti-theft outdoor signal box is made of SMC material. Excellent sealing technology prevents dust, rain from entering into boxes, thus

greatly reducing the maintenance work. The signal boxes are designed to have a special worm-gear securities locks to strengthen

safety. These boxes have been used in high speed train tracks in along Ningbo, Shanghai, Qinghai to Rongcheng. HAMC has built up

long term partnership with Beijing\\Shanghai\\Hangzhou\\Wuhan Railway Administration Bureaus to supply these signal boxes.
