o ces in Beijing, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Shanghai, Hefei, Changsha, Nanjing, Haikou,
Zhengzhou, Hang- zhou, Jinan, Nanning, Chongqing, Qingdao and Xining Lasa. By integrating
the se ices to major national strategies into the development of o ce coverage, Lantai is
t ing to match the diverse range of business with the rapid response to client needs.
Lantai practices in depth the integrated management and operation mechanism. Relying on
technology and network, it has e ectively integrated a variety of platforms and resources,
realized the sharing of operational resources, and formed an e ective risk prevention and
control mechanism and a sound information sharing system. Lantai's mechanism enables
pa ners to expand their business, and facili- tates young lawyers to improve their skills, thus
providing customers with the ultimate, excellent and comprehensive se ices.
Lantai boasts a business team of more than 600 professionals, nearly 80% of whom hold master's
and doctor's degrees. Most of the lawyers in Lantai graduated from famous law schools at
home and abroad, and many of them have ever se ed in the highest judicial organs of the
state, central state organs or international well-known law rms. Some lawyers are fu her
quali ed to practice in overseas judicial regions such as New York and Washington DC.
Lantai's lawyers have assumed many social positions in the government, universities, academic
institu- tions, external trade associations, arbitral authorities, etc. Quite a few have actively
pa icipated in the process of national legislation, revision of laws and promulgation of policy
documents, and published a large number of practical research books and publications.
