:該項(xiàng)目位于西麗湖校區(qū)中軸,周圍有教工食堂、東湖、行政樓、日新樓等建筑,綠地的主要適用人群為東區(qū)在校教
師生,東校區(qū)主要學(xué)習(xí)的專業(yè)為理工科。
Location analysis: The project is located in the middle axis of Xilihu campus, surrounded by teachers canteen, East Lake, administrative building, New Day Building and other buildings,

交通分析|背景篇
受眾分析:
1.人流一般會(huì)從場(chǎng)地的西面或者南面進(jìn)入場(chǎng)地中(北面和東面有一個(gè)
緩坡,且北面還有植物雕塑);
2.人們基本不會(huì)在場(chǎng)地里駐足(場(chǎng)地內(nèi)遮蔭樹少,太曬了),基本只
有上測(cè)量課或者別的課程的時(shí)候才會(huì)在場(chǎng)地內(nèi)駐足;
3.教學(xué)樓、教工食堂、行政辦公樓的人流目的性強(qiáng),場(chǎng)地周圍道路的
人流隨機(jī)性大,教工食堂以及教學(xué)樓的瞬時(shí)人流多,其他道路的人流
較為平均等。

2.該場(chǎng)地遮蔭樹較少,深圳氣候炎熱以及場(chǎng)地內(nèi)無其他設(shè)施可供人們
使用,所以上下課以及途徑此處的人很少會(huì)在這里駐足,場(chǎng)地的功能
無法發(fā)揮出來。
Sunshine and climate analysis:
1. Shenzhen belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate, the summer mainly southeast
wind, other seasons mainly northeast wind;
2. The site shade trees less, Shenzhen hot climate and no other facilities in the venue for
people to use, so classes and ways here people will rarely stop here, the function of the site

方案一:采用折線構(gòu)圖的手法,用一個(gè)環(huán)線和兩個(gè)軸線把場(chǎng)地分割成為五個(gè)片區(qū),更
具現(xiàn)代感。
Scenario 1: Using the method of line composition, the site is divided into five zones with one ring line and two
axes, which is more modern.
方案二:采用曲線構(gòu)圖的手法,使場(chǎng)地游動(dòng)性更強(qiáng),整體更加生動(dòng)有趣。

interesting.
泡泡分析圖|概念篇
本次方案把場(chǎng)地分為了6個(gè)片區(qū),分別是主入口廣場(chǎng)、休閑區(qū)、林
下閱讀區(qū)、中心活動(dòng)區(qū)、植物觀賞區(qū)和運(yùn)動(dòng)區(qū)。為師生提供一個(gè)休
閑的活動(dòng)交流空間。
The programme divides the site into six zones, namely, the main entrance square, leisure area,
reading area under the forest, central activity area, plant viewing area and sports area. For
teachers and students to provide a leisure activities exchange space.
景觀節(jié)點(diǎn)分析圖|概念篇
本次方案在場(chǎng)地的四周各設(shè)置了出入口,由一個(gè)環(huán)
路兩個(gè)軸線構(gòu)成,交通更加便利。主軸貫穿了特色
水景和特色廊架這兩個(gè)主要節(jié)點(diǎn),其他的次要節(jié)點(diǎn)
分布在環(huán)路以及次要軸線上,如休閑廣場(chǎng)、林下閱
讀區(qū)、特色花帶、運(yùn)動(dòng)廣場(chǎng)等。
The scheme has set up entrances and exits around the site, consisting of
two axes of a loop, making transportation more convenient. The spindle
runs through the two main nodes of the featured water feature and the
characteristic gallery, and the other minor nodes are distributed in the
loop and the secondary axis, such as leisure square, under-forest reading
area, special flower belt, sports square and so on.
