Structuer Characteristics

SF- 1自潤(rùn)滑軸承,是以鋼板為基體,中間燒結(jié)球形

青銅粉,表面軋制聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和纖維的混合

物,卷制而成的滑動(dòng)軸承。

1. PTFE和纖維的混合物 0.01~0.03mm ,可形成一

層很好的轉(zhuǎn)移膜保護(hù)對(duì)磨軸, 提供了軸承的自潤(rùn)滑

性能。

2. 銅粉層0.20~0.30mm,具有 很好的承載能力和

耐磨性,良好的導(dǎo)熱性能可及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移軸承運(yùn)作過程

中產(chǎn)生的熱量。復(fù)合材料可滲入到銅粉球的間隙

中,提高了結(jié)合強(qiáng)度。

3. 低碳鋼,提供了很好的承載性能和熱傳遞作用。

Structuer Characteristics

SF-2邊界潤(rùn)滑軸承，是以鋼板為基體、中間燒結(jié)

球形青銅粉, 表面軋制改性聚甲醛(POM), 并含有

儲(chǔ)油坑的滑動(dòng)軸承。

1.適用于邊界潤(rùn)滑下長(zhǎng)期使用而無(wú)需維護(hù);

2.適用于重載低速下的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)和搖擺運(yùn)動(dòng);

3.優(yōu)秀的承載能力，較低的摩擦系數(shù)和很好的耐

磨性;

4.無(wú)吸水性和吸油性，尺寸穩(wěn)定;

5.軸承在壓裝時(shí)可以進(jìn)行再次加工以得到更好的

公差。

6.建議初始安裝時(shí)加入油脂,軸承表面的儲(chǔ)油坑可

以保證最佳的油脂分布, 過程加油可以大大提高

產(chǎn)品的使用壽命。

SF-2 marginal lubricated bearings, backed on

mild steel sintered with bronze powder and

coating with modified POM. The bushing

surface carries a pattern of regular indents for

grease. 1. It is suitable for long-term use without

maintenance under the boundary

embellishment;

2. It is suitable for rotating motion and rocking

motion under heavy load and low speed;

3. Excellent bearing capacity, low friction

coefficient and good wear resistance;

4. No water absorption and oil absorption, stable size;

5. Bearings can be processed again to get

better tolerance when pressing. 6. It is recommended to add grease during

initial installation. The oil storage pit on the

bearing surface can ensure the best grease

distribution, and the process oiling can greatly

improve the service life of the product.

雙金屬軸承以優(yōu)質(zhì)碳鋼為基體，表面燒結(jié)鉛錫青

銅合金；合金表面可以根據(jù)工況需要加工出各種

類型的油槽、儲(chǔ)油坑，以適合于無(wú)法加油或難以

加油的場(chǎng)合。

具有摩擦系數(shù)低、耐磨性能好、使用壽命長(zhǎng)、抗

咬合性能好等特點(diǎn)。

1.銅/鋁鉛銅合金燒結(jié)層，作為軸承的工作層提供

良好的潤(rùn)滑性能，具有較好的抗疲勞強(qiáng)度和抗咬

合性能。

2.低碳鋼基板，提供軸承的承載能力和熱轉(zhuǎn)移作

用。

Structuer Characteristics

固體潤(rùn)滑軸承是以高力黃銅、錫青銅、鋼銅雙金

屬、鑄鐵或軸承鋼為基材，表面按一定的角度和

密度鑲嵌以石墨(SL1)或PTFE加二硫化鑰(SL4)為

主要成分的固體潤(rùn)滑劑。

該系列產(chǎn)品機(jī)械承載能力好，適用于中高載荷、

啟動(dòng)頻繁無(wú)法加油或很難形成油膜的場(chǎng)合。
