日照位于中國(guó)東部沿海，山東省東南部，北接青島，西接臨沂，東與日本、韓國(guó)

隔海相望。日照是新亞歐大陸橋東方橋頭堡，也是中國(guó)“一帶一路＂戰(zhàn)略主要節(jié)

點(diǎn)城市。

Rizhao is located in the east coast of China, southeast of Shandong Province, bordering

Qingdao on the north and Linyi on the west. It faces Japan and South Korea across the sea.

Rizhao is the “Oriental Bridgehead” of the New Eurasian Continental Bridge, and also one of

the major cities of China's \"Belt and Road Initiative\" strategy.

The land area is 5,359 square kilometers, the sea area is 6,000 square kilometers, and the

population is 3,066,500.

Rizhao locates in warm-temperate region of China with a

humid continental monsoon climate. The four seasons in

Rizhao are distinct, with obvious differences between hot and

cold seasons, dry and wet seasons. Rizhao has a dry and

windy spring, warm summer, cool autumn, and mild winter.

It is praised as \"the south of northern China, the north of

southern China\".

Rizhao Economic-Technological Development Area was commenced in August 1991, and

was upgraded to a state-level economic and technological development area in 2010 with the

approval of the State Council. Close to the downtown of Rizhao, RETDA shares high-quality

resources in terms of education, medical care, financial and legal service, attracting more

and more foreign investors living and working here. To the east, RETDA is close to hundredmillion-ton port. In the area, high-speed railway, airport, freight railway and expressway form

an complete transportation system.

With a planning area of 118.74km2 and a population of 168,000, RETDA has two sub-districts

consisting of 86 villages.

日照港擁有瓦日、新菏兗日兩條千公里鐵路進(jìn)港，3 條高速公路和 5 條長(zhǎng)

輸管線直通港區(qū)，與 100 多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)通航，海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)、跨境運(yùn)輸聯(lián)通

中亞、中東歐。2021 年，日照港貨物吞吐量 5.4 億噸，居全國(guó)第 7 位；

集裝箱吞吐量 517 萬(wàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)箱，居全國(guó)第 11 位。

日照機(jī)場(chǎng)距離經(jīng)開區(qū)僅 20 分鐘車程，已累計(jì)開通至北京、上海、大連、

哈爾濱、廣州、廈門、深圳、西安等 21 城市 27 個(gè)通航點(diǎn)的航班，即將

開通到日本、韓國(guó)、泰國(guó)國(guó)際航線及貨運(yùn)包機(jī)。

沈海、長(zhǎng)深、日蘭三條高速公路和兩條國(guó)道，縱向連接遼東半島、山東半

島、長(zhǎng)江三角洲、珠江三角洲，橫向輻射中原大地。日濰高速、日棗高速、

嵐羅高速連接省內(nèi)高速路網(wǎng)，與周邊城市快速互通互聯(lián)。

日照高鐵站位于經(jīng)開區(qū)境內(nèi)，匯聚青日連鹽高鐵、魯南高鐵，實(shí)現(xiàn)膠東

“1 小時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)圈”，北京上?！?.5 小時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)圈”；匯聚日菏、坪嵐、膠

新三條鐵路；我國(guó)首條 30 噸軸重重載鐵路——瓦日鐵路終點(diǎn)設(shè)在經(jīng)開區(qū)。

There are two thousand-kilometer railways starting from Watang, Shanxi and

Xinxiang, Henan to Rizhao Port. Besides, there are three expressways and five longdistance transmission pipelines connecting to Rizhao Port, which is navigable to

more than 100 countries and regions. Sea-rail combined transportation and crossborder transportation connect China with Central Asia and Eastern Europe. In 2021,

the cargo throughput of Rizhao Port totaled 540 million tons, ranking 7th in China; the

container throughput reached 5.17 million TEUs, ranking 11th in China.

Rizhao Airport is only 20 minutes’ drive from RETDA. It has opened flights

to 27 destinations in 21 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, Harbin,

Guangzhou, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Xi'an and will soon open international flights

and cargo charter flights to Japan, South Korea and Thailand.

Three expressways (Shenyang-Haikou, Changchun-Shenzhen and LankaoRizhao) and two national ways connect Shandong Peninsula with eastern

Liaoning Peninsula, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and inland China.

Rizhao-Weifang Expressway, Rizhao-Zaozhuang Expressway and RizhaoLinyi Expressway crosses with the provincial expressway network and connect

Rizhao with surrounding cities.

Rizhao High-speed Railway Station is located in the RETDA, with QingdaoLianyungang-Yancheng high-speed rail and Southern Shandong rail crossing

through, by which it only takes 1 hour travelling from Rizhao to cities of

Shandong Peninsula and 4.5 hours to Beijing and Shanghai. Besides, there are

three rails crossing through Rizhao, namely Rizhao-Heze Railway, RizhaoLinyi Railway and Jiaozhou-Xinyi Railway. The first 30-ton freight railway in

China terminates at RETDA.

Regarding the auto and parts industry, two major production

bases has been built, namely, the Great Wall vehicle production

base and Hyundai Motor auto parts production base. The

Great Wall vehicle production base mainly produces vehicles

of motorcycle types including WEY, Macchiato Hybrid, Ballet

Cat, Cherry Cat, Haval SUV and so on. The Hyundai Motor auto

parts production base has WIA Engine and Transys Automatic

Gearboxes, both of which were invested by Hyundai Group.

Based on the two leading projects, more than 40 enterprises

from Korea, Japan, Europe and America and other enterprises

have settled in RETDA.

Relying on the geographical advantages and the constantly improving industrial supporting facilities, we

have cultivated and developed offshore engineering equipment projects such as oil and gas processing

equipment and drilling platform modules, intelligent equipment projects such as intelligent robots, and

chemical equipment projects such as heat exchangers and film evaporators.

High-end equipment manufacturing projects such as Dobot with a

total investment of 1 billion yuan, Himile Heavy Industry with a total

investment of 1 billion yuan, and Zhengyuan Chemical Equipment with

a total investment of 1 billion yuan have settled in RETDA.

RETDA has built a biopharmaceutical industrial park with a total area of 8.28 square

kilometers, of which the starting area with 4.17 square kilometers has been approved as

the sole biopharmaceutical zone in Shandong Province. The leading industries of the zone

consist of biopharma, biological manufacturing and marine bio-engineering. There are 28

enterprises in the zone at present, among which 21 biomedical enterprises has formed

a pharmaceutical chemistry chain represented by Xinglian Pharma, Zhengji Pharma,

Balot Pharma, Kechao Bio-pharma, a marine biological industry chain represented by

Jiejing Group, Yuantai Biology, Yinghe Biology,, and a medical apparatus industry chain

represented by Kindly Medical Apparatus and Tianguang Group, etc.

More than 30 enterprises of new information technology industry have settled in RETDA, forming an

integrated circuit industry chain represented by Keruite Semiconductor and AZURi Optics, and a new

display manufacturing industry chain represented by Aimango. In the future, RETDA will strive to extend

the chains of integrated circuit, intelligent manufacturing, and new display, and build a ecosystem of

new generation information technology based on chips design and manufacturing, and led by artificial

intelligence, Internet of Things and cloud computing services.

Rizhao is the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road, as well as the \"Oriental Bridgehead\" of the New

Eurasian Continental Bridge. Taking full advantage of its strategic position and convenient transportation,

Rizhao extends its market to central China to the west, connects north and south of China, and faces the

With 81,900 students in total, Rizhao has 8 provincial and municipal

colleges and universities such as Qufu Normal University, Shandong

Vocational and Technical University of International Studies and

水

Water

日照水資源總量 16.4 億立方米，是山東省的富水區(qū)。境內(nèi)

河流、水庫(kù)眾多，飲用水質(zhì)量達(dá)到國(guó)家一級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。區(qū)內(nèi)有水

廠 6 處，可滿足企業(yè)用水需求。

Rizhao has a total water storage of 1.64 billion cubic meters, with

many rivers and reservoirs. The water quality meets the national

first-class standard. In RETDA, there are 6 plants providing water

for enterprises.

綜合水價(jià) 4.18 元 / 立方米（含基本水價(jià) 2.38 元 / 立方米、

污水處理費(fèi) 1.4 元 / 立方米、不征稅自來(lái)水 0.4 元 / 立方米）。

Water Price: 4.18 yuan/m3 (consisting of basic water price of 2.38

yuan/m3, sewage treatment fee of 1.4 yuan/ m3, water resources

tax of 0.4 yuan/ m3).

工業(yè)用：4.223 元 / 立方米（2022 年 9 月份最高限價(jià)，具

體協(xié)議價(jià)格為準(zhǔn)）。

Industrial gas: 4.223 yuan/ m3 (This is the price ceiling in

September 2022, specific price is subject to the final negotiated

price with gas supplier).

蒸汽

steam

生產(chǎn)用：200.2 元 / 噸；蒸汽供應(yīng)能力約 650 噸 / 小時(shí)。

Industrial steam: 200.2 yuan/ton. Steam supply capacity: 650 tons/

hour.
