防水對建筑結(jié)構(gòu)保護(hù)起到至關(guān)重要的作用，避免因受潮、老化、

長期受風(fēng)雨侵蝕而出現(xiàn)滲漏。如沒選擇合適的防水產(chǎn)品，水汽容

易滲透至建筑內(nèi)部，影響對基面粘結(jié)力、并造成結(jié)構(gòu)損壞，受潮

基面漆料及面層材料難穩(wěn)定附著。廚、衛(wèi)生間等濕氣重的場所，

會出現(xiàn)滲漏情況。外墻受到環(huán)境氣候變化的侵害，如沒有良好的

防水層，同樣沒辦法完善保護(hù)基材。

而馬貝既有水泥基膠凝材料的強(qiáng)度，易與潮濕基面粘結(jié)，又兼有

聚合物涂膜的彈性大、防水性好的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。無毒、無害，不存在瀝

青、焦油、有機(jī)溶劑型防水材料污染弊端?？捎诔睗窕媸┕?、

方便快捷。致密防水層可有效保障建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全，堵住水汽滲

透，以避免出現(xiàn)因受潮而出現(xiàn)的裂縫和基面損壞。

Waterproofing treatment plays an important role in building protection,

preventing it from leakage caused by damping, aging and atmospheric

corrosion. Without proper waterproofing treatment, penetration can easily

affect the building structure and the adhesion to the substrate that lead to

serious constructural damage. Both coating and covering materials are difficult

to adhere well on such damped substrate. Leakage is common in places

like kitchen and bathroom etc. caused by such damage. The exterior wall

always suffers attack caused by temperature change. In case waterproofing

application has not been done properly, the substrate should not be protected

well.

Mapei waterproofing materials are combined with the features of

cementitious hydric strength, easy bonding to wet substrate, good elasticity

and waterproofing strength. Non-toxic, user-friendly, free of bitumen, tar and

solvent waterproofing substance, easy to apply on wet substrate, compact

waterproofing layer maintains building’s stabilized structure, stopping vapor

penetration, cracking and damage to the substrate.
