2021 年 4 月，嘉里不夜城企業(yè)中心獲得 TRUE 零廢

棄物鉑金級認(rèn)證，成為中國首個(gè)榮獲此項(xiàng)認(rèn)證的商業(yè)

綜合體。同年 5 月，項(xiàng)目又獲得 LEED Zero Waste 認(rèn)

In April 2021,Kerry Everbright City Enterprise Centre

was granted the TRUE Zero Waste Platinum Certification, making it the first commercial complex in China

to be awarded such certification. In May of the same

year, the Project became the first in Asia to be commended the LEED Zero Waste Certification, leading

energy efficiency and waste reduction in the building

industry as a role model.

LEED O+M Certification assesses the “green”performance of a building based on operational data in

terms of location and transportation,energy and atmosphere, sustainable sites,materials and resources,

water efficiency,indoor environmental quality, innovation,etc.It serves as a complement to the original

LEED system for “green operations and maintenance”.Kerry Everbright City Enterprise Centre was awarded LEED O+M Platinum Certification in November 2020.

聯(lián)客”線上服務(wù)平臺(tái)，將物業(yè)服務(wù)功能線上化。辦公室的

閑置電腦和電子設(shè)備收集運(yùn)往新疆喀什巴楚縣學(xué)校，再

次體現(xiàn)了價(jià)值。

To create a more humanized and eco-friendly office environment, we have developed the "Kerry Links" online service

platform to digitize property service functions. Idle computers

and electronic equipment from the offices are also sent to

schools in Bachu County, Kashgar, Xinjiang, reviving the value

of these equipment once more.

We have been collecting and sorting wet waste from food

and beverage stores at our arcade for further processing

into the biochemical processor, which decomposes (most

of) the waste into water through microorganisms, thereby

reducing the pollution to the environment.

Our customer service personnel always advocate the

concept of environmental protection, and will inform

tenants and merchants from time to time. We also positively motivate food and beverage tenants to adopt biodegradable meal boxes and paper straws and encourage them to

reduce the use of disposable items and replace them with

recyclable containers.

In the display area at Kerry Everbright City Enterprise

Centre, we have placed recycled bookshelves, recycled

tables and chairs as well as recycled waste separation bins

all made from milk cartons. The milk cartons have been

recycled into a variety of office furniture and integrated into

the practical office life.

The “recycled waste bin” is made up of approx. 2,000 milk

cartons. Milk cartons are made from materials such as

paper, plastic and aluminum, which could be easily molded

by hot pressing, thereby completely eliminating the harm

of formaldehyde , making the bin a natural and environmentally friendly product.

Adopting the "Dual Network Recycling Model", Kerry Everbright City Enterprise Centre integrates the domestic waste

classification and transportation system with the domestic

recycling system source to realize the unified classification

of various waste resources for delivery, collection & transportation and resource recycling.

生活垃圾分類收運(yùn)體系和生活源再生資源回收體系的

“再生垃圾桶回收箱”是由約 2,000 個(gè)牛奶盒組成的。牛

奶盒結(jié)構(gòu)中包含紙張、塑料、鋁等材料，透過熱壓就可以

At Kerry Everbright City Enterprise Centre, the neatly

arranged delivery robots in the lobby are the exclusive

deliverymen for Kerry tenants. They skillfully shuttle

through in the office building, automatically set their

routes according to their destinations and travel

unhindered to deliver takeout and packages straight

into the hands of people.

There are no trash in the world, only misplaced treasures. Kerry Robot has been officially launched to

promote the recycling of unused resources! The Recycling Robot consists of two cabinets, with the green

cabinet recycling plastic bottles and the blue one recycling used batteries, reducing the burden and pollution of used items to the environment, and rediscover

value and significance of the discarded items.

用“移動(dòng)工單”APP?！耙苿?dòng)工單”APP 緊密地結(jié)合 JDE 物業(yè)

工單模塊，擁有工單分配、工單處理、工單跟蹤等功能，規(guī)范

了工作處理流程。保養(yǎng)部員工通過智能終端可隨時(shí)接收工

單，跟進(jìn)報(bào)修，租戶和班組長亦可通過終端確認(rèn)維修成果。

自此，開啟了移動(dòng)工單 1.0 時(shí)代。

When it comes to property services, the speed of response to

repair requests from tenants often determine customer

satisfaction. Since 2016, the Mobile Work Order App has

been used at our complex projects in Shanghai. The Mobile

Work Order APP is closely integrated with the JDE property

work order modules, featuring functions such as work order

assignment, work order processing and work order tracking，

standardizing the work processing flow. Employees of the

Maintenance Department can receive work orders and

follow up on repairs at any time through the intelligent

terminals; tenants and shift leaders can also confirm maintenance results through the terminals. This has marked the

initiation of the Mobile Work Order 1.0 era.

我們的辦公室于近日喬遷至嘉里不夜城企業(yè)中心二座，并

將于 2022 年上半年榮獲 WELL 鉑金級認(rèn)證。從設(shè)計(jì)、選材、

裝修各階段，項(xiàng)目秉承集團(tuán)關(guān)注環(huán)境、關(guān)愛員工的理念，積

極營造健康、便利、舒適的辦公環(huán)境。

從立項(xiàng)伊始，項(xiàng)目組便根據(jù) WELL 健康建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的相關(guān)要

求，從空氣、水、光、運(yùn)動(dòng)、熱舒適、噪音、材料、精神等方面為

新辦公室注入健康力。

Recently, our office has been relocated to Tower 2 of Kerry Everbright City Enterprise Centre and will be awarded The WELL

Platinum Certification in the first half of 2022. At various stages

including design, material selection and decoration, the Project

adheres to the philosophy of the Group to care for the environment and employees, and actively create a healthy, convenient

and comfortable office environment.

Since the Project‘s establishment, the project team has been

infusing better health into the new office in terms of air, water,

light, movement, thermal comfort, noise, material and spirit

based on related requirements of The WELL Building Standard.

In terms of air quality, the Project has obtained The RESET AIR

Certification; in terms of water quality, all indicators are in line

with national standards; in terms of lighting, international standard lighting color rendering indicators have been applied to

reduce artificial lighting strobe and maximize visual comfort; in

terms of exercise, all employees have been equipped with ergonomic chairs, and public indoor space is available for employees to relax and hold small events; in terms of thermal comfort,

air quality has been improved by equalizing temperature and

humidity; in terms of noise, the acoustic environment comfort

has been improved through effective noise reduction measures; in terms of spirit, an open and natural office environment

has been created as much as possible, and the comfort level

has been increased by greenery and ecological accents.

指標(biāo)均符合國標(biāo)要求；光照方面，采用國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的照明顯

全員配備符合人體工程學(xué)的座椅，有公共室內(nèi)空間供員工

休憩及舉辦小型活動(dòng)；熱舒適方面，通過均衡溫度和濕度，

改善空氣質(zhì)量；噪音方面，通過行之有效的降噪措施，提高

聲環(huán)境舒適度；精神方面，盡可能營造開闊、自然的辦公環(huán)

境，并通過綠植生態(tài)點(diǎn)綴，增加舒適度。

It is worth mentioning that we have strictly followed the "Green

Procurement Policy" championed by the Group in the selection

of decoration materials for our new home. All the panels used

in office furniture are in line with the new national (GB/T39600-2021)

Enf grade requirements, with formaldehyde emissions no

greater than 0.025mg/m3, and we also actively explore the

reuse of fitting materials. For example, aluminum ceiling

panels, raised flooring, acoustic foam and some light panels

have all been sourced from used materials to actively cooperate with the objective of recycling.

導(dǎo)的“綠色采購政策”，為新家優(yōu)選用材。所有辦公家具使用

With the comprehensive progress of social development and

technology, Kerry is actively engaged in staff training to fully

prepare for current and future competition. As recommended

by Management, Kerry has organized a company-wide training

for LEED and WELL in November and December, and participation in subsequent AP exams. In such an environment full of

both opportunities and challenges, we have been constantly

reflecting and researching to solidify our own foundations so as

to adhere to continuous progress in training and forge ahead in

With the rise in global temperatures and sea levels, the

frequency and severity of climate disasters such as heat

waves, floods, droughts, and extreme weather will

continue to increase. Kerry Group has been aware that

global climate change poses certain challenges to our

business. We share the responsibility to address climate

that we are prepared to prevent and have the ability to

absorb, adapt and recover quickly from negative

climate events in our construction and operations..

The Group supports "Goal 13: Climate Action" of the

Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations

and will spare no effort to reduce its carbon footprint

and enhance its adaptation and resilience to climate

change. In response, a Climate Risk Assessment Seminar was held in Kerry Everbright City after Typhoon

"In-fa", to discuss and exchange ideas with representatives from a number of companies at Kerry Everbright

City Enterprise Centre.

隨著全球氣溫升高和海平面上升，熱浪、洪水、干旱

和極端天氣等氣候?yàn)?zāi)害的頻率和嚴(yán)重程度都將與日

俱增。嘉里集團(tuán)了解到全球氣候變化會(huì)對我們的業(yè)

務(wù)帶來一定的考驗(yàn)。我們有責(zé)任應(yīng)對氣候風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，確保

業(yè)務(wù)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，同時(shí)減低我們營運(yùn)及價(jià)值鏈的碳

排放，緩解氣候惡化。

在過去的幾個(gè)月里，我們研究了目前以及未來四十年

與業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的物理氣候風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并審查了我們目前的政

策、進(jìn)程和程序，以確保我們的建設(shè)和運(yùn)營在負(fù)面氣

候事件上做好預(yù)防，并有能力吸收、適應(yīng)和迅速恢復(fù)。

集團(tuán)支持「聯(lián)合國可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)」中的「目標(biāo) 13：

氣候行動(dòng)」，并將不遺余力地減少其碳足印，以及提升

The climate issue is a dilemma requiring urgent discussion and

solution by the entire human race. At this seminar, we invited

tenants of Kerry Everbright City Enterprise Centre to discuss the

impacts of climate change on us all, with an aim to obtaining

recognition of Kerry's environmental initiatives and working

together to achieve the goal of "zero waste" with the tenants.

氣候問題，是一道亟待全人類共同探討與解決的難題，在這

次研討會(huì)上，我們邀請到嘉里不夜城企業(yè)中心的入駐租戶，

一同來探討氣候變化對大家的影響，以期得到租戶對嘉里

各項(xiàng)環(huán)保舉措的認(rèn)可，并共同實(shí)現(xiàn) “零廢棄”的環(huán)保目標(biāo)。

We are committed to improving the resilience of property operations and management to climate-related risks and strengthening the ability to respond to climate stimuli or their impacts in

the following key areas:

? Incorporate climate-related risks in our risk management and

internal control systems;

? Develop systematic processes where practicable;

? Perform climate resilience assessments at our properties;

? Develop feasible measures to prevent the impact of climate

risks on property operations and management;

? Regularly report on guidelines, measures, and progress regarding

the improvement of climate-related risk response capabilities.

To address the challenges of climate change in an integrated,

scientific, and effective manner, it is necessary to start with

smaller things. Kerry is striving to practice an environmentally

friendly and moderate lifestyle and make green the latest

trend!

候相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的適應(yīng)能力，及鞏固應(yīng)對氣候刺激因素或其影

響的能力：

we have been committed to promoting the cause of public

welfare, delivering positive energy to society and giving

activities.

Hiking Warriors is a charity walking fundraising event we

launched in 2021.On May 15th, the "Walk with Kerry" team,

formed by Kerry Properties and its tenant partner Wolters

Kluwer China, completed the 50km challenge and exceeded

the fundraiser target to speak out for children in need!

Distinct colored paintings of Kerry painted by deaf artists are

on the wall!

In 2020, we had the honor of partnering with the Smile for

Tomorrow Foundation to have Shanghai's best deaf painters

work their magic for the Kerry Everbright City Phase I

podium. Upon completion, we further reproduced them on

the walls of the podium of Phase I by using a pollution-free

spray-painting process. They can't hear the world, but they

make their world colorful and radiate their unique charms in

the silent world they love.

The Phase I Podium is rejuvenating and will flourish in 2023.

The vision implied by the wall paintings carries the sustainable development route of Kerry Group and the expectations

for the wonderful re-opening of Phase I Podium in 2023.

Growing through change, improving through progress, living

up to the opportunities of the times and positively facing the

challenges; we are striving to reach new heights.

聾啞人畫家繪制的嘉里特色彩繪上墻了！

2020 年，我們有幸與微笑明天基金會(huì)合作，讓上海優(yōu)秀

的聾啞人畫家為嘉里不夜城一期裙房作畫。待作品完成

后，我們采用無污染的噴繪工藝，將其還原到一期裙房

的外立面上。他們聽不見世界的聲音，卻讓自己的世界

五彩斑斕，他們在自己熱愛的無聲世界里，散發(fā)著自己

獨(dú)特的魅力。

一期裙房正在進(jìn)行煥新改造，將于 2023 年閃耀綻放，一

幅幅墻繪所寓意的愿景，承載著嘉里集團(tuán)可持續(xù)發(fā)展路

線以及對一期裙房 2023 年重新開業(yè)的美好期許，在變

革中成長，在進(jìn)取中提升，不負(fù)時(shí)代的機(jī)遇，積極面對挑

戰(zhàn)，為實(shí)現(xiàn)煥新發(fā)展而奮勇拼搏。
