The first green three-star public building evaluation and identification project in China

Project overview: The project is located in the Xinzhuang Experimental Park

，Shanghai Academy of Building Sciences, covering an area of 904 square

meters, with a building area of nearly 2,000 square meters. It has three floors

on the ground, divided according to the use function. The west side is the

environmental laboratory, the east side is the exhibition area and office room,

and the middle east side is the central atrium.

Design philosophy: The project integrates the advanced technology research

results of more than 60 industry-university-research consortiums in domestic

and In the domestic and overseas, comprehensively shows the green building

technology system with advanced international level for the first time in China,

puts forward, interprets and practices the basic concept of green building

\"saving resources, saving energy, protecting the environment and putting

people first\". Ten technology systems have been formed, including \"ultralow energy consumption, natural ventilation, natural lighting, healthy air

conditioning, renewable energy, green building materials, intelligent control,

地面積 904 平方米，建筑面積將近 2000 平方米，地上三層，按

照使用功能進(jìn)行劃分，西向?yàn)榄h(huán)境實(shí)驗(yàn)室，東向?yàn)檎故緟^(qū)和辦公

用房，在東向的中部設(shè)有中庭。

設(shè)計(jì)理念：項(xiàng)目集成了國內(nèi)外 60 多家產(chǎn)學(xué)研聯(lián)合體的先進(jìn)技術(shù)

研究成果，在國內(nèi)第一次全面展示了同期具有國際先進(jìn)水平的綠

色建筑技術(shù)體系，提出并詮釋、實(shí)踐了綠色建筑“節(jié)約資源、節(jié)

省能源、保護(hù)環(huán)境、以人為本”的基本理念，形成“超低能耗、

自然通風(fēng)、天然采光、健康空調(diào)、再生能源、綠色建材、智能控

三星級綠色建筑“設(shè)計(jì) + 運(yùn)營”認(rèn)證

Three-star green building \"Design + Operation\" certification

Project overview: The total construction area of the project is 9,992 square

meters, including 4,573 square meters of the main office building, 2,402

square meters of the scientific research annex and 3,017 square meters of

the underground garage and supporting rooms. The main building has seven

floors above ground and one floor below ground, including the general office

and conference functions. The attached building has four floors above ground

and one floor below ground, including specialized laboratories for energy

conservation and acoustics.

Design philosophy: The project design combines green strategy with

architectural expression, and attaches importance to the coordination with

the surrounding buildings and landscape ecology and the contribution to the

environment, and organically integrates \"green design\" into the use function and

humanistic pursuit of the building. Taking passive energy-saving design as the

starting point, an economically applicable technical system has been formulated

from the perspective of green buildings.After the completion of the project, it

will add radiance to the existing Shanghai ecological building demonstration

buildings in the park, forming a bright green landscape of Jianke.

Project highlights:

① Zeitgeist: The new, higher-level harmony of today's world is based on

individual differences: some flattened \"boxes\" seem to be randomly stacked

together, but they form an overall momentum of divergence, openness and

rotation.

② Corporate Culture: The owner, Shanghai Jianke Group, is composed of several

relatively independent and distinctive business units and subsidiaries, focusing

on the theme of architecture and unifying in the overall strategy and culture of

the group.

③ Urban context: The orientation of the bottom floor of the building coincides

with the rectangular pattern of the park, and after the main building is deflected

by layers, the top floor is parallel to the southern road and integrated into the

urban fabric finally.

④ Architectural tradition: The quiet courtyard behind the foyer exudes the aura

of a Jiangnan garden; the steel lattice frame used for climbing vines to shade the

sun reflects the rhythm of traditional architectural door and window lattice.

Project highlights:

① Green upgrade:The building used recycled concrete, low-carbon marked

building materials, low-impact development technology, renewable energy

building storage wall and adaptive fresh air control technology and other leading

and economical green building technologies, completing three national scientific

research projects, meeting the three-star double certification of green building

and healthy operation and maintenance.

② Health care :The adaptive fresh air system with independent intellectual

property rights is adopted, and the indoor and outdoor PM2.5 concentration

level is automatically selected to reduce the operating energy consumption

based on ensuring the health of the indoor environment; the SRIBS IAQ

Professional building indoor air quality design software is adopted to ensure the

healthy indoor air quality.

③ Low carbon and efficient:The application ratio of recycled concrete in the

main structure reaches more than 50%; 100% of the pedestrian trails are made of

construction waste concrete permeable bricks; and the sponge landscape design

makes the total annual runoff control rate of the park reach 70%, as well as 20%

lower carbon emissions than similar parks.

④ Smart Control System:The building adopts landscape information

database management system, GIS/BIM technology, VR/AR technology etc.,

to comprehensively and effectively monitor and manage building-related

equipment.

⑤ Ecological feeding:The design responded to local conditions,entirely

borrowing the site and surrounding terrain, green ecology and existing materials,

to achieve the purpose of resource conservation and sustainable development.

上海首例工程總承包試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、華東地區(qū)第一棟健康三星建筑

The first pilot project of general contracting in Shanghai and the first three-star healthy building in Eastern China

Project overview: The project is located at No. 519 Shenwang Road, Xinzhuang

Science and Technology Park, Minhang District, Shanghai City, with a total

construction area of 23697.61 ㎡ . The main body is a frame structure, and the

above ground part is a 6-storey experimental R&D building with a floor area

of 9511.35 ㎡ . The underground part is 2 floors with a construction area of

14,186.26 ㎡ , one of which is a laboratory and the other is a garage.

Design philosophy: The architectural design follows the principle of \"harmony

but difference, eclecticism\". The volume of the building is considered to be in

harmony with the existing office buildings in the surrounding area, and the

volume of the office building on the west side is the same. The top of the south

building cantilevered a box, and the slightly twisted and staggered volume

corresponds to the complex building at the southernmost end of the park,

forming passive self-shading and giving the building a a sense of agility.

總建筑面積 23697.61 ㎡。主體為框架結(jié)構(gòu)，地上部分為 6 層的

實(shí)驗(yàn)研發(fā)樓，建筑面積 9511.35 ㎡。地下部分 2 層，其中一層

為實(shí)驗(yàn)室，一層為車庫，建筑面積 14186.26 ㎡。

設(shè)計(jì)理念：建筑形體設(shè)計(jì)遵循“和而不同，兼收并蓄”的原則。

建筑體量上考慮與周邊既有辦公建筑相協(xié)調(diào)，與西側(cè)辦公樓體量

一致，適宜采用南低北高，形成對稱式建筑布局。南樓頂部懸挑

盒子，輕微扭轉(zhuǎn)錯(cuò)動(dòng)的體量與園區(qū)最南端的綜合樓遙呼相應(yīng)，形

成被動(dòng)自遮陽，賦予建筑靈動(dòng)之美。

項(xiàng)目亮點(diǎn)：

①綠色升級 : 采用再生混凝土、低碳標(biāo)識的建筑材料、低沖擊開

發(fā)技術(shù)、可再生能源建筑蓄能墻體以及自適應(yīng)新風(fēng)調(diào)控技術(shù)等領(lǐng)

先且經(jīng)濟(jì)的綠色建筑技術(shù)，達(dá)到國家級科研項(xiàng)目三個(gè)，滿足建筑

與健康運(yùn)維三星雙認(rèn)證。

②健康關(guān)懷 : 采用具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的自適應(yīng)新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，根據(jù)室

the west. The plot covers an area of 13,199 square meters, the nature of the

land is for research and design.

Design philosophy: This project takes \"natural container and technological

paradise\" as the design concept, reshapes the people-oriented ecological

environment in the park plot at No. 75 Wanping South Road, creates an

innovative and advanced space experience, and establishes a model for

National Green Building Demonstration Project

Project overview: The project is located in the north of Yanzheng West

Avenue, west of Lvjian Landscape Avenue, south of Xizheng Road and east of

Caoxi Road, with a land area of 17,026 square meters and a total construction

area of 37,161 square meters. The plot ratio is 1.47 and the green rate is

13.3%. The project is divided into the main building and the auxiliary building.

The main building is a general office building with 9 floors above ground

and 1 floor underground, which belongs to the second-class high-rise. The

auxiliary building is for office facilities, one floor above ground and two floors

underground.

Design philosophy: The project mainly adopts passive green design

techniques, combined with appropriate green technology measures, based on

the principle of \"3E\" (Energy, Environment, Economy), designed in accordance

with China's three-star standards for green buildings under the premise of

meeting the use function, and at the same time reflects transcendence and

innovation to create a \"super three-star\" green building.

Project highlights:

① V-type self-shading: the building volume is designed according to the tilt

Angle of the sun height Angle in Changzhou in summer. The south and north

facades form an Angle of 80 degrees with the ground. The upper and lower

facades are large and small, in a V-shape.

② Ecological purification: Considering the annual average rainfall and the

seasonal distribution of rainfall in Changzhou, roof rainwater and road

rainwater are discharged into the municipal rainwater pipe network through

the pipe system.

③ Three-dimensional greening: adopt multi-level and multi-form threedimensional greening design: vertical greening, roof ecological green slope,

atrium garden.

④ Indoor maintenance: A. standard layer wind environment analysis

路以南，漕溪路以東，用地面積 17026 ㎡，總建筑面積 37161 ㎡，

容積率 1.47，綠化率 13.3%。項(xiàng)目分主樓和配樓兩棟，主樓為

普通辦公，地上 9 層，地下 1 層，屬于二類高層 ；配樓為辦公

配套，地上一層，地下 2 層。

設(shè)計(jì)理念：該項(xiàng)目主要采用被動(dòng)式的綠色設(shè)計(jì)手法 , 結(jié)合適宜的

綠色技術(shù)措施 , 以“3E” (Energy、Environment、Economy)

Super high-rise commercial office complex

Project overview: The project is located in the core of pudong financial

district, the hinterland of dlujiazui region, and the core of zhuyuan business

district. The project consists of a 28-storey pure office building and a threestorey podium commercial building, with a total construction area of 63,100

square meters.

Design philosophy: This project adopts the three-dimensional combination

design technique in the tiny plot near the subway to create a concise and

dignified efficient office space.

Project highlights:

① Based on the super high-rise office building, the efficiency of the building

is vastly improved by using a three-dimensional combination of volume and

vertical zoning design .

② The basement of the project is only 10 meters away from the subway,

which requires strict subway protection standards. The design adopts the

underground diaphragm wall technology, which is rarely used at that time, and

is assisted by finite element calculation to control the settlement deformation

and avoid the influence on the running subway.

Project overview: The project is located in the Economic and Technological

Development Zone of Songjiang District, Shanghai, east to Dongshenggang,

west to Shihua Kejin Road, south to Shihua Kejin Road, north to Wenxiang

Road. The east side of the plot is adjacent to the water, and the west side is the

south Kejin Road. The project covers an area of 57,158 square meters (about

86 acres), with a total construction area of about 180,000 square meters.

Design philosophy: The project design fully combines the corporate culture,

adopts the design concept of \"Everything faces the center, and heaven and

The project is a hub radiating the hinterland of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui to the west in the G60 Science and

Technology Innovation Valley,It is a comprehensive project integrating science and innovation, humanities and ecology

Project overview: The project is located in the key area along G60 Science

and Innovation Corridor, Songjiang District, Shanghai, south of Sixian Road,

north of Dingsheng Road and west of Dingsheng Road, covering an area of

about 304 mu. Combined with the satellite cloud image and survey, it can be

seen that: ① the land is uneven and the edges are irregular, which is no longer

suitable for unified transfer and should be developed by industrial land. ②

The site is overgrown with weeds, which is difficult to manage uniformly, and

seriously affects the overall image of G60 Science and innovation corridor.

Design philosophy: This project has created a science and technology

innovation park mode based on the concept of poetic park with cultural

heritage, scientific origin of exploration and innovation, and landscape pattern

with heaven and earth in harmony. It is characterized by human-landscape

symbiosis, human-creation integration, and human-city sharing. Echoing the

local mountain landscape of Songjiang and the surrounding terrain of the

site, the overlapping hills combine with the 2.5km display surface to form

the \"nine peaks and twelve mountains\" of the Songjiang Scientific Research

Headquarters Park.

① One axis: Combining the area site and the planned road, a core axis leads

the planning of the whole park. The longitudinal symmetric axis greatly

expands the influence scope of key areas of G60 science and innovation

landscape axis, the design is extended to both sides along the topographic

trend, forming three ribbonlike architectural complexes at different levels that

學(xué)原點(diǎn)、天地至合的山水格局為理念的人景共生、人創(chuàng)融合、人

城共享的科創(chuàng)園區(qū)模式。與松江當(dāng)?shù)氐纳絼莺蛨龅刂苓叺牡貏菹?/p>

呼應(yīng)，層疊起伏的山形結(jié)合 2.5km 的展示面，形成松江科研總

部園區(qū)的“九峰十二山”。

Project overview: This project is built to meet the multi-functional needs of

Taiping Bird enterprise, such as office, creative, research and development.

The building on the ground is a five-storey garden-style large space office.

The underground three-storey building functions as garage, office supporting

facilities and human defense area. The foundation is buried more than

10M deep. The above - and underground atriums are large complex steel

structures. The upper part of the building includes decorative curtain wall and

photovoltaic panel frame layer. The overall building space structure is complex

and it has many technical difficulties.

Design philosophy: The building adopts the concept of \"Thermal flow\" and

creates an ecological office environment through the rotary self-shading form.

The varied structural modeling inside the building, as well as the interior and

exterior green layout and other Spaces, fully create a good environment,

healthy and harmonious garden-style office atmosphere. Design strictly

adhering to the company's \"happy work, happy life\" corporate culture,

vigorously promote employee happiness.

Project highlights:

① Demonstration project of national key R&D Plan projects. ② The key project

of Ningbo City and the key project of Ningbo City economic transformation

and development three-year action project plan. ③ Three-star project of

green building. ④ Reduce the energy consumption of the building. ⑤ Efficient

development of underground space to improve supporting functions. ⑥ Low

investment and efficient passive technology, and the surrounding ecosystem to

comprehensive energy consumption monitoring system of buildings provides

data reference for similar buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas.

項(xiàng)目概況：本項(xiàng)目為滿足太平鳥企業(yè)辦公、創(chuàng)意、研發(fā)等多功能

的需求而建。地上建筑為五層花園式大空間辦公。地下三層建筑，

功能為汽車庫、辦公配套及人防區(qū)?；A(chǔ)埋深超過 10M。地上

及地下中庭屬于大型復(fù)雜鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。建筑物上部含裝飾用幕墻和光

伏板構(gòu)架層等。整體建筑空間結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，技術(shù)難點(diǎn)多。

設(shè)計(jì)理念：建筑造型采用“Thermal 熱氣流”理念，通過旋轉(zhuǎn)

式自遮陽形態(tài)，營造生態(tài)辦公環(huán)境。建筑內(nèi)部變化多樣的結(jié)構(gòu)造

型，以及內(nèi)外綠化的布置等空間，充分營造了環(huán)境良好、健康和

諧的花園式辦公氛圍。設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)嚴(yán)格秉承公司的“快樂工作、快樂

National \"Transportation Power\" demonstration project -- industrial development highland with international influence

and Silicon Valley of intelligent transportation technology

Project overview: Located in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang

Province, the project consists of 12 industrial buildings and 4 innovative

R&D buildings. Relying on the important industrial status of the smart

transportation museum in the development system of the smart

transportation industry, through the mode of \"bringing exhibition, promoting

production by exhibition, and rejuvenating the city by production\", the project

of the smart transportation industrial park is deeply radiated and empowered,

and the smart transportation industry in Zhejiang is truly rooted and laid

down through the resource aggregation of the core transportation industry.

Design concept: The buildings are organized in clusters, emphasizing the

connection and communication between buildings. Through the series of

several courtyards, a natural group space and a sense of sequence extending

in depth are formed. The organic integration of indoor and outdoor space, the

starting, bearing, turning and combining of architectural sequence, and the

interweaving of natural landscape all show the unique aesthetic implication

and great potential of layout.

Project highlights:

① Starting from the urban design, to conside the surrounding relationship of

the site

In view of the industrial needs and the positioning of the city image, the

building design forms a positive internal group space with the layout of

natural combination and appropriate dislocation. The buildings on the north

and south sides enclose the basic neighborhood units, and the group space

organization contour is rich, and there are changes in the unity.

② Rich interaction places to create fun space

Part of the building adopts a backoff roof garden. The green axis of the

landscape passes through the single buildings and connects the riverbank

landscape. The entrance space along the river, the back terrace and the roof

garden are used to create a public space to realize the communication and

interaction among industries, enterprises and people.

通過幾個(gè)庭院的串聯(lián)，形成自然的組群空間及縱深延展的序列感。

室內(nèi)外空間有機(jī)交融，建筑序列的起、承、轉(zhuǎn)、合，以及自然景

觀的交織都表現(xiàn)出布局審美上的獨(dú)特意蘊(yùn)和巨大潛能。

項(xiàng)目亮點(diǎn)：

①從城市設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā)，整體考慮基地周邊關(guān)系

針對產(chǎn)業(yè)需求和城市形象定位，建筑設(shè)計(jì)以自然組合、適當(dāng)錯(cuò)位

的布局，形成積極的內(nèi)部組團(tuán)空間。南北兩側(cè)建筑圍合出基本的

鄰里單位，群體空間組織輪廓豐富，統(tǒng)一中有變化。

②豐富的交互場所，創(chuàng)造樂趣空間

局部建筑采用退臺式屋頂花園，景觀綠軸從建筑單體間穿過，連

接河岸景觀。利用沿河入口空間、退臺、屋頂花園，營造公共空

間，實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)、企業(yè)、人群之間的交流與互動(dòng)。

Project overview: The whole park consists of 10 above-ground buildings and

an overall basement, accommodating about 1,000 international students and

500 apartments for talents. The goal is to provide a platform for international

students from all over the world to live and communicate, a door-to-door

innovation incubation base for students to practice, a nearby ideal living place

for top talents at home and abroad, and to create a vibrant international

community of students and young teachers.

Design philosophy: Efficient and economical environmentally friendly

buildings and green parks: to create comfortable indoor and outdoor space

and control cost as much as possible, using natural ventilation, natural

lighting, highly efficient thermal insulation and shading efficient feasible green

design strategies, let the natural factors such as sunshine, air, green plants

can free flow in the architectural space, build people-oriented, reflect project

characteristics and style of jiaotong university innovative mixed community

work life, to create environmentally friendly green building parks.

Project highlights:

① Humanistic innovation and underground utilization: infiltration and

Campus building

Project overview: Shanghai Nanyang Model High School is one of the earliest

modern schools founded by the Chinese themselves. It was founded in 1901,

and its predecessor was the affiliated Primary school of Nanyang Public

School. In 2007, Shanghai experimental demonstrative Senior High School

with 30 classes was built in lingling Road, Xuhui District, which is learningoriented, warm-oriented, digital and international.

Design philosophy: The design of the downtown campus conforms to

the concept of space from heaven to earth on irregular land. Most of the

monoliths are raised from the ground floor and developed into semiunderground open spaces as activity places. The roof platforms of many

buildings are also used as sports or green land. And formed five areas: the

teaching office area is in the northeast side of the campus ,the life service

area is in the north side , the sports field and the corresponding cultural and

sports area is in the west side , and the reserved comprehensive area is in the

central administrative area and the southwest side.

Project highlights:

① Reconstruction of the landmark memorial building -- \"Red Building\",

emphasizing its historical context, through the study of historical photos for

restoration, reflecting the long history of Nanmo school;

② The overall tone of the campus is red brick and white paint, carefully

matched, which not only reflects the historical charm and Shanghai style, but

also has a lively atmosphere of The Times.

③ Partial reinforcement and renovation of the complex building, integrated

with the new campus, complement each other.

④ Under the restriction of limited land use scope, a reasonable layout of 400

meters standard track sports field required by the school.

⑤ The complex large space comprehensive function of the cultural and sports

building, the integrated design of architecture and structure.

項(xiàng)目概況：上海市南洋模范中學(xué)是中國人自己創(chuàng)辦的最早新式學(xué)

堂之一，創(chuàng)建于 1901 年，其前身是南洋公學(xué)附屬小學(xué)。2007

年，在徐匯區(qū)零陵路新建具有學(xué)習(xí)型、溫馨型，數(shù)字化、國際化

的 30 班規(guī)模上海市實(shí)驗(yàn)性示范性高級中學(xué)。

設(shè)計(jì)理念：市中心校區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)順應(yīng)不規(guī)則用地上天入地要空間的理

念，大部分單體都采取了底層架空并向下發(fā)展半地下開敞空間作

為活動(dòng)場所的處理方式，許多建筑物的屋頂平臺也兼做了運(yùn)動(dòng)或

者綠化用地。并形成了五大區(qū)域：校園東北側(cè)的教學(xué)辦公區(qū)、北

側(cè)的生活服務(wù)區(qū)、西側(cè)的運(yùn)動(dòng)場及與之對應(yīng)的文體區(qū)，中央的行

政辦公區(qū)、西南側(cè)保留的綜合區(qū)。

項(xiàng)目亮點(diǎn)：

①重建標(biāo)志性紀(jì)念建筑——“紅樓”，強(qiáng)調(diào)其歷史文脈，通過研

究歷史照片進(jìn)行復(fù)原，體現(xiàn)南模悠久的辦學(xué)歷史；

②校園整體色調(diào)采用紅磚加白色涂料，精心搭配，既體現(xiàn)歷史韻

味與海派風(fēng)范，又具活潑的時(shí)代氣息。

③綜合樓局部加固改造，和新建校區(qū)融為一體，相得益彰。

④在局促的用地范圍制約下，合理的布置出校方要求的 400 米

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)跑道運(yùn)動(dòng)場地。

Campus building

Project overview: The whole campus can accommodate 6,000 high school

students and 500 teachers, considering the accommodation of teachers

and students as well as living facilities. Connecting the East and the West,

inheriting the past and the present, and creating a new plateau of cultural and

educational integration and sharing. Reasonable planning, overall planning

of building order and landscape space, shape scale pleasant green garden

campus; Embody the diverse learning space, the ubiquitous communication

space, improve the living sports facilities; To keep up with national and local

education policies and build high-quality, distinctive and modern national

first-class schools.

Design philosophy: Reflect open and forward-looking, set a new benchmark

of education in Dingzhou city. Following the urban context, taking advantage

of the natural environment, exploring the characteristics of the base and

returning to its original nature, the layout of academies is proposed and taken

as the starting point and main line to form a campus environment under the

modern education system and a quiet learning environment with a sense of

enclosure. The layout of the courtyard and the surrounding of the building are

used to create places with different atmospheres. The size of the courtyard is

adapted to the time, and the space is flexible and open, with varying degrees

of relaxation and density.

Project highlights:

① Planning structure: with \"two centers, three axes, seven groups\" as the

planning structure, combined with the entrance to create the image spindle, a

cultural spindle running through the north and south.

② Landscape system: Create landscape nodes with \"two rings, three axes and

multiple nodes\". The shared and garden-style landscape provides a better

learning and living environment for students, and relatively releases the

learning pressure.

③ Architectural group: \"Modern Academy\" reflects the sense of The Times,

semi-open teaching buildings, colonnades and corridors are applied in

campus design; Using the layout of the courtyard, the buildings are enclosed

to create places with different atmospheres, achieving a degree of relaxation

and density.

慮師生住宿以及生活配套。中西貫通，古今傳承，創(chuàng)造融合共享

充滿活力的文化教育新高地；合理規(guī)劃，統(tǒng)籌建筑秩序及景觀空

間，塑造尺度宜人綠色花園式校園；體現(xiàn)多樣化的學(xué)習(xí)空間無處

院的布局方式，并以此作為出發(fā)點(diǎn)和主線，形成現(xiàn)代教育體系下

的校園環(huán)境，形成富有圍合感，安靜的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。運(yùn)用院落布局，

建筑的圍合營造不同氛圍的場所，院子的大小因時(shí)制宜，空間靈

活開放，張弛有度，疏密相間。

項(xiàng)目亮點(diǎn)：

①規(guī)劃結(jié)構(gòu)：以“兩心、三軸、七組團(tuán)”為規(guī)劃結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)合入口

打造形象主軸，一條文化主軸貫穿南北。

②景觀系統(tǒng)：以“兩環(huán)、三軸、多節(jié)點(diǎn)”打造景觀節(jié)點(diǎn)，共享、

花園式景觀 為學(xué)生提供了更好的學(xué)習(xí)、生活環(huán)境，將學(xué)習(xí)壓力

相對釋放。

③建筑組團(tuán)：“現(xiàn)代書院”體現(xiàn)時(shí)代感、半開放式教學(xué)建筑，將

柱廊通廊手法應(yīng)用于校園設(shè)計(jì)中；運(yùn)用院落布局，建筑圍合營造

不同氛圍的場所，做到張弛有度，疏密相間。

Project overview: The library with 3 layers in the 100 year-old high school

with plenty of large ancient trees in a landscape city is located in a small forest

at the top of a hill in the campus. The design concept is “happy learning

and growing with the nature”, caring out sustainable idea of \"harmonious

coexistence with nature\". After its completion in 2015, it has been deeply

loved by the teachers and students of the school, and played a demonstration

role in the construction of educational buildings in Hunan Province.

Design philosophy: Maintain the original ecology, terrain, seepage soil and

vegetation area; compress the building volume; passive design priority; inherit

the campus culture; utilize the existing buildings; combine the local ceramic

industry and culture; reusing the construction waste and local industrial waste,

advocating humanistic spirit.

Project highlights: The original 42 trees in the base are all retained so that the

building is half hidden in the woods, so students can study while surrounded

by nature; Deciduous trees can be shade in summer and let the sunlight in

during winter; The rain seeps underground to nourish the hill; The original

small library was reinforced and transformed into the whole; The north

reading room at top layer obtains the sunshine through the south-facing

vertical skylight in winter; Thickened walls with bricks from the demolished

building echoing the campus century-old building’s red brick wall style;

The preserved trees in the central courtyard of the hall cross up to become

the main scene of the roof garden; The 250-person lecture hall has realized

the natural acoustic effect through accurate acoustic design; The west side

of the second-floor corridor is shaded by vine, both economical, practical

and beautiful; The famous local art and industry of \"under glazed painted

porcelain\" was adapted in decoration in different ways, while waste porcelain

grain was used in concrete floor; Porcelain pieces in 17 colors are inlaid to

form a large murals. All the names of 312 people involved in the project

were printed on the porcelain pieces of everyone’s favorite color, inlay at

stochastic positions, as the collective \"signature\" to manifest humanistic spirit.

4 層），位于古木參天的校園內(nèi)小山上的樹林中，設(shè)計(jì)體現(xiàn)了親

近自然、快樂學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)代教育理念，最大限度貫徹“與自然和諧

共生”的綠色建筑思想，2015 年建成之后，深受學(xué)校師生喜愛，

為湖南省教育建筑的建設(shè)起到了示范作用。

設(shè)計(jì)理念：保持原有樹木生態(tài)；保持原有滲水土壤植被面積；保

持原有山地地形；壓縮建筑體量；被動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)先；傳承校園文脈；

利用既有建筑；結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)靥沾僧a(chǎn)業(yè)與文化；利用建筑廢料；利用

當(dāng)?shù)毓I(yè)廢料。

項(xiàng)目亮點(diǎn)：基地原有 42 株喬木全部保留，建筑半隱于樹林中，

學(xué)生在自然的包圍中學(xué)習(xí)；樹木可遮陽，落葉樹則可讓冬季陽光

進(jìn)入室內(nèi)；雨水就地下滲，滋養(yǎng)山體樹木；原有小圖書館經(jīng)加固

改造后融入整體之中；北向閱覽室通過南向垂直天窗獲得冬季陽

光；利用拆除建筑的粘土磚加厚墻體，呼應(yīng)校園百年老建筑清水

紅磚墻風(fēng)貌；大廳中心庭院保留的大樹穿越而上成為屋頂花園的

Project scale: 95,800 square meters

Project overview: The project is located in Yinzuo Road, Xingqing District of

Yinchuan. The purpose of the project is to build modern treatment facilities,

which not only provide top medical services, research and education support,

but also provide first-class nursing services, so as to comprehensively

improve human health from multiple levels. Upon completion, the hospital

will become a first-class orthopedic, gynecological and obstetrics hospital in

Northwest China. It will integrate international standard treatment, process

and management, and medical staff will use the most advanced diagnosis and

treatment technology to provide a \"patient-first\" clinical medical experience.

Design philosophy: By creating a sound supporting setting and perfect

internal functions, a warm and comfortable humanized space is created for

medical workers, patients and their families in Guolong Hospital. The shape

and location of the building fully reflect the basic principles of surrounding,

protection, safety and care. The main building is organized around the

central green space, which is surrounded by a variety of hospital functions.

The courtyard-style landscape naturally becomes the most prominent leisure

element of the whole facility.

Project highlights:

① Traditional and modern: Ningxia traditional elements are refined and

extracted, and organically integrated with modern architecture.

② Care and protection: the theme of the hospital is highlighted by the

building groups surrounding and supporting each other.

③ Collaboration and inspection: collaborative design of all majors, and pass

BIM inspection.

④ Specification and process: coordinate various specifications and medical

process, so that rationality and practicability are perfectly reflected.

代化的治療設(shè)施，不僅提供頂尖的醫(yī)療服務(wù)，研究教育支持，而

且提供一流的護(hù)理服務(wù)，從多層面全面提升人類健康。醫(yī)院建成

后將成為西北地區(qū)一流的骨科、婦產(chǎn)科特色三級甲等醫(yī)院，它將

整合國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的治療、流程與管理，醫(yī)務(wù)人員將使用最先進(jìn)的診

斷與治療技術(shù)，提供“病人至上”的臨床醫(yī)療體驗(yàn)。

則，主樓圍繞中央綠地來組織，綠地四周被多種醫(yī)院功能環(huán)繞，

庭院式景觀自然而然的成為整個(gè)設(shè)施最突出的休閑元素。
